• Ana (8/5): Perfecta ubicación para moverse por Londres. - La ubicación es perfecta para pasear, parada de bus y estación de metro están muy cerca. Habitación un poco pequeña, pero suficiente si pasas el día descubriendo la ciudad.

Area was quiet at night. Decent shower and ample drinks facilities in the room. A little more space would have been nice and more hanging facilities for clothes

• Mike (4/5): - The location. Room and bathroom were not properly cleaned. There was mould in the bathroom. There was no soap in the shower. The pain was peeling off the ceiling. There were stains on the carpet and on other surfaces. The beds were not in great condition (springs were worn). Bathroom was kind of small. High price considering these shortcomings.

• Mitchell (1/5): Horrible - Filthy property horrible smile the rooms are absolutely vile stains all over my sheets dirty shower mould in the property. The beds aren’t even beds. They’re literally PE mats on the bed with dirty sheets. I didn’t like anything about the property and also they refused to refund me after sharing the pictures that I have posted below and booking.com also have not helped at all. They decided to give me a £14 voucher for my next day so I will be escalating this as a further complaint, I’m reporting them to environmental health.

• Gottatravel (8/5): Good for a short stay - Convenient for a short stay. Helpful staff. Slow drains in the bathroom. But otherwise quite good. Our room was quiet, on the 4th floor, only some noise from guests returning late.

• Ashlin (7/5): - Great location, it's easy to walk to places, and it's close to victoria station for the train and tube. The air conditioning was broken in the room which made it slightly uncomfortable as the window faces the sun all day.

• Svetlin (4/5): Passable, if you have strong nerves! - The location is great and Big Ben is a 10-15 walk away. Very close to major transport hubs like Victoria station, bus 24 station right in front of the hotel and Pimlico metro station. Starting with the worst part, the first night we had to sleep while the temperature was 3°-5° degrees in our room. The window frames are very old and wind passes through them. The central heating was turned off for the whole hotel. The promoted AC is completely false information, they never game us a remote, nor the wall controls worked. When I asked the night shift receptionist if he could assist us, he gave me a small radiator, which barely helped. I calmly waited the day manager to arrive, while my girlfriend was sleeping with her jacket. I asked them to cancel the rest of our night and refund us for them, and if needed to take their money for the first night. Even though there was a health hazard, they still didn’t accept my request and only promised to turn on the central heating for the rest of the days. They eventually did and the room temperature went up to 17°-18°. You decide if this is acceptable. The rooms are smaller than promoted, being even less than 10 sq/m. The “double room” has a person and a half bed which is the shortest I have ever seen. If you are taller than 190cm your feet will leak out the bed for sure, which is unacceptable given the fact that it is a tourist destination and you probably will wall all day and will have to rest your feet at some point! Additionally, there are very loud noises coming from the hallway every morning, due to the thin paper walls between the rooms. The cleaners do not care about guest”s comfort at all. Almost all of the personnel is Pakistani and they barely they barely speak english, which is probably expected for Central London, but still very weird!

• Matt (8/5): Effective hotel for the short stay being a single traveller on business. - It was clean, great location and the staff are friendly. The room I had was alright for a short stay being a single traveller on business. There were some things which could be improved but it didn't impact my short stay. The toilet roll only had a few sheets left on it and no additional roll was placed in the room/bathroom to replace on the holder. You can't sit facing forward on the toilet due to lack of space for the legs. It was clear that the room was previously connected to another room as there is a doorway which was boarded up in between. Due to it not being a fitted wall, there is a gap which noise can easily transfer from one room to the other.

Peinture dans la douche qui avait été jeté dedans il y avait peu de temps avant, odeur...

Noi abbiamo preso una tripla, la camera era veramente piccola, non c’erano armadi e spazi per mettere le nostre cose Il bagno veramente piccolissimo, con un lavandino inesistente da quanto era piccolo
