• Colin (7/5): Apart from the.and access to the breakfast room everything was as expected - Location was perfect for our planned appointment in London parking right outside the front door was perfect Whilst the room was as expected the bathroom was tiny and difficult for me as a 6ft adult, which took the edge off our stay. Staircase down to the breakfast room was only just manageable

• Mena (1/5): Worst accomodation - Initial communication with the owners was good. They seemed nice but it went downhill once we checked in. This place was so poor that we had to urgently look for another accomodation and pay out of pocket, we didn’t even stay for 1 night. Extremely dirty, place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Found an acrylic nail on the floor and so much dirt under the bed. Floor was very dirty. Shower had mould. You can’t even flush toilet paper!!!! Worst booking I’ve ever made. Got locked out and it took them 15 mins to answer a call. Someone tried putting a pin code in at our door?? They’ve refused to give us any sort of refund despite the terrible experience and all the evidence. Would not recommend to anyone.

No faults and would stay again but London was dirty and stupidly expensive I don't think this is the hotels fault but there was litter in the floor outside and rats because people just dropped their rubbish there and it was gross.

Aunque estábamos en el ultimo piso, y tuviéramos que subir escaleras empinadas, la habitación era muy bonita y cómoda. El baño con todo lo necesario. La habitación tenía secador de pelo y un pequeño tocador, además de un calentador de agua, tazas, té, galletas... El desayuno es variado, entre lo dulce y lo salado, de buena calidad. Tal vez el comedor es un poco pequeño para todos los huéspedes, pero bueno, no suele pasar que coincidan más de 15 personas a la vez

• Arno (7/5): Kleines Hotel für Kurzaufenthalt in Bahnhofsnähe - Nettes, familiäres Hotel fünf Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Paddington entfernt. Dort gute Anbindung an die Underground und die Eisenbahn. Bushaltestellen gleich ums Eck. Diverse Restaurants, Pubs und Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es wird nur englisch gesprochen. Das Zimmer für London relativ groß, gute Beleuchtung, genügend Steckdosen. Das Frühstück war relativ einfach und bescheiden. Es gab fünf Mal genau dasselbe: Baked Beans, Kartoffellaibchen, Rührei, Toast, Marmeladen, Kuchen, Gurken und Tomaten, Obst. Fertig! Es gab keinen Bacon und keine Würstchen. Dusche und WC sind winzig. Das Waschbecken ist etwa 15x30 cm groß.

• Erben (5/5): Value for money for the location if you have to go London for a day but be aware very small room - Location was spot on lovely staff and cleanness Windows was shaking as wasn’t double glazed n broken and made noise all the time was a windy day so couldn’t sleep all night cuz of the noise also no table or chair in the room so wouldn’t stay again but was ok for a night NO lift so kindly receptionist changed my room to a ground floor
• Victoria (8/5): Schönes Hotel für einen Städtettrip. Zentrale Lage. - Gute Lage. Mehrere U-Bahn-und Busstationen in direkter Umgebung. Fussläufig zur Oxford Street, Hyde -und Kensington Park. Zimmer wirkten frisch renoviert. Super nettes Personal. Viele Restaurants und Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Etwas laut, da das St. Mary Hospital in der parallel Straße ist. Recht hellhörig. Und der Frühstücksraum ist recht klein und etwas unstrukturiert.

• Salvinija (8/5): - Kadangi turėjau problemų su judėjimų ir naudojausi neįgalumo vėžimėlių, tai iš anksto susisiekus su viešbučiu, buvo pasiūlytas kambarys pagrindiniame aukšte, kur registratūrą. Taip pat pusryčius galima buvo atsinešti į kambarį, kadangi negalėjau naudotis laiptais, o viešburyje nėra lifto. Kambariai maži, bet jaukus ir švarus. Galima būtų pritaikyti įėjimo laiptus neįgaliojo vėžimėliui. Nes, dabar buvo komplikuota užvažiuoti, užlipti.

Ældre sted, der for mig føles meget som jeg husker "being in London" fra mine yngre dage☺️ Et alt for lille morgemadslokale, hvor alle måtte kante sig om alle!

• Marco (9/5): Lovely hotel - The hotel is conveniently located near train and underground stations with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Staff were very friendly and room was very clean. Breakfast, which was included in the hotel price, was nice and included hot dishes. Would stay here again!

• Melanie (9/5): - Super nettes Personal und die Lage zur Paddington Station Zuerst hatte ich ein Zimmer im Obergeschoss, dem aufmerksamen Personal ist meine Knöchelverletzung nicht entgangen und mir wurde ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoß angeboten. Gebucht hatte ich ein Einzelzimmer und bekam ein Upgrade auf ein Doppelzimmer zur alleinigen Nutzung. Vielen lieben Dank nochmals für diese Aufmerksamkeit!

• Jennifer (8/5): Weekend break in London - Very friendly welcome. Liked being able to park outside. An ideal location for exploring London either on foot or by tube. Clean and tidy room with a good breakfast. In our room the ensuite was quite small but it didn't bother us that much.

• Niina (7/5): - Mukava henkilökunta, huone oli kaunis, todella puhdas ja siisti. Puhtaat pyyhkeet joka päivä. Aamupala oli riittävä ja henkilökunta täydensi aamupalapöytää tarpeen mukaan. Laukkuja sai säilyttää lähtöpäivänä ilman aika rajaa. Hyvä sijainti. Hyvä valinta liikkuvalle budjettimatkailijalle. Yllätyin portaiden jyrkkyydestä, tosin meillä oli kahdet portaat, eli "ensimmäisessä" kerroksessa. Huoneemme ikkunasta näkyi jätekasa. Hotellin edustalla, aidan vieressä oli roskapusseja missä rotat viihtyivät. Yllätyin roskapönttöjen puutteesta. Mielestäni ei sovellu lapsiperheelle,jos on pieniä lapsia tai jos on fyysisiä vaivoja jyrkkien portaiden takia.

Nahe an der Ubahn und Bus Haltestelle Frühstücksraum extrem klein , vollgestopft mit Tischen , man kann dich kaum bewegen , Frühstück von 8-10, man muss sich beeilen , damit andere Platz finden , Buffet ohne Liebe dahingestellt , Käse , Rührei Bohnen Toast Kaffee Tomaten und Gurken und trockene Waffeln aus der Tüte (ganze Woche das gleiche )

• Lea (5/5): - Das Personal war sehr nett Das Frühstück ist eine Katastrophe. Alles kalt und die Pancakes und Waffeln haben nach fertig gekauften geschmeckt. Der Ort an dem das Frühstück stattgefunden hat ist auch nicht akzeptabel. Es ist ein winziger Raum mit Tischen und Stühlen die weder einladend noch gemütlich sind. Keine Getränke (Wasser) im Kühlschrank und in unserem ersten Zimmer war noch die Unterwäsche vom Vorgänger vorzufinden.
• Romana (10/5): Perfect stay - This hotel was good value for money!! Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable! Breakfast was amazing- plenty of choice and we loved it. The staff at the reception very friendly and welcoming- and we felt very safe. Location was also perfect- amazing for exploring London because all the main attractions are near.Amazing smart TV for netflix and disney plus and all other channels. We would stay again 100%! It can get a bit noisy because the isolation is not the best but this all depends on who is staying at the hotel at the time. It didn’t bother us much but it can to some people if they are light sleepers.
