• Kathleen (9/5): Bon hôtel dans bon quartie - C'était une belle chambre type studio dans une maison a côté de l'hôtel. Elle avait tout le confort nécessaire et etait neuve. L'emplacement etait bien, le metro a a peine 10min a pieds, 30min du centre ville a peine en metro. Le tarif raisonnable pour ces prestations, un parking payant mais a l'abri des regards. Quartier calme avec pas mal de restaurants et pubs. Je n'ai pas apprécié qu'on ai pas été prévenus que tout l'hotel principal soit en rénovation et que le service de petit déjeuner soit dégradé car la salle de petit déjeuner n'était pas accessible. Le petit déjeuner etait donc basique et servi en chambre, nous ne l'avons pas pris malgré le prix moins important qu'en temps normal. Les toilettes trop proches du radiateur, on s'est brûlé plusieurs fois, heureusement sans gravité.

The main host, Soren, is always a delight, well-informed and a gentleman in ensuring all is in order for your stay. His personal attention always makes a difference to the experience. An inviting setting for a short or long stay.

The reception desk had painters and decorators surrounding it. I’m sure it will look great when it’s finished, but to check into a hotel that is surrounded by scaffolding and having decorators is not what I anticipated when booking my stay.

We weren't informed beforehand that the hotel was undergoing refurbishment so the breakfast room and reception were out of action. Although great the hotel had a car park, I felt it was expensive at £17 per day including reservation.

Had a basement suite which was quiet as on a busy junction of main roads. The entry doors make a lot of noise constantly slammed 😬. Outside door to rooms 404/407 didn’t automatically lock so potential security issue. Unannounced refurbishment works in progress, will be exceptional when complete.

• steven (1/5): Utterly terrible. I will never stay at a best western hotel again - Location suited our trip Hotel was undergoing renovations which we were NOT told about before arriving. Despite paying £156 for our room it was very poor. It was the size of a shoe box - less than 6ft wide so for two of us we had virtually no room to move in there without tripping over each other. No way was it big enough to be a double room as was booked! The room was next to a main entrance so the total lack of any insulation in the walls meant we were kept awake by everyone coming n going outside our room. The breakfast room was closed for renovations so the ‘breakfast box’ they delivered to the room was meant to replace this. However the box didn’t contain essential items such as bowls or cutlery for the muesli, or knifes for the croissant

• paul (3/5): London 3 day stay - Due to renovation, which I was not aware of we were restricted to room only no lounge/bar area. No where to eat as is on photos on websites I did eventually find that it was posted on websites breakfast in room only all but to late at£ 9.95 per person to have no choice but eat in room. I think a rip-off. The room was clean and comfortable staff the 2 we saw were lovely. Apparently we had an upgrade to a room with kitchen. But I guess as totally disruption they are the only room available to have. No website stated that it was a building site inside and out Absolutely no where but room to sit. If a nice day there was a small decked area.

• Annett (9/5): - Das Zimmer (für 4 Personen) war mit allem ausgestattet. Sogar eine kleine Küchenzeile war integriert. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und ruhig. Es gibt viele verschiedene Restaurants. 2 U-Bahn Stationen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, ca. 5-7 min zu Fuß. Es wurde im Hauptgebäude gebaut. Dadurch konnte man den Frühstücksraum nicht benutzen. Es gab ein Lunch-Paket zum Frühstück und wurde zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt an die Tür geliefert. Das war in Ordnung. Die Toilette war ei bisschen eng zur Handtuch- Heizung. Wir sind große Leute und hatten mit den Beinen kaum Platz.

Purtroppo quando siamo andate noi la colazione era fuori servizio per dei lavori alla struttura. Però mi è saltato detto da chi ci ha alloggiato precedentemente che é BUONISSIMA. Questo è uno dei tanti motivi per cui tornare al Best Western Chiswick Palace&Suites a Londra!
• Yvonne (8/5): Na de verbouwing in juni 2026 waarschijnlijk een goed hotel in goede locatie. - Doordat ze het hotel aan het verbouwen waren kregen we een grote kamer met keukenblok toegewezen. Het hotel was verder gesloten vanwege een verbouwing die tot eind mei 2026 duurt. De locatie was heel goed met een bushalte voor de deur, in rustige buurt met kleine winkeltjes en diverse restaurants. Wij waren niet van te voren op de hoogte van de verbouwing en wisten dus ook niet dat we niet van het ontbijtbuffet gebruik konden maken. De badkamer met douche, wc en wasbak was heel klein, te klein. Handdoekrek op beenhoogte. Dikke gordijnen, maar deze kierden aan de onderkant en zijkant waardoor het nog heel licht was in de kamer 's ochtends vroeg.

• Marek (7/5): - Location train/metro close, also grocery shop were right next to the hotel. Kitchen in the apartment was well equipped for basic needs. The place was clean. We had bed on wheels, which was moving constantly. Also we had door to another flat inside our apartment I would say, making it little bit weird. Single bed cover for 2 persons.

It was a bit cheeky that despite most of the hotel was closed for refurbishment I was ‘allowed’ to book parking at additional cost. The property was being renovated, therefore, we were upgraded to a bigger room without any extra fees. The rooms are clean, spatious and it has a really good location overall, in which youre away from the downtown hassle but still in close reach. The staff is also amazing, super kind and helpful, no matter the situation :) nothing not to like

• lindao679 (4/5): shambles - If you are planning to go to this hotel in the next few months, I wouldn't bother. there is scaffolding at the front of the hotel and it's a building site. You're hit by the smell of paint when you get through the rubble and hanging wires. There is no kitchen, no full English breakfast, as stated on the website, when we booked, with nice pictures of lovely looking omelettes etc. By way of compensation, we had a suite (a big room with a kitchenette) which apparently is now a suite, in another building we had to walk through the car park to get to. Good job it wasn't raining! when we complained about the lack of full English breakfast, they paid for us to go to a cafe across the road (a nice gesture, again, good job it wasn't raining). The staff were pleasant enough. If we had known the hotel was a building site, we would have cancelled and booked elsewhere. I have been compensated with a 1000 points on my account, I but in all fairness, and no disrespect meant to Premier Inns or similar chains, we thought we were at a more upmarket hotel and we weren't. I don't want points on an account I probably will never use, as it's put me off booking a Best Western, I would prefer some money back, but probably won't get!

• Kirsty (5/5): Disappointing - Great location Room clean and tidy we are disappointed that we had a kitchen with limited equipment. We asked for this to be provided but were told they do not provide these items, no reason given. How do we cook in the oven without an ovenproof dish? Or the microwave? How do we cut vegetables/ meat or bread without a knife to do so? How do we wash up without a basin? How do we maintain hygiene in the kitchen without a proper bin with lid? I’m not sure you can say this kitchen is useable without these items

• Anthony (10/5): Excellent - Boren was exceptionally helpful, upgrading us to a suite that suited our mobility needs, and then telephoning to give precise instructions how to park straight outside where we were staying - there was even a cone in our parking space with my name on it. Really good servlce all round.
• RECALCATI (7/5): Ottima base per Chiswick - Stanza grande e pulita, purtroppo ci hanno assegnato camera standard al piano -1 con piccola finestra non apribile e senza affaccio; dovendo stare solo poche ore per dormire non è stato un grande problema. Stanza enorme con letto alla francese piccolo e corto. Non adatto a chi è più alto di 1.75mt. Bagno piccolo e cieco senza areazione.

• andyw2222018 (4/5): Hotel is under refurbishment - I had no idea that the hotel was basically a building site and I would be stuck in on outbuilding. There was multiple flights of stairs to the room. It was kind of refurbished to a poor quality, gaps in the flooring and an old recycled toilet, tiny shower and a roof so low and sloped it was hard to use being tall. Apparently this is going to be turned into a Hilton.

• Ann (3/5): - Clean and fresh room, friendly receptionst Its a buildingsight. Major construction of the buildning is going on. Not very cosy if you want a quiet weekend. Would have been nice if they informed of that beforehand.
• Denise (9/5): I Love It Here! - I always try and stay here when I'm working locally. The staff are wonderful and the rooms are always spotless and very comfortable, and there is parking- a real bonus in London.
