Et pas de restaurant ouvert une prestation indiquée mais pas respectée

Vi tændt klimaanlægget, selvom det ikke var nødvendigt. Bruser måtte håndholdes. Meget lydt og en del larm fra gaden og andre værelser. Ligger i et industrikvarter ved en meget trafikeret vej, så det er ikke hyggeligt at være ude. Vi gik ind til byen, 5 km men ikke nogen køn rute.

Je n’ai rien aimé , le personnel pas professionnel et pas agréable, chambre sale et avec un mauvais odeur constaté même par un membre du personnel et ils n’ont rien fait . Sans compter que la salle de bain avait la même mauvaise odeur et très vieillotte. Literie inconfortable même pas un vrai matelas, pas de fenêtre dans la chambre. Bref un cauchemar et beaucoup d’incompétence.. plus jamais de la vie

Fikk to kniver og to kakegafler (4 pers)Hadde ikke mere, men de lagde smørbrød til et annet par. Han i baren var bare sur. Innredningen var gammelt og slitt. Ligger ved en støyende gate. Vinduer på rommet var ikke tett. Sov godt, men lite innbydende.

Sconsigliatissimo, ho pagato 173€ una camera e mi sono ritrovato ad avere un loculo, senza aria, senza finestre. Chiediamo la sostituzione e cosa propongono? La camera dei disabili pagando 25€ in più. Ho pagato in tutto 210€ per una camera che non vale nemmeno 50€. Struttura assolutamente da evitare, assolutamente da evitare.

Les taxis prennent minimum 20 Euros pour vous y conduire et l'hôtel n'a pas de navette pour l'aéroport. La chambre est aveugle, pas de fenêtre, une vague lucarne très haute. Pour manger un petit snack au bar/café de l'hôtel, il a fallu beaucoup de temps pour des aliments médiocres servis par un barman très désagréable.

Resepsiyona La Reggia Designer Outlet'e nasıl gidebileceğimizi sorduk otelin önünden otobüs geçiyor olmasına rağmen bize söylemedi. Toplu taşıma ve servis olmadığını taksi çağırabileceğini söyledi. Tamam dedik taksi geldi taksici taksimetrede 38 € civarında bir ücret yazmasına rağmen bizden 120€ aldı. Otel görevlisiyle birlikte hareket ederek bize fahiş fiyat ödettiklerine inanıyoruz. 3. Odadaki stor perdeler çalışmıyordu kapatamadık. 4. Tuvalet-banyonun havalandırması çalışmıyordu.

- Tracy (6/5): A good place for an airport overnight if you bring your own supper. - It was a fine room with a good, varied breakfast. It was close to the airport - they insist it's walking distance, which it is except people of a certain age are probably sufficiently worn down from the trek with luggage to not be in the shape required for the 2 hours of lines and confusion to check in. There was no restaurant, aside from the promised breakfast. The website, the physical presence, and the in-room materials all talk about the wonderful restaurant in which you could sample the local flavors. There were images of a bar. None of that materialized, however, and because the neighborhood was commercial/industrial, there was no food to be found in any direction except for one counter at the airport, so my lovely dreams of a Napoli-themed dinner became walking back to the airport to sit on the floor (because there were no seats available) to stuff down yet another margherita pizza, the only vegetarian-friendly thing in the place. The hotel staff offered to order me a pizza (the only food item offered) but it would not come until after 7 p.m (I was inquiring at 4 p..m.) which was late to be eating for someone getting up at the crack of dawn for a flight. And because I wanted to be free of yet another dough-based meal but this was not to be. The industrial neighborhood was a dingy downer to walk through, squeegee-guys slopping water on the windshields of cars in the hope of a tip for cleaning them off, while trash blew down the street.
- Kai (5/5): Sain jotenkin nukuttua ja pääsi nopeasti lentokentälle. - Aamiainen ihan riittävä ja sijainti hyvä ajatellen aikaista lentoa kotiin. (5 min.) lentokentälle. Henkilökunta otti kivasti vastaan, mutta peri turistiveron vaikka se oli jo maksettu varauksen yhteydessä. Turistivero perittiin väkisin, vaikka oli jo maksettu. Ravintola ei ollut auki ennakko ilmoituksesta huolimatta ja lähituntumassa ei mitään järkevää ruokapaikkaa auki. Teollisuusalueen vaikutelma. Huoneessa vain kattoikkuna ja seinät ummessa / valkoista maalia. Olisi voinut olla vaikka feikki ikkuna verhoilla, olisi luonut kivamman tunnelman. Eikä olisi ollut olo kuin kontissa nukkumassa.

- Imco (7/5): Voor het doel van onze reis prima. - De ligging ten opzichte van de airport Op de kamer na, die was prima, de bar was zogenaamd open maar dat was niet echt zo,( de barman was ziek en de receptie nam waar maar konden nog geen biertje tappen), het ontbijt was zo zo, niet echt top maar ook niet echt slecht, italiaans denk ik dan maar.

- Rita (8/5): Good place to stay for the night to catch an early flight in the morning. - Parking available on site, the proximity to the airport and car rental returns. Bus stop down the street that goes into Naples historic center. Good room, offer toiletries, slippers, and water. It was very noisy. Our window faced a very busy street, had to close the window b/c people hanging out talking loudly, and the smell of smoke.
