The hotel room was in a very poor condition. We checked in after 11:00pm at night from an evening flight. The room did not seem to be cleaned probably. The carpet was dirty. There was an earwig inside the painting on the wall and a bit of blood stain under the toilet seat cover.

• Ariana (7/5): Buena relación calidad-precio para pocos días - El edificio es muy lindo, tiene muy buena ubicación, está en una zona muy caminable, y lo mejor es que está cerca de la estación Victoria. Hubo muy buen servicio de limpieza a diario y se agradece. El desayuno es muy sencillo y está bien para ahorrarse algunas libras, pero podría mejorarse muchísimo si añadieran huevos cocidos, algunas verduras y/o un queso mejor en vez del amarillo (al menos para armarse un buen sandwich). Las habitación era muy pequeña, muy poca circulación al rededor de la cama. La puerta del baño no cerraba, varias veces se cayo el la chapa con la que "se cierra" y resultaba incomodo porque el baño esta muy cerca de la cama y la puerta siempre la dejamos semi abierta. Está bien para una estancia de 1 o 2 días, pero después de mas días resulta un poco asfixiante.

El desayuno bien, es normalito pero tienen tostadas, mantequilla y mermelada, queso y algo de embutido, también tenía bollería, fruta y yogures. Zumos varios y la máquina de café con muchas variedades. Muy bien, repetiré. La habitación es un poco pequeña, pero es muy completa, la cama muy cómoda, el secador muy bien (no de esos que suenan mucho pero secan poco) su típica tetera con un montón de cafes, leche e infusiones. Muy bien la verdad.

• Almas (8/5): - Цена качество выше похвалы, плюс завтрак, хоть он и однообразный, но, он есть. Номер был на самом верхнем этаже, поэтому соседей не слышали. Средства для умывания тела/рук есть, полотенца меняли каждый день, набор для чая кофе тоже был, не было ложек/вилок. Но, учитывая цену, взяли с собой, тапочек для душа не предусмотрено. Уборка номера каждый день. В центре, легко пешком прошлись до Букингемского дворца, рядом станция Виктория, а оттуда можно куда угодно доехать с пересадкой или напрямую, хоть автобус или метро. Недалеко находится магазин Теско, или же в станции Виктория Сэйнсбэри. Рядом есть пабы и ресторанчики. Относительно тихо в будние дни, в выходные ночью был слышен небольшой шум машин, но, он далеко от трассы/основного потока машин. В целом оставляет положительные эмоции, когда ожидаешь меньшего. Персонал приветливый и вежливый.

• 202keeleyd (2/5): Never stay here!! - Absolutely disgusting!! We stayed here for 1 night as a Xmas present for my partner and I to go and see a show. The room was filthy, the heating did not work, the hairdryer did not work, the waste in the basin was full of hair and grime, there were bare wires tapped below a shelf, there were mouldy oranges in a bowl at breakfast and to top it all off we found bedbugs on our bed!!! We have been battling against the company for a refund and an apology via emails/calls but still nothing. They keep saying the refund has been issued but again nothing!!

Śniadanie bardzo proste, słodkie, tylko białe tostowe pieczywo, ser topiony i salami, płatki śniadaniowe i smakowe jogurty, brak warzyw niestety, słabo jak na tą cenę. Było względnie czysto, pod prysznicem na mydle włos, wykładzina mogłaby być czystsza, kurz na lampach, brudne okna, które ciężko było otworzyć a było gorąco w pokoju bez klimatyzacji.

• Nelly (7/5): Correct pour y passer queques nuits. - L'emplacement de l'hotel est top pour faire des visites à pieds proche de la gare Victoria. La personne de l'accueil est tres sympathique et souriant. La chambre etait en soussol avec un escalier assez exigu, le menage n'était pas approfondi au niveau de la salle de bain et la moquette de la chambre est vieillissante et tachée. le petit dejeuner est industriel (pain au chocolat et croissant sous vide) et si on n'arrive pas des 8 h il manque beaucoup de choses ca n'est pas reaprovisionné regulierement.

Pokój czysty i łazienka również. Najważniejsze to że materac bardzo wygodny 🙂 Jedyny minus to trochę za zimna lazienka
