À l'arrivée : fuite dans la salle de bains, rideau en lambeaux et radiateur rouillé. On nous a changé de chambre sans difficulté mais, hormis la fuite, je fais les mêmes constats sur la seconde chambre : rideaux en lambeaux et radiateur rouillé. Je le redis, ce n'est pas un problème de propreté mais d'entretien.

• Jared (3/5): Not 3 stars. - Location Being advised we had a early check-in via email 2 days before we flew in to London, only to be told when we got there that wasn't the case. Not happy after a 13 hr flight. Staff didn't even bother trying to rush though the room clean so we could check in. Hotel is not 3 star. 1 star at best. Photos are very old. I have stayed in better backpackers.

Szkoda, że nie ma części socjalnej, przydałaby się choć mała kuchnia, gdzie można podgrzać jedzenie czy zrobić gorącą herbatę. Poza tym, cicho, spokojnie, ciepło i czysto, czego więcej chcieć. Polecam W sumie wszystko dobrze, moje uwagi już opisałem powyżej.

• Saga (6/5): Good location, dirty rooms... - The hotel is located near Victoria station, which is great to get around London! There's also a few cafe's and restaurants around, and super markets - which is nice. The man greeting us was also very kind and welcoming. It's not clean... To mention a few: Sink wouldn't drain, the shower stopped working, loads of dust and dirt, mysterious stains on both walls and pillows. There was also a bunch of holes on the towels that we got for the shower - which is super strange. Another annoying part is that the walls are very thin - so you'll hear people coming in in the middle of the night, but that might be more of a London thing than for this specific hotel.

• Laura (5/5): Összességében nem szívesen tartózkodtunk ott, de arra jó volt, hogy aludjunk. - Elhelyezkedése biztonságos, szép környezetben van. A szemelyzet kedves, segítőkész. Igénytelen volt, piszkos, a wc deszka el volt törve, zuhanyozni nem lehetett normálisan mert nem volt víznyomás.

• linzi (3/5): Will not be staying here again - We liked the location The evening staff was rude when we checked in , after asking if we could change rooms (located next to reception room 7) we were told there were no rooms available, yet after looking on booking.com there was rooms avaliable and was still told no by the evening staff. We asked for an iron (no bord avaliable) and 2 pillows as the pillows were so thin the staff come across as this was too much of an ask . We also asked if there was any tea or coffee making facilities for this morning due to there being a sign stating no breakfast was being served we got told no but he could get us a kettle from another guests room this was not accompanied with a cup or anything to put in it. We did try to move hotels within the oyo branch unfortunately they didnt have any vacancies. We asked the staff how to reach china town from the hotel he didnt understand and just kept telling us the address of the hotel. The room was adequate size for a night away however being on the ground floor i was woken up most of the night with the sound of doors slamming next to us along side traffic at the lights outside and constant flow of traffic with music blaring, had we have been on a higher floor this wouldnt have been so loud to wake me every half hour. The curtains were falling down on one side (forgot to take a picture) both chairs in the room had lots of stains on and the bathroom shower seals need a good scrub (mould and mildew will do it ).

Para una estancia corta puede resultar práctico por el acceso al transporte y a diferentes zonas de la ciudad. La estancia fue algo decepcionante. La habitación daba sensación de estar bastante descuidada y la limpieza podría mejorar. Además, se notaba falta de mantenimiento en varios detalles. Por ejemplo, el plato de ducha estaba hundido y el agua no tragaba bien, por lo que se acumulaba. También había elementos deteriorados, como el radiador oxidado y lleno de suciedad. En general el hotel parece bastante dejado y necesitaría una mejora en limpieza y mantenimiento.

• sharon (1/5): I would not stay in this hotel if i was paid a million pounds to do so. - The room was advertised as deluxe it was an absolute disgrace, the bathroom was so small and very very dirty, the bedding had stains all over it. the wall had 3 holes in it. The room was for 3 people and advertised as a triple, however it was so small, it was totally unacceptable. We literally checked out straight away and had to check into another hotel which because it was short notice cost me £858.00, my daughter had to put it on her Credit Card. There was nothing i liked about the hotel, it was disgusting.

I include an image of the hole in the wall that - Location was good Mattress was as actually very comfortable Bedding was clean and show pressure was good Decent hairdryer provided too Common areas were dirty and decoration very tired and in desperate need of some attention The room itself was clean enough on the surface, but was very rough around the edges and very dusty! HUGE hole in the wall too! Pillows were next to useless, with one very flat pillow each. An additional pillow would have made all the difference. A hand towel in addition to the bath towel would have been welcomed as would a drinking glass or mug. No tea or coffee making facilities, which is very unusual….probably the first of many many hotels I’ve stayed in that didn’t have this. Radiator temperature could not be adjusted means the room was wildly hot! Fortunately a fan was provided which was great…if a little dusty!

• Vicki (1/5): Really dirty, don't waste your money, there are cleaner budget hotels within 2 mins of this one. - Location It was dirty, the shower trickled out, the bed linen was stained, We was not allowed to have a late check out even though the hotel wasn't booked for tonight. Asked for pillows as they were thin and was told they had none. We stop in Victoria regularly and at budget hotels, we have never stayed at a hotel as dirty as this one. ( I have photos to prove). Generally the staff were lovely, but I asked as we couldn't check out late, if the gentleman on reception today could carry my case to the luggage store. ( I had fell over and hurr all my right side). He refused, although when we went back to collect it he saw my swollen hand asked about my daughter and then went and got it. 1

Very basic facilities, but adequate as little time was spent at the hotel. Thin walls so lots of noise and voices heard from adjacent room . Room was very warm , so window needed to be left open during the night , so was a bit noisy from traffic .

• Bettina (7/5): - The location is perfect, close to restaurants, transportation and different tourist places. The staff was very friendly. On the cleaning part was decent. Somebody came each day to replace the toilet paper, make the bed and replace the towels that we put on the floor. It can get a bit noisy. I think the walls are a bit thin and we could hear each time somebody closed the door from the rooms next to us.

• Frank (8/5): Very happy and I will return. - Location is excellent and the room exceeded my expectations. Staff very helpful, I requested an extra pillow, which seems quite a basic request, but the staff member got it for me within minutes. One small issue was the TV did not work, not an issue for me though. Nothing really, I was happy with everything (except maybe the TV not working which was not an issue.

Das Zimmer ist sehr einfach ausgestattet, man darf sich nichts erwarten. Wir haben uns nur zum Schlafen aufgehalten für das ist es ok. Sauberkeit! Der Heizkörper war richtig schwarz vor Schmutz und der Sessel voller Flecken. Sehr enger Raum, wir hatten ein 2-Bett Zimmer, eine dritte Person hätte auch nicht mehr ins Zimmer gepasst, so klein ist das Zimmer

It was very hot in the rooms and our fan didn't work. We eventually got another fan which helped tremendously. It was a little dingy and could use some upgrades.

Sprawne zameldowanie, z możliwością pozostawienia bagażu przed rozpoczęciem pobytu. To dobre rozwiązanie dla osób, które potrzebują jedynie miejsca do spania, a nie planują spędzać w nim dużo czasu. Nasz pokój czteroosobowy okazał się bardzo ciasny i zdecydowanie wymagałby odświeżenia. Kaloryfer oraz kosz na śmieci były zardzewiałe, a zasłony miały dziury. Podczas naszego pobytu nie było możliwości dokupienia śniadania. Brak klimatyzacji dawał się we znaki – przy 30-stopniowym upale trudno było wytrzymać, a jedyny dostępny wiatrak działał dość słabo.
