• Susan (9/5): Good stay in London - I had read bad reviews, so my expectations were really low. I found the staff really friendly, the stairs were not narrow at all, and a good size room to some of the properties we have stayed in London before. Enjoyed our stay. Nice restaurants near by, and close to a tube station.
• Rebecca (7/5): - L’hotel è a pochi passi dalla metro che è ben collegata con il centro. La stanza non è spaziosissima ma per un soggiorno breve come il nostro è stata più che sufficiente. In compenso le pulizie venivano effettuate ogni giorno, così come il cambio degli asciugamani. E in ultimo ma non per importanza, il personale della reception gentilissimo e disponibile per ogni cosa! In particolar modo Marco con cui io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo avuto modo di scambiare due chiacchiere! Le dimensioni della stanza. La stanza va bene per un breve soggiorno ma gli spazi sono un po’ ristretti. Il lavandino in bagno era piccolo quindi quando ci lavavamo il viso era impossibile non bagnare a terra. Aggiungerei anche l’assenza di “insonorizzazione”. Di notte si sentivano i vicini che rientravano perché la porta aveva delle fessure e il pavimento scricchiolava.

• ANGELA (9/5): Am avut 5 nopți în care ne-am odihnit foarte bine ca să putem explora Londra cum ne-am propus. - Glendale Hyde Park Hotel se află într-o zona centrală, foarte aproape de stațiile de autobuz și de metrou: Padington Station. Am primit o cameră cu doua paturi dotate cu saltele și perne excelente, lenjerie de pat si prosoape impecabile, spălate cu detergent hipoalergenic. Apreciez grija pentru turiști și prin sistemul de lumini foarte bun, încărcare cu USB pentru telefon, frigider la dispoziție, cană fierbător și variante pentru ceai și cafea. Mulțumim pentru o ședere plăcută, Lee! Dacă se putea, măsuța de ceai să fi fost puțin mai mare.

• rodrigues (1/5): WORST ASIAN STAFF POSSIBLE, GASLIGHTING CUSTOMERS - I arrived 2 am after a 3 hour drive from Birmingham. On arrival I had to walk up 4 slights of Narrow spiral stairs with my suitcase. Hotel was fully booked, 1 room was available on the night. Booked hrs in advance, naturally expecting bedroom to be Emaculate in an area such as Hyde Park. On arrival, it felt like i stepped into Slough. It was very late, i needed a place to sleep. Inside my room, i noticed no duvet on the bed, rather a thin blanket. No small decorative pillows like the online pictures, Damaged walls and damaged lights, bathroom railing missing, sticky floors, liquid on bedside sections of the bed, dust everywhere. I was truly appalled, room felt lowclass. On checkout i told the Lady at the desk that i was not happy with my stay and requested the contact number of the management team. She put me forward to:'Michael, The Hotel Manager'. I proposed myself as the solution to their problem first, in an email in regards to their negative reviews, as I run a short let management company. In the Email I also requested a PARTIAL REFUND, because my room was not prepared and not cleaned. My 2 emails were IGNORED... I called several times to the front desk 2 weeks ago, requesting 'Michael', in order to get a response. And this is what happened TODAY.. I called, asked for Michael, the person at the front desk said he isnt here. I questioned further as to please check my email and trace what the problem was regarding. The guy with an indian accent said in a disrespectful abrupt manner 'Yeah were not looking for anything to be fixed' and he cut me off. It is impossible to read an email so quickly and figure what my complaint was about unless he was Michael! The guy admitted he had a meeting with Michael recently, he got so angry and argumentative towards me. He shouted and said 'Your refund request will be declined, and further, 'we dont care about your review'.
• Emer (8/5): We had two rooms side by side for our family of 5. This worked every well. Basic , clean , safe accommodation that we wo - Staff were lovely. Location excellent. Clean, tidy , quiet. Fan provided in room. Nothing.

Camera di dimensioni veramente piccole , bagno con lavabo altrettanto piccolo, si faceva difficoltà anche a lavare il viso. La pulizia giornaliera lasciava desiderare. Peccato.

• Maria Delfina (10/5): Excelente relación precio - ubicación - El personal ha sido muy amable. El precio es justo para lo que se ofrece. La zona es tranquila pero a la vez muy conectada y cercana a todos los tipicos lugares que visita uno como turista. Las camas cómodas, habia infusiones de cortesía y la limpieza bastante bien. Habia un poco de olor a humedad al entrar a la habitación, hemos ventilado y ha estado mejor. No tiene ascensor y para subir hasta el tercer piso no es posible con algún problema de movilidad porque son bastantes escalones y se va haciendo estrecho a medida que subes.

• Sylvia (10/5): My stay at the glendale - The receptionist was very friendly nothing was too much trouble, There was a fridge also a fan in the room the shower was really good, Very good value for the money in fact we are going back in January, It was a treat off my husband for my birthday mother and daughter time we stayed 4 nights. There was only one thing no stairs which was understandable as it was a old building.

La ventana no tenía sujeciones, se caía sola. La cama eran dos colchones juntos. Se notaba la separación entre los colchones lo cual dificultaba algo el descanso.
