Am avut ceva emoții la recepție, unde ușa era încuiată, am sunat de câteva ori și abia după 2-3 minute a apărut recepționerul, care, altfel, a fost foarte amabil. Pentru lift aveți nevoie de monede de 5 centi

Du coup 8 étages à monter et descendre par l escalier. C est abusé et pas signalé lors de la réservation. Sinon la chambre était propre.

Validissima per lavoro, ma anche per una famiglia. Le stanze da poco ristrutturate, docce comode e materassi eccellenti. Dimenticavo un dettaglio non da poco, ho beccato una camera fronte mare, vista incantevole. Sicuramente la consiglio. Ps. Staff preparato

• Carolina (7/5): - Staff were really good people, friendly, polite! Location was really good, close everything! For one or two nights is ok. To be fair, this property isn’t really a traditional hotel — it’s more like a set of rental rooms. It is a building with many departments. The rooms and reception (all hotel) are located on the 6th floor, and to reach them, you need to go through two locked doors with access codes, as well as use a lift that requires a separate payment. there is no people to assist you until you a until you arrive at 6 floor. If the concept is designed as self-service accommodation, it would be helpful for the management to invest more in technology and clearer guidance to make the arrival process smoother for guests, make 24 hrs checking, and leave clear the proposal. Other point is the building was being renovated, we had a room with a balcony in a really bad conditions, as a civil engineer, I was really worried about it, they should renovate it first and then give a better quality to people.

• Konstantina (1/5): We couldn’t sleep none of the nights due to their poor renovation and they never gave a refund - We didn’t like anything at this property. Unfortunately we didn’t managed to sleep none of the two nights we stayed in This property. They did a poor renovation and they left a gap between the old window and the new one and birds built a hidden nest. That means that birds were SCREAMING every day at 6:00 and also at midnight. The noise was 10 times louder than an alarm clock. We mentioned that to two receptionists but they couldn’t do anything and they didn’t change us room cause they were full booked. We asked for a refund but the owners were extremely arrogant and they gave us no money back. Only booking gave us 97€ to save their reputation. Extremely overpriced for what it offers too. They can’t call themselves not hotel neither suites. Worst property I’ve ever booked. Don’t go!

• Evette (7/5): - I liked that, for my needs, it was close to the harbor and the metro station. Check-in was quick and easy with very friendly staff. Overall, it was a good one-night stay. There were two things that bothered me, though, number one: seeing as our room was right next to the reception, I could hear everything. From the main entrance door opening with the keypad to conversations in the reception, like guests checking in and staff talking till late in the evening. Number two: the balcony did not seem very safe, with some of the rebar exposed in the concrete.

• Adam (6/5): Super logement (Mais prenez vos earplugs) - L'arrivée était clair, la chambre propre et spacieuse, nous avions même une grande baignoire type spa dans la chambre ce qui nous a surpris et est toujours agréable. Le logement est très bien placé, il y a un café juste en dessous pour les petits déjeuners et les quartiers sympa sont tout prêt à pieds et si besoin le métro est à 5 minutes L'isolation sonore ! Naples est une ville plutôt bruyante, de jour comme de nuit, (que ce soit les véhicules ou des gens qui font du bruit) et la chambre ne possède aucune isolation phonique. Nous n'avons pas le sommeil léger et avons été réveillé par le bruit toutes les nuits du séjour parfois jusqu'à 4h du matin. Autre petit point bien moins important mais il y a un frigo et une bouilloire à disposition mais pas de verre, ce serait pratique.

• Inês (8/5): Confortável e bem situado - O pessoal da receção é muito prestável e disponível para qualquer dúvida. A localização é muito boa, fica perto do centro histórico. Os quartos são limpos e confortáveis, dispõem de toalhas e secador. Voltaria a ficar aqui, sem dúvida. Está um bocadinho longe da estação central de Nápoles, cerca de 25min a pé, o que pode ser mais desconfortável para quem viaja com malas, mas totalmente fazível.

Check in was very easy and staff was very helpful, they also allowed us to store our luggage with them after check in while we had lunch. None

Polecam wcześniej ustalić z personelem szczegóły w przypadku nocnych przylotów do Neapolu. Może to wymagać dodatkowej opłaty. Dziękuję Simona za pomoc w stresującej sytuacji!

• Giulia (9/5): Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel e nel complesso ci siamo trovati molto bene. La posizione è davvero ottima, comoda p - Posizione super top! A 10 minuti da Pizza del Plebiscito, super comoda. Staff gentile e disponibile. Cuscini un po’ scomodi e mancanza di corda per la persiana che faceva entrare troppa luce.. la tenda c’era, ma era piccola. Insonorizzazione della camera assente, e purtroppo la maleducazione delle persone che tornando a ora tarda non erano per niente silenziose.. anzi, non si faceva problemi a fare schiamazzi.
