• Daniel (5/5): Extremely disappointing - Lovely common areas and nice staff. Bedrooms (well the 2 different ones we had) were very poor. Tiny and impractical bathrooms, little clothes space and very tired decor. Not as per the photos or as described.

• Caitlin (1/5): We paid a fair amount of money for one of the worst says we’ve ever had in London. We complained and it appeared to go - Close to bus station since we were taking a trip to Wales. Beautifully decorated. Windows were not insulated. Could hear traffic on street all night. People staying above us paced in the room for at least two hours. It was absurd how loud it was . No insulation between rooms. People should be reminded to be quiet between certain hours. We had to leave early in the morning. Floor of shower was very slippery. I recently had back surgery and was afraid of falling. You need to provide non slip mats. Make sure customers know how many flights of stairs there are when booking.

• Lotta (7/5): Ett hotell med atmosfär där atmosfären går för bekvämligheten. - Det var mysigt och trevligt inrett. Liten men väldigt bra frukost! Vänlig personal. Dörren till toaletten var två smala skåpsdörrar som knappt gick att stänga. Och dessutom ca 30 cm från sängen. Känns inte så fräscht även om badrummet i sig var fint.
• Heather (8/5): Good location option - Location close to Victoria Station. Room was clean. Staff were very amenable to answering questions. Breakfast was lovely. (had buffet/continental or cooked depending on reservation) No on site dinner options, nor places nearby (10-15 min walk). They did have an app to order in food from a number of restaurants and that worked very well. I staying in a “tiny room”. It was indeed tiny. Can’t complain that I did not have space to do a cartwheel. But the sink was the size of a shoe box and when you sit on the toilet your knee is under the sink. The shower was also small. But room was clean and bed comfortable and suited my needs.

• Franklin (9/5): Lovely location in a beautiful part of London. The staff were very helpful. I would come back again. - Staff at reception were excellent. I wasn't feeling well when I arrived and they made a great effort to get me checked in early. The location is in a beautiful and surprisingly quiet area (minimal traffic) of London. The building is quite attractive with a lovely reception area. A bit noisy with the window open at night but that can't be helped. Slight damp smell when the room was closed up all day (probably from the shower). This dissipated quickly when the fan was turned on.

• Christian (3/5): Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen. - Die Betten waren gut. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt. Das Zimmer ist renovierungsbedürftig (ausgefranster Teppich, fleckiger Stuhl, eingerissener Polster am Bett. Das Zimmer hatte ein sehr schmales ungepflegtes Fenster, welches nicht geputzt wurde. Offensichtlich halten sich vor dem Fenster Vögel oder Tauben auf, denn sowohl das äußere Fenstersims, als auch die seiltlichen Haussimse waren voller Vogelkot und Federn. Im äußeren Fensterrahmen waren viele Spinnweben, in denen sich Federn festgesetzt haben. In der Gardine Innen hingen Federn. Es war ziemlich unangenehm.

• Violeta Tsenova (10/5): - It was very clean and comfortable. The bed was big and really cozy. The room was a bit small, but it was fine for one adult and a child. The food was good, fresh and enough. The people from the staf were really kind, helpful and very polite. The location was more than perfect. The bathroom in out room was a bit small and good enough, but the thing was that the door was sliding and you couldn't close it fully because of a 2cm gap that was left. And the sink was really small, but it was ok for the kid 😀

• K2647HOcarolinem (6/5): Rather dark and cold - We stayed in the Wizarding chamber and were not really happy there. In the pictures it looked dark, but still cozy and friendly. However, the room does hardly have any daylight at all, is cold any my kids said it was creepy and didn't want to stay there. Also, the toilet and the shower do not have proper doors and the beds are relatively small. Just be preoared when you want to go there.

• Elena (9/5): Lovely stay in a quiet neighborhood close to public transportation - Beautiful neighborhood, delicious breakfast, accomodating staff There was nothing we didn’t like about this property. We had some loud people screaming below our unit, but the staff came quickly to resolve the issue once we notified them.
• alilX8456DI (2/5): The worst cup of tea I have had in years. - 7 of us had booked this last Dec as a chance to catch up and enjoy an afternoon out together. The day before, someone had to cancel due to illness and the hotel was notified 24 hours in advance. We were still charged the full price for this person. The hotel is beautiful and well decorated but the food and especially the tea left a lot to be desired. When booking afternoon tea, you at least expect the staff to know how to make and present a pot of tea. This was woefully lacking. The cups and saucers were not bone china and they had none available. Tea needs to be served in bone china, The Ritz knows this.... I ordered breakfast tea as they had no Assam and my friend ordered the same. A cheap metal teapot for 4 arrived with no tea cosy on it. It had one teabag in it. When I asked for more, I was offered 1 extra bag. I managed to get two. The tea was weak, cold and tasted awful. As a venue offering afternoon tea, this was an absolute disgrace. How can no members of staff know how to make and serve up a decent pot of tea? A friend asked for more sandwiches as you only get a set amount, four fingers each. She was told they cannot do this and my friends said at other afternoon teas you get to ask for more sandwiches. The deigned to give us 4 more slices. Personally, I would have preferred a lot more sandwiches and half the amount of cake but we were not given a choice. When we left they asked if we would be willing to pay a 10% discretionary service fee. I said no. By charging the person who did not turn up, they have their discretionary fee. If you want a gimmick for children and are not fussed about getting a decent cup of tea, book here as it is a beautiful venue. If you want a decent cup of tea out of bone china and enough sandwiches to go with it, avoid this place. Not for serious tea drinkers. Who charges £40 and serves the tea up as they did. with one tea bag? Utterly clueless.

• Lisa-Marie (10/5): - Das verzauberte Zimmer war klein und niedlich. Auf Anfrage bekamen wir eine zweite Bettdecke und das Personal war super zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist eine tolle Mischung aus einer warmen Mahlzeit und einem kleinen leckeren Buffet. Für das magische Zimmer gibt es tolle kleine Zusätze wie die Filme auf DVD für einen gemütlichen Abend und Zaubergeld um dazu kleine Naschsachen zu holen. Leider versagte der DVD Player. Aber diese Mängel sind sofort aufgenommen worden.
• Marc (7/5): Hotel mit vielen Details und liebe zur Individualität - Spezielle Unterkunft mit viel liebe zu Details (wir waren im Harry Potter Zimmer). Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet ist eher knapp, dafür werden zusätzliche Speisen ab Karte frisch zubereitet. Sauberkeit und Allgemeinzustand des Zimmers waren unterdurchschnittlich.

• fashionandstyleedit (10/5): Gorgeous hotel - What a beautiful stay in London, the apartment felt slightly Parisian in aesthetic yet in the centre of London, I loved it. Calm and quiet area too and just a 10 minute walk to victoria tube. Would highly recommend.

• Noelia (9/5): Buena ubicación y bonito apartamento - La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la estación de Victoria, la zona es muy tranquila , típica zona de casas victorianas. El apartamento estaba prácticamente nuevo, limpio y con todo lo necesario. El baño es un poco pequeño y se echa de menos algún armario para dejar la ropa. El primer día no nos limpiaron el apartamento y tuve que avisar para que vinieran al día siguiente . Pero aún así , mereció la pena la estancia.
• Linda (6/5): pas ouf - passable pour une nuit - Proximité de Victoria Coach station la robinetterie du lavabo n'est pas pratique, elle est mal posée. les fenêtres ne sont pas isolées on entend les gens parler dans la rue. réclamer un pourboire pour l'équipe alors que je suis arrivée à 22h et partie avant 8h. la procédure d'enregistrement que l'on me demande de faire en ligne avant d'arriver. puis une fois sur place on ne redemande mes infos. une perte de temps.

• AnaC5677691 (10/5): Excellent Stay - Great location, service and wonderfully quiet. The apartment was well stocked, clean, and very cute. We had ample space and the beds were very comfortable. It was easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and Victoria station. Highly recommend!

• jaO5547CW (10/5): Definitely stay again - Less than 10 minutes walk from Victoria Station and Apollo Victoria Theatre. Lovely rooms and nice decor. Friendly and helpful staff. I had read the reviews and some people complained about the noise. A little road noise, however this is a beautiful old building with wooden sash windows, so replacing them with PVC would be so wrong. Compact bathroom, but it was clean, again its a old building so don't expect large and noise free. I would definitely stay here again.
• Isabel (9/5): - The bed was super comfy, the room was tiny but well organised and had everything I needed, it was super clean and the staff was delightful. Also, great location. Felt really safe, and they kept my bags for free, as well as letting me check in 90 minutes early. My only downsides would have to be 1) the window does not have blackout curtain, so you will wake up at sunrise, and 2) the doors are old and the house is (beautiful old) squeaky. In short, I could hear everyone talk, open doors, close doors, leave, come in, clean the rooms next to mine, etc. I even though my door was being knocked on a couple times (it was not).
• LoveTravel820768 (10/5): Excellent overnight stay - Bower House which is part of the Georgian House, is a perfect location just 3 mins walk away. The bedroom was very clean and well presented. In the morning, I had breakfast in the Georgian House which was excellent. The team at the Hotel were extremely friendly and wanted to help wherever they could. I would absolutely recommend Bower House or Georgian House for a business or leisure trip.

• Ganna (9/5): A really pleasant surprise in a location where expectations can often be mixed - Many places around Victoria Station can be a bit hit or miss, so I never quite know what to expect—but this hotel was a really lovely surprise. The room was charming, clean, and comfortable, and the staff made the experience even better.
• kpumphrey319 (10/5): Wizard’s happy place - We had an amazing stay in the wizard chambers! Our room was available at noon and we were led into the area that was lit with floating candles and the kids were over the moon. The beds are comfy and the shower area is great. Plenty of under bed storage in the large room for suitcases and a great hair dryer was provided. They refill your water and cookies each night and had the kids a bag of wizard coins to buy treats. It was a great experience for us all! Awesome location too- 5 min walk to the Victoria coach station and a 10 minute walk to the Victoria rail station.
• Felicity (8/5): Would stay again! - The location is fantastic, staff really friendly and helpful and the breakfast was really good. The bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom were clean. The room was quite cold but they did provide a plug in electric heater which really helped take the edge off the room! The shower room was quite small but did the job, there was no bath mat provided so I put one of the towels on the floor which did the job! The room was also very dark!

My room was small but had everything I needed, comfy bed, nice hot shower and a radiator I could control. It’s in a quiet area and a few minutes walk from Victoria station. The staff are super friendly and the continental breakfast was good.

Close to transport links, comfy beds, very clean rooms, excellent breakfasts and very friendly and accommodating staff. • Maria Teresa (10/5): Una maravilla de escapada romántica. - Teníamos una habitación en la primera planta, y si, hay que subir escaleras, pero nada imposible o demasiado tedioso (a no ser que haya personas de movilidad reducida). La habitación era divina! muy bonita y agradable, una decoración cálida acorde al estilo Georgian House pero con un toque moderno, bueno, toda la casa era así. El personal una maravilla, super amable y dispuestos a ayudar en todo. Fueron atentos en todo momento. Nuestra habitación daba a la calle principal y aún así no había apenas ruido. La cama comodísima y los amenities de calidad. Cogimos desayuno continental y también excelente, no es un buffet enorme pero hay de todo y buena variedad (dulce, salado, bollería, yogurt, tostadas, fruta). La ubicación, en pleno Victoria, muy fácil de llegar, muy seguro y con la estación de buses y trenes muy cerca. Yo lo recomiendo y sin duda volvería. Calidad-Precio muy muy buena. Todo genial!

• Attracta (9/5): - Very comfortable hotel in a good location. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I noticed other reviews mention the stairs. There are a lot to the upper floors. However we arrived early and left our bags which were put in our room. We had a very big sports equipment bag and a staff member told us to call to have it brought down. I thought that was a great service. Breakfast in the Pantry was good with lovely staff there too.
