• Natali (4/5): Disapointing - The staff was friendly and kind The individual room was clear but very small, even for only one person. I wasn´t expecting to have the bathroom outside of the room and even worse, it was very small and very unconfortable

• Satheesh (10/5): The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of Victoria Coach Station . - I stayed at The Grapevine Hotel for 2 nights with my wife, and daughter . we had a very good experience. The receptionist staff were amazing, very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of Victoria Coach Station and Victoria Railway Station. There are also many bus routes nearby, which made travelling around London very easy. Buckingham Palace is also only around a 20-minute walk from the hotel. The weather was very hot during our stay, so I requested an extra fan at reception. Within 5 minutes, a staff member brought an extra fan to our room, which we really appreciated. Another great service was the free luggage storage after checkout. We checked out at 9:30am and left our luggage there until 8:30pm before collecting it. The staff were very happy to help and made everything easy for us. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and would definitely recommend The Grapevine Hotel. Nothing.
• Andras (8/5): Ha valaki olcsó szállás keres egy-két éjszakára London belvárosában, ez a megfelelő hely! - Kis szoba, de jó ár-érték arányban, jó felszereltséggel (kávé, tea, türölköző, hajszárító) és saját fürdőszoba WC-vel (ami Londonban az olcsóbb szállodáknál ritka). 10 perc sétára a Victoria állomástól, ami kényelmes. Egy kis asztal vagy polc jó lett volna. A két estémból, amit ott töltöttem, egyik este 23:30-kor értem haza, a kulcs-kártyám nem nyitotta az ajtót - szerencsére az éjszakai recepciós megoldotta, de akkor is fura volt.

• Cruiser588107 (10/5): Great stay and great location. - Great stay at the Grapevine. I know some previous guests have been a bit critical, but we found it to be excellent value for money. Yes, the decor is a bit tired in places with some marked walls, and the appliances have seen better days, but they were perfectly functional. We had no issues at all during our stay. If you want a clean, affordable room in a prime Victoria spot, this is it. The hotel is also close to all local amenities and in walking distance, tube or bus distance to local surroundings. This is ideal if you have arrived to London via bus as only 5 minutes walk to Victoria coach station. Staff are also very friendly and helpful! We’d stay again without a second thought.

Douche puissante et agréable. Serviettes, gel douche et papier WC fournit, très agréable. J'ai apprécié la salle de bain et les toilettes mais dommage que ces locaux ne soient pas attenants à la chambre pour le coté pratique. Sur les photos il me semblait que que c'était bien dans la chambre.

• Richard (4/5): Heard it on the Grapevine Apr.'26 - Location, price. Poor attitude of staff. Failed to reply to my messages. Told me staff would adjust TV on Sunday in 1hr. no call,arrival. No grd fl rm despite my verbal and advanced written requests! The room 6 on end,many passing guests,loud talk and use of mobile outside my door! Staff informed. Sink overflow, no plug water not hot.Staff suggested moving tap?! When staff state rm is ready, it should be just that! Not me having to waste my time with tap! Kettle difficult to fill for drinks. Bin was emptied but the Tea,Coffee, Milk not refilled?! Took 2 staff in my brm to restart TV, in my way/taking up my time,space!. Despite request for heat,radiator on then off. Staff said heating off as it's summer? No it's Spring and chilly. I was cold, what of elderly/health etc? Told portable heater will be sent up. I waited as wanted to shower I phoned as no heater, told couldn't find one! I said why didn't staff inform me,mumbling. I hung up! Disgraceful unprofessional from staff! The ceiling fan appeared unsafe,damaged flooring,trip hazard, torn wallpaper, hole in wall, litter. Not too clean around! No b'fast, reception location poor,no seat,table ,no offer to help with baggage or enquire if your stay was ok. Just have a nice day. What a nonsense! I seek compensation of £27.77.

• Jacques-Eric (3/5): À déconseiller - Le seul avantage est la proximité de Victoria Station Chambre petite, pas d’armoire, plafond cloqué, seuil de la salle de bain moisi. Douche, lavabo et WC sur une toute petite surface. Les lits ne sont pas fait tous les jours. On a même eu une grosse fuite d’eau dans la salle de bain qui venait de la chambre du dessus

• Marine (8/5): Emplacement idéal et calme, mais chambre petite et propreté ainsi que les équipements à revoir - L’emplacement de cet hôtel est idéal : il se trouve dans un quartier très bien situé, à proximité immédiate de toutes les commodités (transports, restaurants, commerces). La chambre, bien que petite, est parfaitement adaptée pour un court séjour ou un week-end. Nous avons également apprécié le calme des lieux, avec très peu de nuisances sonores. Un bon rapport qualité-prix, je recommande pour un séjour de quelques jours. Cependant, la propreté laisse à désirer : présence de poussière et de moisissures, ce qui est vraiment dommage.

For the price I paid (£30) I wasn't expecting the best and whilst parts of the room are a in need of some TLC and cleaning, the bed was clean and the room was reasonably clean. The room was small but it was perfectly fine, I'd stay here again if the price was right.

• Centeno (2/5): Lo único bueno es su ubicación, limpieza y trato deplorable - La ubicación La habitación muy pequeña. El baño no hay espacio ni para caerte en el suelo. La limpieza es muy deficiente, polvo de meses en cuarterones de las puertas, restos de manchurrones en paredes, calefactor...Moho en las paredes del baño porque no hay ventilación. De una estancia de 4 días el baño (concretamente la taza no la limpiaron ni un día)sólo hicieron la cama 1 día, no hubo un cambio total de toallas ( siempre no cambiaban alguna). La habitación muy antigua y nada de mantenimiento, tenía pintadas las paredes de un color y el techo de blanco, pues había brochazos del color de la pared en las reparaciones del techo, yeso levantado en las esquinas, agujeros de taladros en baño y pared sin tapar.... El colchón de la cama blando y más pequeño que el somier, las almohadas finísimas. La atención mala, especialmente con una mujer que fue porque se había desconfigurado la tarjeta de acceso y ni me habló y puso cara de "astío". Para ese trato prefiero que me den un código y no tratar con el trabajador..

• Radwan (6/5): - Lokalizacja świetna i tylko dlatego nie zgłosiłam na miejscu swoich uwag. Wychodziliśmy o 10 i wracaliśmy o 21. Wszędzie blisko. Zwiedzaliśmy pieszo. Ten pokój nie był taki, jak na zdjęciach. Powinien być wynajmowany maksymalnie dla trzech osób. Nas było czterech i musieliśmy jeden przez drugiego przechodzić. Kotary w oknie i półka pod lustrem nie zachęcają do pobytu. W łazience brak chociażby jednego wieszaka. Niby codziennie był serwus sprzątając, ale pod łóżkami kurz, a w łazience włosy nie nasze i deska nie umyta po wcześniejszych gościach.
• Katherine (3/5): Would not recommend - The location of the property was great and it was very central to major attractions. There was free wifi and was close to many places to eat. The rooms were dirty upon arrival. There was dust on the counters, sticky coffee stains on the table, there was something odd on the sheets and against the wall, the shower did not drain and neither did the sink and the staff did not come to clean our room or change the trash throughout our 3 night 4 day stay. The staff was rather rude and quite unhelpful. The Tv also did not work what so ever. I have photos of all of these descriptions but they will not upload to this website.

• Frances (3/5): Ok for a night but needs a lick of paint and proper TV - Location is great and check in was quick and painless. WiFi was good. I expected this to be cheap and cheerful and can live with the small room but it really does need a lick of paint and a clean. Also the TV wouldn’t work. It turned on but there were no channels. It looked like it needed some sort of login to even get the players. I needed a TV to do my work (I’m a journalist and had to do a work shift) and I rang reception who said maintenance would be around in an hour and they would send them around. They never did. So I had a ridiculous situation of trying to work while running TV channels through my phone. Many other people have also said the TV didn’t work in their reviews so I don’t understand why they can’t fix this. It would put me off stating again as I require that facility.

Era muy agobiante. El picaporte estaba medio roto al igual que la máquina para calentar el agua.

The room was really small so there was no desk that I could work from … it’s hard to balance a laptop on your lap…the stairs are steep. But … it is what it is. I saw the room and it states there is no lift.

Todo perfecto, y la ubicación excelente El tamaño del baño y que no limpiaran el suelo. Si hubieran limpiado el suelo daría un 10 a este hotel.

El personal fue muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La habitación estaba muy limpia, lo cual se valora mucho. Como punto a mejorar, la habitación resultó bastante pequeña para tres personas, un poco justa en espacio. En general, una buena opción por ubicación y atención. Habitación muy pequeña para 3 personas.

The staff were very friendly, and the basic room service was just what we needed — bins were emptied and fresh towels provided. The room temperature was excellent and kept us very warm throughout our stay. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience. We liked everything.
