From the moment we arrived, the team was welcoming, informative, and always ready to assist, which made our stay feel very comfortable. What I especially loved about this hotel was the location. It’s within easy walking distance to St Pancras train station, taxi stands, plenty of food options, and even a friendly, inexpensive marketplace. This convenience made getting around London so much easier. I would highly recommend this hotel to families, budget-conscious travelers, and anyone planning to use public transportation. The combination of great service and excellent location makes it a wonderful choice for a stay in London.

- Mathias (8/5): - This hotel is within 5 minutes walking distance from the St. Kings Cross train and subway station, and 10 minutes away from the St. Pancras and Euston train stations - very convenient. Although the hotel is nothing fancy, it has evidently been renovated recently, so everything is neat, clean and functional. Staff was friendly and helpful. One nice touch is a "help yourself" coffee/capuccino/latte/hot chocolate machine in a small seating area down in the basement - don't miss it. There are some complimentary goodies in the room, like bottled water, pop drinks and some sweets.

Room was clean with small sink and tea/ coffee making facilities. We were only able to get a room with shared bathroom but this was no issue at all

- Johnny (10/5): - I chose this place because it was well-reviewed, affordable, and close to St. Pancras. It was exactly what I needed, only a five-minute walk to/from the station, with all the amenities I needed, including A/C (which worked great), outlets for devices both at a small desk and next to the bed, and an iron and ironing board. I had the room right off the lobby, but after closing the door between the entry hallway and the bedroom, I heard none of the lobby noise. The room was small, but a bit more spacious than I'd expected, with an actual closet where you could hang clothes. There was even a little kitchen area with a microwave, although I didn't use it. I liked that they provided water bottles and some snacks in the mini-fridge and that it was all complimentary! (I only took the water.) The bathroom only had outlets for shavers, so I had to use my hair dryer in the bedroom, which worked out fine because there was a mirror next to the electrical outlet. Other than St. Pancras being nearby, Soho was about a 20-minute walk away and other streets with restaurants and shops were also a few minutes' walk away. I would definitely stay here again (and in fact I've already booked it for a week from now).

- William (8/5): Upscale Hotel Across From Train Stations - We have stayed here before. It is a very nice property across from Kings Cross and St. Pancras Stations. The only issue during our most recent stay was that our room faced the stations. Pretty noisy! The interior windows don't close all the way (most historic properties have modern interior windows inside the original windows) so we were forced to wear ear plugs all night. But that's life in the big city sometimes. Our room was spacious and upscale.

- Carla (10/5): - We booked the family suite for our weekend visit to watch a concert and it was a great stay ..Its a 10 minute walk from Euston and a few minutes walk from kingscross and at st pancras . Its on a quiet side street in a safe location. The room was perfect for us all and it was lovely and clean. It has hairdryer and iron for easy travelling. The complimentary snacks and juices were a great touch. I'd be more than happy to recommend it and stay there again .

- Lucy (8/5): Great stay - Our stay here was very pleasant. The room was small but comfortable and had what we needed - the sink in the room was great to have. The room and shared bathrooms were really clean and the bathrooms were very quiet so we had no issue with using them when we needed. The staff member who checked us in was nice and efficient. We were able to leave our keys in the room after checking out which was nice. The location was great - right by the Kings cross and felt pretty safe. The only downside was that the twin beds felt very small. Overall our stay was pleasant for a very reasonable price.

Only negative I can say is that there was no fresh coffee in the room as advertised (we had to go to the communal dining room for hot drinks). The staff explained that they didn’t have a delivery that day. Also, no microwave in the small kitchen area of the room. However, we would definitely stay again.

Our room was conveniently located on the main floor and was stocked with a great supply of snacks. We were grateful to have a clean, comfortable stay with a little kitchenette. Fixtures were modern and the guys at the desk were great to answer our questions. It’s so close to St. pancras that we’ll definitely stay again!
- Jeffrey (10/5): Great little hotel near Kings Cross, St Pancras. - Stayed one night because of location. Arrived on early flight from US and needed a spot near Euston station for a morning train the following day. Able to arrange for an early check in (with fee) which mitigated the time change somewhat. The hotel is a bit cramped but very clean, quiet and convenient. Very close to British Library and the British Museum is easily walkable. The bed was super and Shuk who was working the desk was extremely helpful.

- Michael (10/5): GREAT STAY & STAFF!! - We arrived with a massive family group. Early for a check in. The lift was under repair and the staff was amazing. They accommodated our entire group. They carried everyone’s bags to their rooms. We had a 2 bedroom which was perfect. Complimentary food and beverage in the room fridge. This is a great little hotel perfectly located right next to the train station. Get a High Room Floor to avoid train noise. CHEERS to the Staff!!!!!
- Dean (4/5): Poor area and room at an expensive price - For the price of the room (£180) you would expect an ensuite bathroom. The shared bathroom is 2 floors down. Too far. The room was directly on the street and you could hear every late night / early morning conversation. Next time i ll book a travelodge.

No AC in late June in London was a little rough, but they were lovely to set two fans in the room for us and have the window and door open for air flow before we got in. Solid experience overall.

I accidentally booked a shared bathroom and it was down two flights of stairs from our room. The shower would have been all the way in the basement, so we didn't bother. Sweated it out. First night the host gave us an ensuite bathroom, which was passable. Second night none were available, thus the bathroom nightmare. Kudos to the kind and helpful staff for trying, but this did not work for me. Sorry

- Louise (10/5): Weekend Stay - We travelled down from Cupar, Fife, for our daughter’s King’s Scout award. We needed to stay somewhere close to Kings Cross, to allow easy access to transport, and chose The Suites. The location could not have been better: the accommodation was spacious, the staff were extremely helpful, and the fresh coffee was a welcome bonus!

Towels were in our room with a double sink. We had a 5 bed family room. Location was perfect, Kings Cross, 2 minutes to tube/St Pancras, 10 minutes to Euston. Can’t beat it for a city break on a budget.

- GLORIA (10/5): A lucky find! - The Suites were wonderfully located, central yet quiet; the staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful; the rooms were well-designed and well-furnished, with comfortable beds, a handy kitchenette, and a tiny bath. The bedding and linens were crisp and clean; the whole place was immaculate, and easy to keep clean.

- Joe (8/5): - This property has 2, 3, or 4-star options. We booked the 4-star suite, but our room is in the basement level. I’m not sure if all the 4-star suites are in the basement, but I would expect higher star suites should be in the higher levels. It comes with some free snacks and drinks which is nice, but the suite is a bit small for 4 ppl. The room is generally clean and comfortable. It has a spacious common area but we didn’t have a chance to use it. The location is excellent with just 5mins walk from King’s Cross St Pancras station.

- Heather (8/5): Pleasent stay 5 mins from kings cross station - The reception process was very easy, there was no problem arriving early and leaving my suitcase until I returned later. The room (12) was a single room in the basement ( with a window) it was small but more rhan adequate for 1 night. There was a sink in the room but the wc/shower was across the corridor, this proved to be quite noisy wirh lots of people using it, it was equally difficult to use myself as it seemed to be forever occupied.

Everything was clean, the staff were wonderful, the breakfast was all that I could ask for and then some. This is my second CitizenM visit. This one being the best to date.
