• John NM Moore (8/5): Functional but rather compact room, close to Victoria and Chelsea with reasonable public transport - Friendly welcome from all staff during our stay. They were quick to respond, helpful and friendly. We selected the hotel for location which was on a quiet street yet close to where we needed to be. We received a free upgrade - which was necessary as there is no lift and we had a need to not to climb too many staircases. The room was neat and tidy and well-maintained. Good water pressure in the shower. The room was an upgrade to a "Superior double". This had all that was needed except space for luggage or even to hang out more than one or two coats. It was probably OK for a single person (of less than average height), but for two it entails climbing over each other to get in and out of bed. It was a short bed (2m) and even then there was no space at the end of the bed or on the window side. I hate to think what a standard double is like!

• Kim (10/5): Staying for a graduation in Westminster - Extremely friendly and efficient man on reception at arrival.welcomed us and said they had upgraded our room. Room was spotlessly clean. In evening as we returned asked for more milk. Within 5 minutes plenty of milk was delivered to room. When we went out next day same chap asked if room was ok and hope we would have a nice day. All staff we came across in our two day stay were friendly but professional. Would certainly stay again. Nothing.

• Ami (10/5): Bargain price for an absolute gem. We’ll definitely return when we next visit the city. - Located in Pimlico - a calm area with lots of trees and green spaces. With children in tow, I felt safe staying here compared to others areas we’ve stayed before. We could walk a few minutes to shops and lovely coffee shops/restaurants and Pimlico underground takes around 10 minutes to walk to. A highlight for us was catching the number 24 from Belgravia Road S (2 minute walk) all the way through to Shaftesbury avenue - it takes you past loads of of the touristy sights like Little Ben, Whitehall/Cenotaph, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, Trafalgar Square and my youngest felt like they’d hit the jackpot when we got front seats on top deck :) The hotel itself was well cared for, simple and stylish - bed linen and towels were clean and the pillows and duvet felt like nice quality down and we all had a really good nights sleep. The rituals hand soap and shower gels were a nice touch and smelt amazing. No noise and banging doors from other hotel guests which was a bonus! Staff were friendly and helpful. If I was to be really picky the tv’s could do with an upgrade - perhaps with the option to stream your own Netflix/Disney etc so there’s more than just freeview tv to choose from. You can also hear the Victoria line quite clearly in this area of London, with the tube running underground every few minutes - like a frequent rumbling/deep underground hum; this is obviously a TFL issue and not the hotels fault but if you’re bothered by this sort of thing then bring your ear plugs.

• Karen (9/5): A very good base to explore the city of London from - It was very clean , modern & the beds were very comfy . Iron & ironing board were a plus & a kettle . The staff were really nice & helped us with our luggage & the hotel was secure with the door locked & you could use your key card to get in . The location was excellent near shops & a 20 minute walk to Buckingham Palace with a 10 minute pleasant walk to Victoria train station , underground & bus station . There’s also a Sainsbury’s the Apollo theatre & the hustle & bustle of Victoria around 5 to 10 minutes walk away the hotel itself is in a quiet residential street with the nearest pub just 5 minutes away , we would stay again . There was no lift but we had a room on the ground floor as requested due to health issues , the rooms are quite small but that wasn’t a problem for us as the rooms were very clean & cosy .

Det er en smal trapp opp til rommene, ingen heis. En av oss hadde enkelt værelse og ble plassert i underetasjen, uten vindu. Rommene var små og tildels veldig små, akkurat plass til å åpne en koffert. Ingen servering av frokost
• Marcus (1/5): Hotel meiden! Furchtbare Betten und unterirdischer Service - Die Lage und sonst nichts Wer Schlafkomfort mag, ist hier an der völlig falschen Stelle. Bett ist winzig, halb unter dem Fensterbrett mit der einen Seite. Meine Tochter hat sich fast die Nase gebrochen beim Aufstehen. Die andere Seite zum Raum hin in 402 war abschüssig und man hat das Gefühl aus dem Bett zu fallen. Es war in einem 4 Sterne Hotel auf mehrfache Nachfrage nicht möglich eine zweite Decke zu bekommen! Ich musste 3 Tage eine Decke mit meiner Frau teilen. Ein absoluter Witz! Toilettenabzug funktionierte nicht und die Zimmer waren winziger als winzig. Großen Bogen um das Hotel machen!

Just enough for a bed and a tiny hall to place our suitcases. TV remote was missing, so management was kind enough to change our room to one with more space. Very much appreciated.

• Majlinda (1/5): A frustrating and disappointing stay, made worse by poor handling of a room issue and an unsatisfactory alternative hote - The facilities only. My experience with Mornington London was extremely frustrating from the very beginning. When I arrived, I was told I couldn’t check into my room due to an issue they had with a leak. While I understand that problems can happen, the way it was handled was very poor. There was little communication, no real apology, and I had to insist on being given a proper solution. Eventually, they arranged for me to stay at another hotel, Victor Hotel, but this felt more like an afterthought than a genuine effort to fix the situation. The room there was extremely small and far from what I had originally booked and paid for. It was uncomfortable, cramped, and overall very disappointing. The whole experience felt disorganised and unprofessional. Being moved to a completely different hotel with lower standards is not acceptable, especially without offering any compensation or ensuring the alternative matches the original booking. Overall, a very negative experience—I wouldn’t recommend staying here based on how poorly this situation was handled.

The room was clean, quite small (as expected from the description of the room) but had all the necessities and was comfortable. The staff was always polite and willing to help. The location was within walking distance to train and bus stations and was very easy to navigate. Overall, I recommend to London visitors!!

I have traveled all over the world, and this was the smallest room I have ever had. No room to open the suitcase. No room to walk around the bed. I had to lean over and shuffle by the end of the bed to get around it and avoid banging my head into the tv hanging on the wall at the end of the bed. I am not a big person. There was no lobby for our party of eight to gather. No elevator, and it was difficult to get our suitcases up the narrow stairs. Bed was very comfortable. We interacted with four different staff members. ALL were helpful, kind, and a delight to work with!

• Josh (4/5): 'Maintenance' caused us to have to get ready in a cleaning cupboard - Staff were very kind and supportive. Room was nice. 'Maintenance' was apparently being done, meaning we had to check in 4 hours later than requested. Since we had to be at an event at the new check-in time (18:00 instead of 14:00), we ended up having to get changed and ready in a 'staff room', which was effectively a large cleaning cupboard. This completely unacceptable. Further to this, no compensation was offered. Will not be returning on this basis.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, je kon er alles aan vragen al men vragen werden beantwoord. Op 10 minuten van Pimlico underground. Kwam redelijk wat licht onder de deur door maar daar hadden we een handdoek voor gelegd en dat probleem was opgelost :) Misschien dat ze daar iets kunnen voorzien. :)

• Salvatore Francesco Pio (5/5): - La posizione e lo staff La camera era visibilmente sporca fin dal primo giorno e dispongo di foto che lo dimostrano. Inoltre la TV non funzionava (anche in questo caso ho documentazione fotografica) e nella stanza non era presente l’armadio, nonostante fosse indicato nella descrizione al momento della prenotazione. Aggiungo che sono un soggetto allergico e la presenza di molta polvere mi ha causato difficoltà respiratorie durante il soggiorno. Inoltre, in 5 giorni non è mai stata effettuata alcuna pulizia della stanza.

• Océane (9/5): Petit Week-end à Londres - Hotel avec emplacement idéal proche gare de Victoria, beau quartier, chambre propre et personnels tres gentils :) Chambre un tout petit peut petite, pour un week-end c’est pas dérangeant mais je pense que pour un séjour plus long ça peut déranger certaines personnes.

• Judith (7/5): Pequeña habitación pero útil. - Tenía una buena ubicación, un buen barrio. Cerca de muchas tiendas supermercados y bares. También cerca del bus y metro. La habitación era demasiado estrecha. Ni siquiera tenía armarios. Estaba bien si no ibas a pasar demasiado tiempo en el hotel.

• Persefoni (4/5): I was disappointed and upset. - They were truly indifferent and apathetic. The cleaner threw away a bag with personal belongings and no one did anything about it. Although it was a beautiful hotel, I would not recommend it to anyone for the following reason: they threw away a bag with my personal belongings even though it was not in the trash or next to it. No one responded to my emails and no one cared. Truly unacceptable for a hotel in a relatively good location.

• Ogbonna (8/5): Ideal for a solo trip and would definitely consider staying again next time I do another solo trip. - An affordable and very clean hotel in a prime location. The queen room was tinier than it was made to appear in the photos, however the bathroom wasn’t cramped at all which more than made up for the tiny room.

• Anna (10/5): - Todo perfecto!!!, ubicación excelente, habitación basica pero con todo lo necesario, atención perfecta por parte del personal de recepción, te guardan el equipaje si llegas antes del check in, y como no hay opción de desayuno, tienes un bar a 2 min anadando que tienes un 15% de descuento por alojarte en el hotel, la verdad es que estamos muy contentos!!! Lo recomendamos 100%!!!
