- John (6/5): - This small room had very few amenities like hooks for towels and things to store clothes and had zero shelves to put toiletries. Think long and hard before having two in this room. (#16 in the annex). Hotel has zero extra things and small lobby.

- Hong (8/5): - Room is very small but nicely organized. Shower is very small but manageable. Walking distance from Victoria Station. All sightseeing tours start from Victoria Station. A false fire alarm in the middle of one night.
- Jonathan (10/5): - The hotel was comfortable and quiet. We stayed for two days as a couple. The room was on the smaller side as others have mentioned but worked great for a place to rest inbetween seeing the sights. It was a reasonable 5-10 min walk from Victoria station which put it off the high traffic streets with a few nice pubs close by and Sainsbury grocery store just around the corner. The front desk staff were very helpful and let us leave a bag the day we checked out which we retrieved after seeing Wicked that evening. Bike rental station was just a block away. Hope to return in the future!

- Peter (8/5): - Great location that was easy to get to Buckingham Palace and the Victoria train station. Breakfast had lots of options and we liked the layout of the room with two separate twin beds.
- Dean (4/5): - Booked property through Expedia at lower rate than directly through hotel website. Maybe because of this, they gave us the smallest room in the basement of the annex across the street. Room barely fit a double size bed, a cruise ship cabin would be twice as big as this room. Stairs to the room in the basement were steep and narrow and auto lights would only come on after you took your first two or three steps in the dark. We left our towels on the floor thinking we would get clean ones but instead housekeeping picked them up and hung them on hooks behind the door. Housekeeping also left a pair of cleaning gloves draped over the bathroom door handle (who knows where they were used).
- Veronica (8/5): - Location is everything where you visit a country for the first time . so i chose close to Victoria Station . 2 blocks away the room in the website , the smallest is not what i got , we have the mallets double ai gel bed and the one we got , tiny for 2 regular size people. amazing building and pretty area. so if you don’t mind small was good . the breakfast is average as included . no room service and no refrigerator to store food either in your room so be aware, or the one we had. but depending on what you want the location is key

- Josh (4/5): Avoid any room downstairs if you want sleep! - I bought a single and thought it was great when I was offered an upgrade to a twin. However accepting the upgrade was the worst mistake. My room was in the basement, people were smoking and talking outside my window until the early hours making the room stink and depriving me of sleep. The walls and doors were paper thin and It was also by some sort of staff area and the breakfast room - so from late night until the moment I left I heard talking, coughing, shouting, clinking. All I’m all quite a terrible experience.

A few stairs, no lift, but It was only a stop over for the apollo theatre( 5 min walk) so was perfect. Friendly check in, room was large, comfy bed, walk in shower and basically you need except a small fridge but cant complain. Would stay here again when in london

Me with boyfriend we had little bit structurally crazy room but still it was clean and nice. The last room was with single beds, again the occupants were satisfied. The bathrooms very clean; room service daily. We tried also breakfast in the hotel. Various pastries and english breakfast offered to us. The price is little bit too much, but it was only for 2/5 days. The recepcionist promptly help us with our queries and mainly on arrival they gave us 3 room on the same floor to be nearby. Overally, very satisfied about the choice of hotel for our London trip. Good location. Nice hotel. Good price for 6people in peak time of January.

- Eliot (10/5): Give Vic a Chance - Area around Victoria Station is hotel row. Many choices, this is a good one. Very adequate for one or two nights, or even as a base to explore London. Proximity to train station means easy access to Tube and trains to England proper and return to Gatwick, if that's your airport. Safe, hospitable staff. Good shower. Room small, beds take up most of the space, but they are comfortable.

Looks like it has been recently renovated. It was very clean and bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and offered to help. Very pleasant stay. One thing to note is that if you’re in the annex, there are a lot of stairs and no lift! We weren’t aware that we were in the annex until we checked in. In fairness, the staff offered to help us carry bags up the stairs but otherwise it was great

- Londontraveller (10/5): - Great for a 2 star hotel. However, I would suggest staying in the main building where the breakfast is served. Good variety of food. Near to Victoria coach station but one underground stop away from Oxford circus
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Comfortable budget place with accommodating staff and small room that has everything a traveler would need at the end of the day. The only inconvenience (common in Europe) is lack of elevator and need to drug your luggage over several flights of narrow steps. Location is 0.4 miles from the underground with many places to eat nearby. Within 1-1.5 miles from the Buckingham palace and Westminster abbey. Would stay again.
- sharon (10/5): Number One Choice - This is a great place to stay. Request original hotel with elevator access. Breakfast is superb. EXCELLENT. within walking distance to theaters and palace.
- Jill (6/5): Noisy but nice. - Arrived tired and disappointed to find no dining room so I had to go searching for a restaurant, luckily there were lots and the receptionist helped with advice. The room was fine but in the annex basement with a wonderful view of the boiler, about a meter away, and a wall. Trains rumbled underneath and the boiler started up at 5.30, roaring and, strangely, clanking. I worried that there was something wrong with it. The maid was charming and kindly, the staff were helpful and because I only have a bit of musli and coffee for breakfast, reduced the price for me. Without a bar or restaurant I'm not sure this should be called a hotel but as a B&B it was, on the whole, good.

- KMG (8/5): - The Lobby staff were super nice! They explained very clearly when I called from the airport how to take a coach to Victoria Station. Then they later arranged for our taxi back to the airport. Exceptionally nice and friendly.
- Randy (8/5): - Great centralize location in London. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from Victoria Station (train). The breakfast buffet is limited, but the food is very good, fresh, and replenished quickly. The condition of the hotel is a little worn down, however, I found it adequate. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was decent. Our faucet had some issues with the flow of water, but it was not a major hindrance.

- Robert (8/5): - When we arrived at the hotel there was a bit of trouble finding our reservation, but finally got it squared away. We arrived way earlier than the normal check-in time, but the hotel said that we could place our luggage in the room right away while the room was being made ready for our stay. As it turned out, the room was ready and we were able to settle in right away. The management could not have been any more responsive to taking care of a few small issues that arose. We exceeded the number of devices on an internet ID, so they gave us a second ID. We were also quite satisfied with the performance provided with the WIFI response times. The emergency egress from our room was locked, so they provided a key to unlock the exit. The hotel was located in a very favorable position to provide access to public transportation and other venues. We were quite satisfied with the whole experience with our stay at this Best Western hotel.
- CC (6/5): - We stayed in the main building where reception is located, not the annex. The rooms we were in looked nothing like the photos from the site. I had booked a double, which ended up being a full bed and then a twin in another crammed room in the same suite. The floors hadn't been cleaned, there was a plastic bottle cap on the floor. There was mold on the walls and tile in the bathroom. It was incredibly cramped and nothing in there felt clean.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. Also, it's location is perfect because it is near all the major landmarks.
