- Lorraine (5/5): Passable - Central location The bathroom was so tiny it could barely fit one person, with a massive step up to it, anyone with mobility issues wouldn't be able to stay here. Also above one of the beds was a marble ledge which if you weren't careful you could smash your head open

- laura (1/5): Don't book - Location Room was awful bathroom was like a step up caravan shower window was left wide open and now I realise now why as heating is on full and cant be turned off. We was top floor and winding last stairs were dangerous. Everything is dated, chipped or marked. Key card was given and we had to leave the hotel I booked and go two doors down to use it and then it wasn't working so had to go back to reception. On lead up to hotel room wallpaper peeling off wall The smoke detector is covered in tissue so previous person obviously done it and it hasn't been checked. Door through to bathroom is filthy. Ceiling was previously patched up and didn't look safe.
- Becky (5/5): Just okay - Good location, 10-15 minute walk from King’s Cross, very friendly staff and easy to come and go as you please. It was very dated and breakfast was lacking, uneven flooring in the room made it hard to move around. WiFi was not free, and nor was luggage storage on the last day, as it had said in questions answered before. Unfortunately wouldn’t stay again, but if you’re on a tight budget could work well for you.

Garderoben var väldigt ostabil. Frukosten där var det trångt. Inget skrevs om att jag bokade på ett hotell men bodde på ett annat med samma ägare.

Nous sommes pourtant une famille tolérante et pas exigeante sur le logement en général.

I was supposed to call him. An old man came in the morning was very rude, he introduced himself as owner of the hotel.

- Alina (7/5): Good for a short stay - Good location, we could walk to and from Liverpool, the metro and other areas. Good proximity to good pubs for food/drink. The breakfast was simple but its enough to keep one full for a few hours. Having in mind that it's only a 2 star hotel, I feel it's an okay stay for a few days. Our room had a hair dryer, kettle, soap, shampoo and towels. The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately the beds were horrible, we could feel the springs, it was not comfortable at all. If a renewal of the mattresses happens, then it's perfect!

Toilet was broken and dirty, carpet was dirty, dust everywhere and the sink and shower, well I don’t even want to mention it disgusting 🤢 to say I didn’t go down for breakfast is an understatement! Slept in my clothes!

- Ernest (7/5): Bona ubicació i tracte amable, tot i que amb instal·lacions antigues i alguns aspectes millorables. - L’allotjament està molt ben situat i molt ben connectat, fet que el fa especialment pràctic per visitar la ciutat. L’habitació és prou espaiosa per a quatre persones, amb dos llits individuals i un llit doble, i permet accés les 24 hores, cosa que dona molta flexibilitat. El personal és molt amable i proper: en tot moment ens han ajudat, han resolt els nostres dubtes i han fet tot el possible perquè l’estança fos agradable. Malgrat alguns punts que potser s’haurien de millorar, nosaltres repetirÍem estada en aquest hotel, ja que la ubicació és excel·lent, el tracte és molt bo i, quan viatges a una ciutat, la major part del temps la passes fora de l’hotel. Per dormir i esmorzar, considerem que ofereix una bona relació qualitat-preu, un bon allotjament i una connexió immillorable al costat de Russel Square. Hi tornaríem sense cap dubte. Com a punts a millorar, les instal·lacions es veuen una mica velles i una mica deixades. El lavabo és força petit, gairebé com un lavabo de caravana dins l’habitació; tot i que és funcional, l’aigua és calenta i compleix correctament la seva funció, pot resultar una mica poc confortable. També creiem que es podria ampliar una mica el bufet d’esmorzar, sobretot pensant en famílies amb nens petits, afegint alguna opció de brioixeria, ja que actualment hi ha cereals tipus cornflakes, cafè, te i torrades amb mantega i melmelada. En general, les instal·lacions s’haurien d’actualitzar una mica, ja que algunes parts estan envellides i les parets mal pintades. No és una qüestió de brutícia, sinó d’aspecte antic. Ho comentem com a punts de millora i no com una crítica negativa, ja que entenem que la relació qualitat-preu és correcta.
- Ruben (3/5): Si no te importa la estancia por que vas a estar fuera recomendable si no te quieres gastar mucho dinero, pero si quiere - La ubicación muy buena relación calidad precio bien, tienes que tener en cuenta lo que pagas y lo que vas a recibir Nos alojamos esta semana del 29 de diciembre al 2 de enero. Nada más llegar nos dejaron entrar antes a cambio de una buena reseña, la cual he tenido que borrar porque es necesario. La habitación tiene un baño portátil como el de una caravana, cuando llegamos estaba sucio con pelos pequeños en la taza del váter, fue un suplicio ducharnos no porque fuese pequeña sino porque daba asco entrar, yo me duché con una bolsa en los pies para no tocar nada. Por otra parte, las almohadas súper incómodas, por no hablar del colchón que se clavaban los muelles, además la habitación era entera de moqueta, asqueroso, solo pisaba con calcetines porque eso NO lo limpian. En segundo lugar, algo súper IMPORTANTE como es la calefacción, NO ponían, el primer día se lo dije al personal, por cierto muy majos, que si me ponían la calefacción porque hacía un frío horrible en la habitación, nosotros nos alojamos en la planta baja, me explicaron que la calefacción se encendía a las 6 de la TARDE, aún así me esperé y nada, la calefacción al mínimo mínimo que no se notaba nada, el radiador frío en pleno invierno, así todos los días. De desayuno ponían pan con mantequilla y mermelada y pocos cereales con leche y ya está, un desayuno un poco pobre y simple pero estaba bien. La verdad que lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación, a 9 minutos andando tienes el metro y es genial, también hay una parada de bicis que está muy guay para moverte por allí. Sinceramente pienso que son bastante tontos en no tener estas cosas tan fundamentales y básicas como son la limpieza, la calefacción y la calidad de las cosas como las almohadas y la cama, sería un hotel calidad precio de 10 pero no es así y pierden mucho. Si esas cosas no te importan es una buen hotel pero sí que es verdad que no son de buena calidad y limpieza ninguna.

No puedes ni bañarte tranquila . Las camas súper incómodas . Y no hablar del desayuno. Qué desastre. No había sino tostadas Café del de instantáneo, mantequilla, mermeladas y tutella. Ni jamón ni queso ni nada ni colacao pal niño. Un desastre para lo caro que es

- Uwe (2/5): Schlechteste 'Hotel' das ich je hatte. - Am Hotel überhaupt nichts. Preis Leistung kann man vergessen. Frühstück eine Katastrophe nur Toast und Marmelade keine Wurst, kein Käse nichts. Der Raum viel zu klein und Kaffeepulver zum anrühren. Wo da 297£ gerechtfertigt sind, ich bin bestimmt nicht anspruchsvoll aber dieser Schuppen gehört aus eurem Programm herausgenommen. Mehr gibt's darüber nicht zu sagen. Siehe oben!!!!!!
- Nikola (5/5): - Poloha hotelu skvělá. Snídaně toust, případně cereálie, teplý nápoj a džus. 24 hod recepce funguje. Úměrný poměr cena/výkon. Malý pokoj, jako všude v Londýně. Chtělo by to trochu zlepšit úklid. Hůř větratelný pokoj - špatně se okno vytahuje. Staré oprýskané vybavení. Ale vzhledem k ceně snesitelné.
