Thomas (8/5): Lovely hotel with vegan options (not exclusively) - Wonderful staff at the 24/7 reception and in housekeeping, always available to help with whatever we needed. Location was great, 5min walk into the busier streets of Plaka, but with the window closed the room was lovely and quiet. Disappointed that the breakfast is no longer vegan, there is a separate vegan menu but this isn't the default option so you have to ask, so it isn't a "vegan hotel" anymore. The other menu is at least vegetarian.

Neoptolemos (1/5): - Έκανα κράτηση στο συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο και χρειάστηκε να αλλάξω την ημερομηνία μία φορά για προσωπικούς λόγους, κάτι που έγινε δεκτό. Δυστυχώς, προέκυψε σοβαρός λόγος υγείας και ζήτησα εκ νέου αλλαγή ημερομηνίας. Το αίτημά μου απορρίφθηκε με την αιτιολογία ότι δεν είχα επιλέξει ευέλικτη (flex) κράτηση. Κατανοώ την πολιτική του ξενοδοχείου, όμως θα περίμενα μεγαλύτερη κατανόηση σε περίπτωση ασθένειας. Η αντιμετώπιση ήταν αυστηρή και χωρίς διάθεση εξυπηρέτησης. Θεωρώ ότι σε τέτοιες περιπτώσεις θα έπρεπε να υπάρχει περισσότερη ανθρωπιά και ευελιξία.

metin kartal emür (10/5): - Otelin konumu çok iyi. Syntagma Meydanına yürüyerek beş dakika, hali ile tüm turistik yerlere de yürüme mesafesinde. Odaları oldukça konforlu ve temizdi. Personel de hem çok ilgili hem çok güler yüzlüydü. Kahvaltısı da bence mükemmeldi. Açık büfe değil ama açık büfeye ihtiyaç bırakmıyor, kahvaltıda çalışan personel de çok ilgili ve kibardı. Otelin genel olarak sevmedim diyebileceğim bir özelliği yok. Çevresindeki otellere göre fiyatı biraz yüksek olabilir ama konakladığınızda verdiğiniz paraya değiyor kesinlikle.

Francesca (9/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel in occasione della maratona, la posizione è perfetta, sia per quanto riguarda lo spostarsi a piedi o con vari mezzi pubblici, ma anche come zona, ci è sembrata abbastanza tranquilla, anche la sera. Lo staff molto gentile, poi c'è un ristorante (dove servono la colazione) al piano terra. Dovessi tornare ad Atene lo sceglierei sicuramente di nuovo! Mi aspettavo la colazione a buffet dalla descrizione, invece era alla carta, ma andava bene lo stesso, forse lo preciserei giusto per essere chiari😁

Oda temiz değil, çok fazla küçük olduğu için hareket dahi edemiyorsunuz, eşyalarınızı ve valizinizi koyacağınız dolap , raf vs. hiç birşey yoktu, bütün eşyalarımız mahvoldu , sıkışarak konakladık, tuvalet odanın içine sonradan yapılmış şekilde, cam ile çevrili ve dışardan tuvalet görünüyor, özel bir bölüm olan tuvalet açıkça görünüyor, odaların günlük temizliği kötü sadece çöp alınıyor o kadar. Odada tül perde yok, sadece güneşlik var odayı karanlık yapıyor, veya tamamen cam olarak kullanırsınız içeri gözükür, tül perde gerekli. Otelden, oda nedeniyle hiç memnun kalmadık, gün boyu dışarda şehri keşfettikten sonra konforlu bir oda tercih etmek istedik, fiyatına göre performans çok düşük.
reidt858 (10/5): Well situated in Plaka - A family of four stayed in what I’d call the penthouse suite and it was great! Two balconies, lots of space, 24/7 front desk, we loved it. Close to everything, clean, safe. Well worth it.

Maalesef içecek konusunda ikinci ikram olarak çay kahve istediğimdeki yüz ifadeleri oldukça kaba. Sanki sınırlı çay hakkım var gibi muamele edildi. Davranışları ve yüz ifadeleri hiç hoş değildi

Paula (7/5): Hotel correcto para pasar pocos días - Habitación bomita, cama cómoda, limpieza impecable. La ubicación es muy buena, céntrico pero la calle es tranquila La ducha está a ras del suelo y todo el baño se inunda al usarla. Se escuchan muchos ruidos de las demás habitaciones. El desayuno no es buffet y tardaron demasiado en servirlo

Syed Taimur (10/5): Best choice in Athens for a comfy stay - Extremely sweet and hospitable staff, very clean room and good breakfast at a vegan cafe downstairs. Stayed here for two nights with a break to go to Santorini in the middle. The staff was nice enough to store our extra luggage for three days till we returned back. Then they upgraded our room to a better one on the second night. It was walking distance from the metro and plaka too. Location wise, we were extremely happy because we could even walk to the acropolis (about 20 mins) Bathroom has a frosted glass on the door but otherwise all good.

Chrystalla (8/5): - Το προσωπικό ήταν παρα πολύ ευγενικό και αυτό μας εντυπωσίασε. Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή, ήσυχη περιοχή και πολύ κοντά στο σύνταγμα και στην Ερμού. Το πρωινό δεν είχε αρκετές επιλογές σε γενικές γραμμές ήταν καλό! Το δωμάτιο ήταν σχετικά μικρό, ταξίδευα με το παιδί μου και δυσκολεύτηκαμε λίγο.

Milena (5/5): Lepo, prosecno, ali je moglo dosta bolje. - Osoblje je ljubazno, i na raspolaganju uvek. Hotel je odlicno lociran. Soba!!!Jako su male, nije bas kao sa slika, prozor na sobi jako mali, zid ozidan odmah uz prozor i nemate ni pogled bi vazduh, bez terase je. U sobama je pakao jer je centralna klima. Zbog vrucine nije bilo spavanja, jer su palili zbog dece kojoj inace nije dozvoljen boravak, pa od placa nije bilo moguce oka sklopiti.
