• Jeannette (5/5): Gute Lage um schnell zum Flughafen Neapel zu kommen - Bad sehr schlecht insbesondere Dusche - Kachelfugen schimmelig schwarz, Duschtüre defekt, Wasserhähne in Dusche angelaufen und eklig, Safe funktionierte nicht und musste gewartet werden. Lunchpaket war das Wort nicht wert, unverpacktes Croissant- fand ich eine Frechheit. Ansonsten nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, kein Aufzug, nettes Frühstücksraum. Für 2 Nächte ok - mein Zimmer zur Straße recht laut- Stadt halt.

• Chanel (7/5): Excellent for an easy commute to the airport. Super friendly and helpful staff! - The hotel is perfect for anyone using the airport shuttle buses to get to/from the airport. The room was cute with lots of storage space. The best part was the friendly receptionist who was so helpful and almost went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed! Naples feels quite run down and as a solo female traveller I didn’t venture too far. Make sure you research the area so you know what to expect!

• yolanda (5/5): buena ubicación pero hotel anticuado - la ubicación extraordinaria, en la misma Plaza Garibaldi. No usamos el desayuno porque bajamos cuando ya había terminado su horario. La habitación muy discreta. Era una cama doble y sólo había enchufe en un lado de la cama. necesita modernizarse y hacer el hotel más cómodo y con mayores servicios. Solo pasamos una noche pero si hubiésemos estado más no habría resultado confortable.

• ALEXEY KURKIN (10/5): Отличный отель для выездов из Неаполя - Отличное расположение. Рядом два железнодорожных вокзала, магазины, кафе. В 50 метрах от отеля отправляются автобусы Alibus в аэропорт. Номер шикарный, большой и удобный. И недорого. Персонал чрезвычайно любезен. Всё понравилось. Нет лифта, но это терпимо. Сотрудники помогают дотащить чемодан.

• HELENE (7/5): - L'homme à l'accueil parle français. Il est de bons conseils pour visiter la ville. La chambre était côté cour intérieure donc pas le bruit de la grande place. La chambre n'était pas aussi belle que sur les photos. Les joints de faïence dans la salle de bain étaient noir par endroits Quand nous sommes entrés dans la chambre, il restait une serviette sale qui a dû servir de paillasson au gars de l'entretien.
