La camera era abbastanza spaziosa considerati gli standard di Londra ed il prezzo pagato. Colazione varia, apprezzata in particolare la presenza non scontata di frutta fresca. Anche le bottigliette d'acqua in camera rimpiazzate giornalmente sono state una piacevole sorpresa. Molto gentile lo staff. Se le condizioni economiche si manterranno su questi livelli ci tornerò sicuramente.

Das Ambiente beim Empfang und Frühstücksbereich schön und angenehm. Das Zimmer war sehr beengt und die Einrichtung abgewohnt. Es gab fast keine Steckdosen und für diese hätte man einen Adapter gebraucht. Das Frühstück war gut, aber ein bisschen mehr Auswahl bei Käse und Wurst wäre fein gewesen.

- Stefanie (9/5): Great Hotel! - This was our 3rd time staying at this hotel and it was a great stay as always. The facilities and rooms are clean and nice, and the location is great. We will definitely be back! The check-in was a little disappointing this time. The moment other people walked into the lobby and stood behind us waiting to check in, the receptionist rushed our check-in, even splitting us up sending one of us off to collect the luggage we had dropped off earlier while the other person was ordered to wait for the keys, as it was more convenient for the staff this way. It’s a small thing, but felt quite rude. However, the other staff we interacted with were very kind.

Durchs anstehen der Gäste keine Chance mehr sich am Buffett zu bedienen. Wartezeiten um einen Tisch zu erhalten am morgen. Viel zu viele Gäste auf dirsen kleinen Raum.

I asked to be put away from the lift and instead they put me next to the stairs that has a loud automatic door that slams shut every time someone passed. If you're a light sleeper I would not advise staying here. Furthermore, they leave a note discouraging anyone to bring take out to the room. Which is quite ridiculous.

- FaustoC (8/5): Ottima location con cui raggiungere tutta Londra, anche se mi aspettavo di più da un hotel 4 stelle - Hotel in una posizione comoda per raggiungere Londra con tutti i mezzi, stazione di Paddington a 5 minuti a piedi. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli senza alcun problema e costo extra. Zona tranquilla. Colazione abbastanza buona con scelta tra salato e dolce. La camera che ci è stata in dotazione al piano terra aveva la vista sul cavedio, dietro all'ingresso. Per essere un 4 stelle mi aspettavo qualche dettaglio in più come ad esempio le cuffie per la doccia. La colazione non aveva prodotti tipici o particolari, non c'erano torte e le briosches non erano il massimo, yoghourt solo confezionati e poca scelta di frutta fresca, più che altro sciroppata.

- Burak Gencer (10/5): Stylish and Comfortable Stay in a Great Location - We stayed here as a couple and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well organized, with a smooth check-in process and useful facilities around the reception area. I would also like to especially thank Huseyin, the Turkish staff member at the front desk, who was very helpful and kind during our stay. The breakfast was the same every day, which could be improved. For a good-quality 4-star hotel, the breakfast deserves to be a little more varied and creative; even simple additions like tomatoes and cucumbers would make a difference. Also, our room had a bathtub, but I personally think a modern shower would suit the hotel better.

The rooms are tiny (though it is common to London) and need renovation (especially for 300 euros per night the hotel is charging) Breakfast to be avoided - do not book it unless you absolutely need to, very badly organised, tiny room with some very modest food options and the coffee machine for 1 cup!! in the corner in the middle of the room without an easy access which gets the room clogged up immediately. Tables are not enough to accommodate all the guests, therefore quite a long waiting line to be seated.

Das Frühstück mit Buffet sehr gut, ausreichende Auswahl und die Speisen waren sehr gut zubereitet. Die Mitarbeiter im Hotel waren alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmerservice war perfekt. Das Zimmer war zwar schön, aber für 2 Personen war die Einrichtung nicht ausreichend. Statt des großen Schreibtisches sollte man einen 2. Kasten im Zimmer unterbringen. Der eine Kasten hat gerade einmal die Kleidung von einem von uns geschafft.

- Heike (8/5): Empfehlenswertes Hotel im schönen Notting Hill - Äußerst freundliches Personal. Unser Zimmer war komfortabel und ausreichend groß. Die Lage ist toll. Mehrere U-Bahnstationen fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Der Frühstücksbereich ist etwas zu klein. Nur Frühaufsteher haben die Chance sofort einen Tisch zu bekommen. Es gab drei Sorten Wurst und eine Sorte Käse. Etwas mehr Abwechslung wäre fein gewesen.

- Gitte (7/5): Ein schönes Hotel+gute Lage, aber 4 Sterne...hmmm... - Die Lage war top, gut von Paddington station zu erreichen. Der Bus fuhr auch in der Nähe. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist sauber. Es gab auch eine Außenterrasse. Also ein Ausblick im 1. Stock auf Versorgungsrohre war schon mies. Die alten Holzfenster sollten mal ausgetauscht werden, man konnte die auch null öffnen. Das Bad ist zu klein, die Toilette war viel zu niedrig, eher eine Kindertoilette. Das Licht und die Lüftung im Bad waren schlecht. Sonderbare Regelung mit den Duscharmaturen. Es war sehr hellhörig, wir konnten sehr gut die Leute über uns im Zimmer hin und her laufen hören und die Toilettenspülung vom Nachbarn, das war nicht so toll!! Zum Thema Frühstück ist schon viel bemängelt worden, es stimmt, der Raum ist viel zu klein für alle, die Auswahl eintönig und null gewürzt. Der Aufzug ist schon sehr klein.
