• ELS (7/5): Goede ligging , vriendelijk personeel maar ontbijt kan beter met lokale producten. - De kamer was ruim, mooi zicht op de binnenplaats met tuin. De badkamer was proper maar klein en het ontbijt was heel beperkt.

I could hear the conversations taking place in the corridor outside and when the cleaning/vacuuming was taking place. It was not enjoyable having the room next door be cleaned and vacuumed at 8am on a Sunday morning The bathroom needs updating. The shower was very small and tight to fit into

• ESMERALDA MARIA LUISA (7/5): - Solo la ubicación. Tiene muchas escaleras, viaje sola y me costo mucho subir y bañar la maleta, nadie te ayuda aunque este el señor que limpia viendote. Me dieron la habitación 10, al fondo del pasillo, por lo que se suman otras escaleras porque es como un ático. El baño esta aprox a 10 metros de distancia. Me incomodo mucho tener que bajar escaleras cada que quería ir al baño. Además de que la cama es muy incomoda, colchón muy duro. Tal vez otras habitaciones estén mejor, pero que no les den la 10.

Desde antes de las 7 de la mañana se oyen portazos y todo tipo de ruido, por lo que no te dejan descansar. Desayuno muy mediocre, no hay tostador. Limpieza mejorable.

Die Dusche war extrem klein, konnte mir kaum anständig die Haare waschen, ohne ständig einen Ellenbogen anzuschlagen (man bedenke ich selbst bin eine sehr schlanke Frau, keine Ahnung wie ein breiter Mann überhaupt in diese Dusche passen würde). War ein Erlebnis da zu duschen ;-)

• Cillian (7/5): Ok for a few days - It's very close to everything in Florence. While the street itself may seem a little bit dodgy its right on a corner next to a lovely square. It's not a hotel in the traditional sense. More like a collection of rooms. I think there is maybe three staff in total. No wheelchair or impaired person access for what I could tell.

• Martins de Souza (6/5): Hotel com jeito de B&B. - A localização é muito conveniente, perto da estação de trem e das atrações da cidade. O quarto é bem grande e com bastante espaço para organizar as coisas. O banheiro (pelo menos o do quarto 5, onde ficamos) é minúsculo. Pessoas obesas certamente terão dificuldade para se movimentar e até para tomar banho. O café da manhã é apenas razoável, não tem muitas opções. Apesar de de tratar de um hotel e não um B&B, do qual se espera um apoio aos hóspedes, a equipe de atendimento é bem pequena e é encontrada só de vez em quando.

• Dinardo (10/5): Accogliente, Centrale e pulito - Staff gentile e disponibile, struttura sempre super pulita. La posizione centrale in piazza di Santa Maria Novella aiuta a godersi la città senza l'utilizzo dei mezzi, in pochissimi minuti si è praticamente ovunque si desideri. Consigliatissima.
