• Carmine Digiorgio (8/5): Ottima soluzione se ti trovi a Roma - Proprietario davvero accogliente, gentile e premuroso. Mi ha messo subito al mio agio e mi ha fornito tutto il necessario affinché la mia permanenza fosse perfetta. Hotel datato ma ben tenuto. Sicuramente lo consiglio. Essendo molto vicino al centro di Roma c'è grande problema di parcheggio.
• Bruno (7/5): - Situé au calme, proche du métro (7 mn) et de la ligne de bus 62 (3 mn). Le personnel est très accueillant, vraiment très gentil. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas extraordinaire mais il coûte 4 € ! La literie est moyenne, la chambre un peu petite mais surtout l'insonorisation est mauvaise : on a l'impression de dormir avec les fenêtres grandes ouvertes ! Même si le quartier est calme, on est réveillé plusieurs fois par nuit, c'est dommage.

• casas carvajal (10/5): Todo súper bien - Me gustó todo, en trato del personal súper bien, el desayuno, las habitaciones, todo me gustó. Ubicación un poco retirada del centro pero puedes tomar bus o metro a una cuadra del hotel. La verdad lo recomiendo bastante.

Personale cordiale e colazione varia La mia camera, avendo la moquette ed un vecchio armadio, aveva un odore stantio. Information about features and what you should do and what you shouldn’t for example once we arrive after 1:30 am and we did t know there was q code to go in after hours u think as soon as the guest arrived all that information should be provided to the guest.

• Jean-Marc (9/5): - L'hôtel est charmant et joli. Les environs sont sûrs et calmes. Le personnel est très serviable et arrangeant. Beaucoup de souplesse avec le petit déjeuner. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages le jour de notre arrivée et de notre départ. Même s'il n'y a pas de parking, nous avons pu laisser notre scooter en sécurité à l'intérieur de la propriété. Merci pour tout ! L'isolation sonore n'est pas top et les installations ont un certain âge. Sinon la chambre est agréable.

Това е един от най-престижните квартали в Рим. Хотелът предлага прекрасна атмосфера и усещане за спокойствие и сигурност. Това е малък семеен хотел с прекрасен интериор. Стаята е комфортва и светла. Обслужването е невероятно. В близост до хотела има спирка на метро - Болоня. От метрото до хотела се стига лесно и бързо. Хотелът осигурява възможност на пълен релакс и бърз достъп до забележителности.

• Mauro (10/5): Soggiorno d'altri tempi in palazzina signorile a Roma - Punto di appogggio azzeccato per un congresso in zona Piazzale Bologna. Palazzina signorile stupenda con stanze in stile "romano", piccole ma accoglienti, signorili e ben rifinite. Arredamento funzionale, pulizia impeccabile e bagno nuovo. Ottima la posizione in zona Policlino, gentilissimo lo staff, colazione all'italiana (caffè, brioche, succhi di frutta, biscotti, etc) veramente conveniente e veloce. Niente.

Posto rumoroso e davvero poco isolato acusticamente, camera con una mezza finestra di fortuna, pulizia ok ma non particolarmente fornito (nella doccia non c'è nemmeno il bagnoschiuma, solo la saponetta). In linea di massima decisamente scarso il rapporto qualità/prezzo

• lisa (1/5): Mai più - Niente Pessima esperienza, da evitare assolutamente! La struttura era sporca., c’era persino una bottiglia già aperta abbandonata sul tavolo. Le porte senza maniglie, bisognava tirarle con forza per chiuderle. Nella prima stanza c’era un odore nauseante di marcio, niente finestra, solo un minuscolo lucernario che non si apriva e senza tenda: il sole ti sveglia in faccia all’alba. Dopo le lamentele ci hanno spostato nel seminterrato: sempre sporco, con meno puzza, ma alle 7.30 del mattino ci hanno svegliati passando l’aspirapolvere davanti alla porta. Assurdo. Un incubo dall’inizio alla fine, ci hanno rovinato la vacanza. Mai più. Ho fatto reclamo a Booking non mi hanno neanche risposto.

• Sofia (3/5): Was ok, but didn’t feel was worthed the money. - This hotel has refurbished rooms which are decent , location is fairly good but u still need transport to main attractions. Cleaning was not the best, sheets seemed not washed, they don’t do the bare minimum, owner hires probably on very low pay immigrants, who behaved quite rudely whenever we asked for anything. Had to ask for shower gel and they came in like 1ml sachets, they gave us 2 so extremely cheap for a hotel. Airbnb are even better and not run by staff. No safe place to keep luggage, just out in plain sight should you arrived before check in. Reception is not 24hrs and should you be locked out you need to wake up a very angry and rude guy who will be annoyed you woke him up!

Il climatizzatore è risultato una fonte di salvezza dal caldo della Capitale! Il bagno piccolo ma con tutto il necessario, in particolare la doccia era piuttosto spaziosa in confronto al resto degli spazi. Buona anche la vicinanza alla fermata metro Bologna, che permette con la linea B in 10 minuti il collegamento con Termini e il resto della rete metropolitana. Spostarsi è infatti stato molto semplice. Niente
