• Karolina (8/5): svkvělá lokalita, výborná snídaně - Snídaně byla výborná, velký a rozmanitý výběr. Na recepci velmi milí lidé a v jídelně také velmi milé dámy, které neustále doplňovaly co bylo třeba. Koupelna je velmi stísněná, ale sprchový kout je prostorný. Chyběli mi adaptéry na evropské zásuvky.

• Paul (9/5): Friendly and Personable Hotel. - It was nice to stay at a hotel which was friendly, welcoming and personal. For this I must credit the lady I met at reception on arrival. My single room was very good, very comfortable bed, good choice on tv, and good shower. Breakfast was basic, but it was included in the price. Located in a lovely area on Craven Hill, peaceful, yet close by to Paddington and Queensway. I am very happy to stay at this hotel on my next visit.

The bath towels were very small and the room was very narrow in places which wouldn’t be good if you were on the large side.

• M. (7/5): Eenvoudig, maar prima verblijf voor een city trip naar Londen - Eenvoudig, maar keurig hotel, zonder extra's. Geen lobby of zithoek. De term 'Deluxe slaapkamer' maakt zijn naam niet waar. Kamer klein, vooraf bekend, maar bed ook klein. Eenvoudig ontbijt, maar daar is de prijs naar. Kamer nikett groot, mar wel schoon, evenals de douche/toiletruimte. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Voor het overige prima gelegen in nette en rustige buurt. Op korte loopafstand van station en metro, goeie verbindingen met vliegveld en centrum stad + overige wijken. Verder is het Hyde Park op korte loopafstand en als je even doorloopt it je in Kenington en loop je door naar Harrods. Paddington heeft voldoende eettentjes en pubs/café's te bieden. Geen gelegenheid om buiten je kamer even rrustig te zitten.

• Ilaria (3/5): Troppa disorganizzazione e confusione! - Posizione, silenzio, pulizia. Troppi imprevisti. Durante il check in le camere (3) sono state assegnate in modo sbagliato. Avevo richiesto con anticipo una culla per un bambino ma il primo giorno sono riusciti a recuperarla solo in serata scoprendo poi esser rotta (e molto sporca). Il bambino la prima notte ha dovuto dormire con i genitori. Nessun frigo nelle camere. Lavandini piccolissimi. La receptionist, seppur molto disponibile, era in struttura da nemmeno una settimana. Sarebbe stato bene affiancarla da qualcuno.

• Sandra (3/5): Einfach nicht zum Empfehlen - Die Lage war super. 10 Min. zu Paddington Station. Das Personal war bemüht. Frühstück war schon wenig Auswahl. Wir haben während des Aufenthalts Zimmer gewechselt. Zimmer 1 (2-Bett Zimmer): war im Keller, Fenster sehr klein und anfangs nicht klar, ob man es öffnen kann. Badezimmer eiskalt. Dusche hat 10 Minuten gebraucht bis Warmwasser kam. Zimmer 2 (Doppelzimmer): war dann im zweiten Stock. Bett war in meinen Augen eher eine Ausziehcouch. Wir wussten dass es kleiner wäre als die zwei Einzelbetten in Zimmer 1. Liegefläche/Matratze hat bereits eine Mulde gemacht, ohne das Jemand darin lag. Licht viel aus; Klospülung fiel aus. Beides mussten wir quasi selbst lösen. Allgemein war die Sauberkeit auch fragwürdig. Wir hatten drei dreckige oder kaputte Handtücher. Einen dreckigen Vorhang. Betwäsche war auch nicht 100% sauber. Schimmel in der Dusche.
• Jesper (7/5): Ok, men oplevet bedre hoteller til samme pris - Fin beliggenhed. Kom en lille time før, jeg kunne tjekke ind kl. 15, og fik bestemt at vide, at jeg først kunne tjekke ind kl. 15.00. Dette uden at tjekke om værelset reelt var klart. Spartansk morgenmad. Meget lille værelse.

• Michela (6/5): Solo per la zona. - Camera pulita anche se con pavimento in moquette, la posizione è ottima per poter raggiungere il centro in poche fermate di autobus. Di notte è una zona tranquilla e si riesce anche a dormire con la finestra aperta se si ha caldo. Non era indicata la mancanza di ascensore nelle informazioni dell’albergo, ci hanno dato una camera all’ultimo piano (quarto) con degli scalini molto ripidi. La doccia non era collegata con l’impianto dell’albergo ma aveva una sorta di motore che scaldava l’acqua veramente rumoroso. La notte sentivamo il nostro vicino di camera fare la doccia, quindi le camere non sono per niente insonorizzate. Totale mancanza di monouso da viaggio tipo spazzolini e dentifricio che si trovano sempre OVUNQUE. Probabilmente non ci tornerei, mi dispiace.

Was wat aan de kleine kant. Weinig ruimte voor je spullen. Kon je wel kwijt onder je bed, maar een kast was fijner geweest.

• Paul (9/5): Personable and welcoming hotel. - This was a very welcoming and pleasant hotel to stay at on a quiet street, yet close by to shops, restaurants and cafes. It was refreshing to stay at a hotel where the staff were happy to chat and were so personable. I was very happy with my room. Breakfast was quite simple. The bed was very comfortable. The price for a Saturday night in London was very reasonable. I will happily stay at this hotel again.

• isabelle (7/5): Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances - Personnel bien et bon petit déjeuner Le rapport qualité prix est correct Les horaires de petit déjeuner ne sont pas adaptés avec des visites. Ils ouvrent trop tard 7h30 en semaine et huit heures le week-end. C’est beaucoup trop tard il y a deux jours où nous n’avons pas pu déjeuner avant de partir faire nos visites. De plus, les portes sont toutes équipées de Bloom très bruyant, et les cloisons entre les chambres ne sont pas très épaisse. Du coup on entend l’eau coulée dans les chambres voisine et les portes claquées.

• Luzie (4/5): - Die Lage in Paddington war gut, 10 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Paddington weg und in einer schönen ruhigen Gegend. Die Zimmer und Bäder sind ebenfalls voll in Ordnung. VERGESSENE DINGE WURDEN WEGGESCHMISSEN Ich hatte zwei Kleidungsstücke vergessen. Keine Antwort auf meine Mail. 5 Tage später war ich erneut im Hotel um nachzufragen, da wurde mir gesagt, die Sachen wären im Müll gewesen. Ich habe sie definitiv NICHT selbst weggeworfen (offensichtlich). Das Frühstück war eher dürftig. Toast, Käse, Wurst und Marmelade für drauf, gekochte Eier. Und wenn man aus der Kaffeemaschine was mit Milch nimmt, wird das mit Milchpulver zubereitet, was man schmeckt.

The location is perfect, the staff was also very helpful. There was moldy bread at one of the breakfasts. The fruit doesn't seem to be washed. I even saw sticky dirt on one of the apples.
• CalinBalaita (3/5): Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. - Good location. No outside noise. Nice dressing. Bed on wheels that kept moving from the wall. Shower head that electrocutes near the handle. No vegetables at breakfast. No variety at breakfast. No elevator but rooms to 4th floor. Small room (and we chose the largest or two options).

• Bozena (7/5): Small, clean and pleasant hotel with walking distance to all the amenities. However, not perfect. - Small, pleasant hotel, walking distance to all the amenities, eg. restaurants, tube and Hyde Park. Staff at the reception very pleasant and welcoming. Hotel very clean, spotless bathroom. Room, however, very small. Maybe not the fault of the hotel, but our room 23 was underneath very active occupants. The floor was very creaky and it was impossible to sleep. We were awake for most of the night. Old building with old windows, therefore although on the side street, it could be noisy for some people.
• Jake (8/5): - The room was a reasonable size, bed was comfy, shower and WC facilities good. Having a large openable window was an absolute bonus, not something you get on many modern hotels. The floor in the room above was squeaky, seemed to make noise whether someone was walking on it, or even rolling over in bed. Thankfully I had ear plugs and slept soundly!
• Beatrix (8/5): - 3 U-Bahn Stationen jeweils 5-10 Minuten entfernt. Supermarkt in Nähe. Schrank und Zimmer ausreichend Frühstück könnte etwas mehr Auswahl sein. Bad sehr beengt Matratzen kurz vor durch

• Sandra (8/5): - Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten super erreichen mit U-Bahn und Bus. Das Frühstück war einfach, aber ausreichend. Die Fenster waren nicht sehr sauber und man hatte etwas Angst zu lüften, da die Fenster sehr marode wirkten.

• Robert (7/5): I’ll be booking again when attending weekend events - especially anything at Hyde Park - Room was perfect for my trip. I was looking for somewhere close to events I was attending and was only sleeping at the hotel. Close to Paddington Station and many tube stops. Think the lack of central air conditioning could be problematic in the warmer months. However, I know that all the hotels I have stayed at in this area have the same restraints. It would not stop me staying there, but it is good for travellers to know.
