• Ilaria (8/5): - Posizione, zona, comodità con tutto vicino, comodi letti e doccia ampia Piccolo problema siamo rimasti un GG senza acqua calda, molte volte con la reception sembrava difficile comunicare o hanno promesso di portare asciugamani pulite e poi ho dovuto sollecitare... Piccole cose davvero per il resto perfetto l'appartamento ..

• Erna (2/5): Slechtste overnachtingservaring ooit. - Goed bed, goede locatie Temperatuur douche was koud. Ook na melden. Eén keer na een melding lauwwarme douche kunnen nemen. Code van kamer werkte soms niet, met je wc op de gang erg lastig als je je kamer weer in wil. Wc papier een keer op.

Friendly staff but poor hot water supply and tv not working - Great location, friendly staff No hot water for the shower, when asked for assistance was told just to run it for 10 minutes and it would warm up. It did but what a waster of water, having to do this every time someone wants a shower. TV also didn’t work, staff tried to fix it but wouldn’t connect to WiFi. We were told they might be able to move rooms the following day but then heard nothing. We didn’t need the tv but still a facility we should have had but didn’t.

• Jordan (1/5): - Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay. The property had no heating and no hot water during our visit, which made the flat extremely uncomfortable overnight. Communication and resolution efforts were also not handled well, which made the situation even more frustrating. Overall, the stay did not meet reasonable expectations and I would not stay here again.

Property looked lovely from the outside, and inside, greeted by a very friendly & helpful gentleman. Very clean room, crisp white bedding, kettle, cups & glasses, 2 water bottles, and complimentary shower gel & shampoo The twin room was a little snug. The TV wouldn't connect to freeview or live TV, although we didn't need it

• Jasmine (6/5): Prima verblijf, maar voor iets meer geld heb je meer luxe ergens anders. - Personeel vriendelijk. Elke dag schone handdoeken. Prima locatie om de stad te verkennen, meerdere undergounds in de buurt. Meerdere koffie- en eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Prijs-kwaliteitverhouding denk ik OK voor wat je krijgt. De foto's leken mooier dan de kamer uiteindelijk was! Op de foto's lijkt alles nieuw en fris, maar in werkelijkheid is alles wel wat verouderd. Raam kon niet goed dicht waardoor tocht naar binnen kwam. Kamerdeur was kleiner dan frame waardoor veel licht van de gang 's nachts naar binnen scheen tijdens slapen. Ook de gordijnen sloten niet goed aan zodat ook hier veel licht doorheen kwam. Het bed paste ik net in (ik ben 170cm / 5'7") en je kan niet goed om het bed heen lopen (te krap/weinig ruimte). De badkamer deed mij aan vakantie in een mobilehome denken; alles aanwezig maar zeer beperkte ruimte. Er wordt gebruik gemaakt van een ringdoorbel, die soms lang door blijft rinkelen en praten op de gang is goed hoorbaar. Ook hoor je de geluiden van de kamer boven je; krakende vloeren, wc die doortrekt. Tip voor hotel eigenaar: plaats een sensor lamp in de hal voor kamer 21, zodat de lamp alleen aangaat bij beweging en mensen in de kamer minder last hebben van het licht.
• Silvia (6/5): Hotel correcto para ir a dormir y ducharse - El hotel está muy bien situado, a 4 minutos andando de Marble Arch, donde hay metro y muchas paradas de bus. Tiene muchos restaurantes y supermercados cerca y la calle es tranquila y muy bonita. La habitación era correcta, con una cama de matrimonio y dos camitas pequeñas y un baño completo. Las camas eran cómodas y las almohadas también. La habitación estaba en el sótano y justo delante de la ventana estaba la escalera donde bajaban a fumar empleados. La ventana no cerraba bien, así que se colaba el humo del tabaco y olía toda la habitación. También entraba frío y se notaba por la noche, ya que aunque fuimos en mayo, por las noches estábamos a 4 y 5 grados. Aunque vaciaban las basuras a diario y cambiaban las toallas, las camas no las hacían y no rellenaban los geles de ducha ni champús.

• Sofia (6/5): Incredible location - Great location, near the subway and the bus stop. Quiet and lovely neighbourhood. Not busy at all but near the supermarket, restaurants and shops. The staff were very kind and always helpful. Sometimes we got cold water when showering. The cleaning was not that good through the week.

• David (7/5): We were happy to overlook the issues as we really liked the rooms and the location. - Good location and fairly quiet for central London. Near to Hyde Park. Overall a nice apartment. Bedding and towels were very clean No Curtains in 1 bedroom. Very heavy shower door broken and needed to lifted to close. Fridge and freezer needs attention.

• Amy (5/5): No reception - Location No reception felt like a hostel not a hotel. Just a town house with lots of bedrooms. A hotel should have a reception and seating areas. Overseas residents may feel unsafe with no staff on site.

Showers terrible! - Location was great, smooth with booking in but had no water in shower and when pressure was fixed had no hot water, this happened both time after going for a run and having plans that ended up being delayed No water pressure at all in showers and when pressure fixed had to have cold showers on two of the days I was there. No offer of remuneration

El que nos atendió fue muy amable, estuvo siempre disponible tanto en persona como de manera virtual contestando nuestras dudas en cualquier momento. La atencion es 24/7 de verdad. El tamaño de la habitación, al igual que el del baño, es bastante pequeño y en un cuarto para 3 se hizo dificil la convivencia. Además debido a esto, claramente no había heladera, ni una mesa o sillas.

• Remco (6/5): Clean, friendly but needs some work for the perfect sleep - The location is perfect, the staff are friendly and the room was clean and value for money Maybe I was unlucky with other guests but there was a lot of noise throughout the night from other guests especially walking round the room above me from 2am to 3am. The blinds also didn't block out all the light from the street that my room faced and on the other side lots of light came from the corridors where the lights were on all night. The combination meant that it was not that dark in my room

• Patrizia (8/5): Super séjour en groupe, l’emplacement était ideal pour découvrir Londres. - Emplacement idéal pour visiter Londres. Personnel très gentil et intentionné. Chambre mal insonorisée et difficile de régler l’eau chaude dans la salle de bain: passe du très chaud au très froid pendant la douche.

Le personnel très intentionné et attentif: nous avons reçu un message de leur part lorsque la porte de notre chambre était restée entre-ouverte afin d’être sûrs que ce ne soit pas une mégarde de notre part! Merci encore pour l’attention. Mauvaise insonorisation. Nous avions une grande chambre spacieuse mais très bruyante: bruit toute la nuit d’un « moteur » qui s’enclenche régulièrement probablement pour la chasse d’eau à la salle de bain et/ou l’eau courante dans l’hôtel.
• Corine (7/5): Rustig gelegen vlakbij Oxford Street - kleine, schone en basic kamer met behulpzaam personeel - Het hotel ligt in een redelijke rustige buurt, net achter de drukte van Oxford Street. Met 10 minuten lopen ben je bij metrostation Marble Arch. Er zijn veel restaurants in de buurt. Als reiziger alleen voelde ik me veilig. De hotelkamer was heel klein, maar schoon, de douche ok en de receptionist behulpzaam. Ik had een eenpersoonskamer met toilet op de gang. Basic maar prima. Ik weet zeker dat de hotelkamer met een paar kleine, slimme aanpassingen net wat beter kan worden. Denk aan ophanghaken voor je kleren of jas, of een extra plankje voor je spullen. Het raam is een houten schuifraam en als de wind erop staat, kleppert het de hele nacht. Het rolgordijn wappert ook mee en houdt wind en licht niet helemaal tegen. De verwarming wilde op een gegeven moment niet meer uit, maar dat werd gelukkig snel opgelost. Neem maar oordoppen en een slaapmasker mee.
• Nadia (8/5): Super godt - Rummet var stort og rummeligt. Havde jeg ikke regnet med. Man skal ikke være lydsensitiv. Der er et vand filter eller lign. Så når gæsterne ovenpå bruger vand så larmer det i vores soveværelse. Heldigt for os var vi ikke lyd sensitive så det gjorde os ikke så meget.

• John Ronaldo (7/5): Cozy hotel, perfect if you're just needing a base to sleep and shower. Close to Heathrow Express. - Easy to find and easy to walk to from Paddington Station. Close to Marble Arch and really only a 30 min walk from Oxford Circus and Leicester Square. Pictures online made the room look bigger. It was tight. Not designed to come to with luggage. No closets or furniture of any kind other than the beds and a coat rack. If you're looking for anything with space to unpack a suitcase, this might not be the right place. It did have a recessed shelf and a night stand in between the beds where you could charge devices over night. Everything else was great!

I was told I would have been given a better room one month in advance (when I made the reservation) and then it was changed last minute. Very disappointed

• Donatella (8/5): Luminoso appartamento in zona comoda e tranquilla - La casa luminosissima, cucina super accessoriata, letti di dimensioni ridotte ma comodi. Spazi adeguati e confortevoli per 4 persone, posizione ottima. Metro e servizi commerciali vicini, dal lato opposto il fantastico Hide Park. Nonostante il bagno fosse di recente ristrutturazione e la struttura complessivamente pulita, purtroppo l'ultima notte abbiamo incontrato dei bagarozzi, probabilmente uscivano dalle tubature, quindi in generale forse sarebbe utile una disinfestazione dei tubi condominiali.

• Samantha (9/5): Perfect accommodation for a short stay - Location was brilliant with the welcoming entrance and greeting. We were upgraded to a double and single which was great for me and my daughter. The amount of hangers were good as well as the tea facilities. The room could have benefitted with a full length mirror and a few more space saving hooks for the bathroom, including a hook on the door for the towel as I had to place it on the toilet. There is nor much that can be done about it, however the floorboards are extremely squeaky as I could hear the people in the room above me at about 11pm moving around the room.

• GUIDO (6/5): Goede ligging, voldeed , maar wat algemene aandachtspuntjes - De locatie was perfect voor ons gezin. Op 10 minuten wandelen van Marble Arch. Ruime woonkamer met uitgeruste keuken, waar alles aanwezig was. 2 Slaapkamers met 1 dubbel en 2 afzonderlijke bedden. Geen sleutel nodig, alles met codes. Wij gaan zeker overwegen om ditzelfde hotel te boeken bij ons volgend verblijf in London Ik zou daardoor een score geven van 7 /10 Dit is niet bedoeld als kritiek, enkel als aandachtspunten voor het hotel zelf. De kamer (Appartement A) had wat opsmuk werk nodig voor volledig in orde te zijn. - Op de borden van de keuken waren bij aankomst nog etensresten. - Het deurtje van de diepvries ontbrak, zodat er een ijsmassa was in de koelkast. - Het wifi signaal was niet stabiel, maar een vorige gast had wel nog zijn Netflix account in de tv laten staan (pluspunt) - Stopcontact in badkamer werkte niet - Het brandalarm op de grote slaapkamer was gedeeltelijk verwijderd. - En links en rechts wat spinnenwebben.

• Irene (10/5): Perfecto - Ubicación excelente, justo detrás de una calle principal llena de ocio. Con paradas de bus muy cercanas y a poco más de 5 minutos a pie de Oxford Street. El personal es amable y siempre atentos a cualquier cosa que necesites. Es pequeño, lo que puede llegar a agobiar para 4 personas pero si es solo para la hora de dormir se puede estar perfectamente.

• Gara (7/5): - El alojamiento está situado un un barrio tranquilo y cómodo. Con varios accesos al metro si no quieres caminar. Una habitación pequeña pero limpia. Lo justo que necesitábamos. La ducha del baño. Su “alcachofa” a penas se movía y no había ducha extensible. El agua a veces se cortaba y solo salía hirviendo, así que era imposible utilizarla.

• Edward (10/5): A very clean, cosy, welcoming hotel in central London nearby to all transport links, Hyde Park, and various shops. - I stayed in one of the single rooms for two nights - The bed space was clean and tidy, bed was very comfortable, storage space for clothes was large enough, and the window right next to the bed was ideal for a breeze at night. Very clean and comfortable room. Location was excellent - a short walk to Marble Arch underground for access across London, Hyde Park a few streets away, and close to various shops. Ideal location. Staff - on arrival the staff were great, in particular Talal, who was welcoming and very helpful. Any issues throughout your stay would be addressed. Towels changed and bins emptied daily when staying here. Excellent staff. Value for money - to be in central London, nearby to all transport links, shops, parks etc, for the price paid, definitely great value for money.

• Nerea (5/5): Aceptable para pocos dias. - La ubicacion esta muy bien, cerca de marble arch lo que resulto facil llegar al centro andando. En cuestion de calidad-precio teniendo en cuenta la ubicacion estuvo bien. La limpieza estuvo bien Las camas, fuimos 4 personas y nos dieron una habitacion triple, era un poco pequeña (habia una cama doble y dos pequeñas), la cama doble genial, pero las individuales eran de muelles y era dificil dormir, muy incomodas. En nuestra habitacion para entrar al baño habia un pequeño "escalon" o cambio de altura y fue incomodo para mi abuela ya que tenia que tener cuidado.
