• ISHINUKI (10/5): 最高です。 - チェックインの時にパスポートを預けて、チェックアウトの時にパスポートを返してもらうのを忘れていたが、ホストがミラノ中央駅まで届けてくれた。飛行機には乗り過ごしてしまったが、その親切な気持ちだけでとても嬉しかったです。チェックイン前も荷物を預けられました。 ミラノ中央駅から歩いて行こうとすると20分程かかる。エレベーターがないようで、荷物が多いと階段で運ぶ必要がある。

Camera molto piccola, con il lavandino situato fuori dal resto del bagno. Mancanza di abatjour (sono presenti delle lampade che assomigliano di più a dei fari). L'albergo è senza ascensore. Per una notte ok, ma per un soggiorno più lungo c'è di meglio.

• Antonia (9/5): Comfortable stay in nice room with a peaceful view. - Staff was very helpful. Came in with a very heavy suitcase and they helped me carry it upstairs (place has no elevator). Room was clean and bed was comfy. No elevator and the pillows were a bit flat.

La mia stanza affacciava in un vero e proprio boschetto, di pertinenza dell'hotel! Niente da criticare, anche perché i proprietari sono stati acvoglienti e disponibili. Carramba, che sorpresa!

La camera era pulita, silenziosa e spaziosa, con affaccio su di un piccolo giardino che rendeva l'atmosfera molto casalinga e accogliente. Metro. Die Matratze und das Kopfkissen haben sehr gut gepasst; wie zuhause Ja, man hört das Rauschen von Wasser, halt 1. Stock; das war aber kein Thema, da es nur zu den üblichen Zeiten zu hören war; mich hat es nicht am schlafen gestört, obwohl ich einen leichten Schlaf habe.

• Debora (9/5): - Lugar bem aconchegante, próximo a duas linhas da metrô o que facilitou bastante. É possível estacionar o carro na rua do hotel sem custo entre as 20pm e 8am. Mas se não achar vaga tem uma garagem particular bem próxima. Havana’s condicionado no quarto mas não havia controle para ligar e quando perguntamos sobre isto o anfitrião informou que não é liberado o uso do ar nesta época do ano. Não havia um frigobar, eu já sabia quando aluguei, mas acaba fazendo falta , então deixo como sugestão.

La camera era abbastanza ampia e nel mio caso c’ - Vicinissima alla stazione di Loreto e a 20 minuti a piedi da Centrale. La zona è abbastanza tranquilla, non ho avuto percezione di pericolo o disagio. La camera era pulitissima Lo staff gentile e disponibile Presenti set cortesia e vari asciugamani in bagno, acqua calda subito disponibile e riscaldamento attivabile nel caso si sentisse freddo.

Reception accogliente! - L'accoglienza alla reception, a gestione familiare: è sempre bello (e raro) essere accolti come in una famiglia! La camera era una singola, un pò piccola, con lavello fuori dal bagno, però pulita, silenziosa e con un piccolo terrazzino (ottimo per un fumatore!). Posizione favorevole, a pochi passi dalla Metro linea Rossa A (che collega con il Duomo) e Metro Linea Verde (che collega con la stazione Centrale). Nell'area a poca distanza sono presenti diversi ottimi ristoranti italiani. Tutto perfetto!

• Robert (10/5): - Solo trip and made to feel like I was a family member. I had a solo single room with toiletries replaced daily. The owners were very relaxed and accomodating and with zero issue helped me print a train ticket. The area is fine, metro close by. You will need to take stairs but the owners were great and I wpuld stay here again.

• Michael (9/5): A friendly, well-priced, clean and comfortable hotel in the centre of Milan - The staff were very very kind and made us feel very welcome - even arriving late at night after a lengthy train journey from the UK. On the morning of checkout, we were invited to leave our suitcases behind, giving us freedom to explore the city, and there was a large, clean room for this. There were toilets too, so when we returned later in the evening to collect our bags we were able to use the bathroom before our next long journey. Staff recommended a local cafe for breakfast, just over the road and it was perfect! The location was about a 20-minute walk from Milano Centrale station and a 40-minute walk to the duomo. Having said that, there is a Metro station very nearby which we could've taken for a quick trip into the centre.

В санузле над душевой кабиной шнурок. Думал, что вытяжка, оказывается вызов дежурного. И ещё клавиша на выключателе в коридорчике. Тоже самое. Случайно нажал, бежит дежурный))). Запах в санузле. Что то с канализацией ((. Ну и с чемоданами по лестницам. Но это было в описании. И хорошо бы поставить кулер с нагревателем. Место есть.

Milan is expensive. Walking distance to town and the best coffee shop Pacifico on the corner. Lots of eating options.

• Barbara (10/5): Comfortable (but simple) room, great location, nice host - The hosts are very nice and helpful. The 24 hour reception is a great idea. They stowed our luggage before checking in and after checking out. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. The location is great, its quiet, but a 5 minute walk from the metro station. We were able to get around so easily. The bed is comfortable, the room is a good size and the terrace is lovely. The AC works well! I wish we had a few small appliances, even if they were shared downstairs. Like a microwave, a mini fridge or a coffee maker. We worked our way around these things, but it would have been nice to have them. But its fine, if you are on vacation. (Just have breakfast and coffee at the lovely corner cafe.)

Espacio de habitación reducido pero bien aprovechado. Excelentes vistas a un jardin interior. Aseo modesto pero con todo lo necesario. Limpieza diaria. Mobiliario espartano pero funcional. Buena cobertura wifi. Amabilidad y familiaridad de trato de la propietaria. Sin minibar. Sin ascensor.

• Arne (10/5): Koselig og stille hotell. - Trivelig hotell i et område med mange små hotell og noen få men gode restauranter. Lite enkeltrom, men hadde det en trengte. Bodde høyt oppe i etasjene, og det ble en del trapper. Ingen heis. Så passer ikke de som er dårlig til beins. Alle de som jobbet der var svært trivelige og gav god service. Det så ganske nyoppusset ut,og aircondition fungerte ypperlig. God lyddemping mot gate. Det var stille.

• Azaliya (10/5): GREAT HOTEL, PERFECT LOCATION, LOVELY PEOPLE - It is an amazing hotel with very-very lovely people working there. I do not really understand why it has only 1 star: the room is clean, comfortable, not too small with separate bathroom and air conditioning. Also there is a beautiful view from the terrace. Wi-Fi, all needed is present. The location is perfect: Loreto metro station (both red and green line) is in 5 minutes walking distance. You can go everywhere! The owners of the hotel are absolutely nice people. Good luck, good customers and much love from Kazakhstan to them! Everything was perfect

• Alisher (8/5): - Good location, friendly staff, the room is in a good condition, clean and with conditioner. The only small problem for those whose room is on the third floor is that they don’t have a elevator. Knowing this in advance, I’d chose this hotel anyway.

• Theofanous (8/5): Overall great but very overpriced for what you get, especially with the bathroom situation. - The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and nicely decorated and seemed recently renovated. The location is excellent as the metro station was a 5 minute walk. It’s a great option if you’re looking for a motel for a few nights. I am mainly giving it an 8/10 because there was no value for money. The toilet/bathroom had a very strong bad smell and it kept getting worse especially throughout the night to the point where it woke me up. The bathrooms need to be renovated and made bigger it barely fit a person to walk in there and the sink was in the room instead of the toilet. We could hear people from upstairs flashing the toilets. Also the hotel doesn’t have a soundproof system so sleeping was very difficult as we could hear people talking, walking etc at all times.
