• Pamela (8/5): Quaint but expensive for what you get - It was in a fabulous location. Very cute and unique. The people that worked there were lovely. It was horrible trying to get luggage up stairs to our rooms. We did not get the rooms we paid for and they were very expensive.
• Ruby (2/5): Not worth the price. - We requested and paid extra for a camel view. Unfortunately it was very loud in the street all night long, both nights. Also was too expensive for what we got. Will never stay here again.

Chambre très confortable, avec une très belle vue sur le canal Rokin, avec une literie très confortable, bien équipée et surtout très calme, pas de bruit. Très bon petit-déjeuner. Escaliers très étroits, pas facile avec les valises pour monter jusqu'à l'étage de la chambre. Salle du petit déjeuner un peu étroite.

Wir konnten das Meiste zu Fuss erreichen. Sehr empfehlenswert. Würde dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen und natürlich weiterempfehlen. Nicht so toll war, dass es am letzten Tag geregnet hat. Aber da kann das Hotel nichts dafür ;-)

• Irina Elena (7/5): A nice location, very friendly staff, just some details on the facility would need to be adapted - The room nice as in the pictures The bed is comfortable, you are getting a good sleep The reception has a very friendly staff And the location of the hotel is just great , in the middle and being able to reach everything quick Over 300€\ night it is much to much, at the end you are paying only the location The acoustic is not too good, you are hearing everything on the floor The bathroom is pretty old faction and cold The stairs towards the breakfast area are tinny as everywhere in Amsterdam , and the smell was not really good

• Ilona (9/5): Wohlfühloase im Stadtkern - Schönes Hotel welches mit Herz geführt wird. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser Dreierzimmer war gross und sehr schön gestaltet. Die Betten waren bequem und wir haben alle bestens geschlafen. Das Hotel liegt zentral im Stadtkern, wodurch wir alle Ausflügsziele rasch per Fuss oder auch Tram/ Metro erreicht haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

• Anke (7/5): Im Großen und Ganzen war unser Aufenhalt schön. - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und es wurde immer schnell aufgefüllt. Die vorhandene Kaffemaschine auf dem Zimmer war super. Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgte täglich. Der Transport des Koffers bis in die vierte Etage war sehr erschwerlich, da die Treppen immer schmaler wurden. Das Zimmer in der 1. Etage ist sehr hellhörig, man bekommt von der Rezeption alles mit.

• LORENA (8/5): Si buscas buena ubicación este es tu hotel - Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación. Las camas también son muy cómodas. La habitación era amplia. Hablan castellano en recepción. Hotel correcto, pero estuvieron dos días que no limpiaron el baño. Cambiaron las toallas y ya está. Se lo comentamos a la chica de recepción. Relación calidad precio caro, pero en Amsterdam es todo caro.

Colazione molto varia, abbondante e buonissima. Un pò di rumore dal corridoio al mattino in quanto la stanza era vicina alla sala colazione. Dettaglio trascurabile però, visti i tanti plus dell'albergo.

• Kate (9/5): Our family had a wonderful visit! - The staff was wonderful! Our flight got in super early in the morning and they let us relax in the lobby, took our bags and got our room ready for an earlier check in. They were also so helpful with answering questions and providing recommendations. Also - we were traveling with our 3 teenagers and the hotel had one room that fit all 5 of us. It worked perfectly - our 3 kids slept in 3 twin beds upstairs in a lofted area and my husband and I had 2 twins beds (pushed together) in the downstairs area. LOTS of steep stairs to get to our room! But that’s Amsterdam for you.
• Ludtke (10/5): Wonderful boutique hotel - This hotel was such a great find in the heart of beautiful Amsterdam. The decor was beautiful with a lovely breakfast area with delicious food. The rooms were large and comfortable and could spread out a little in the “family room”. The entire staff, front desk, breakfast chefs, housekeepers, were extremely kind and helpful. Lisa especially was so sweet to our family allowing us to store our bags when our flight was canceled for an entire day. Nothing!

• steven black (10/5): Hotel Des Arts Amsterdam ( Roken ) - Staff were wonderful and always smiled at you Only problem was the stairs as i have dodgy knees,but was advised to ask for a lower room next time. Again was not a problem .Wonderful staff

• Haldir (8/5): Riktigt mysigt hotell med guldläge. Städningen kan förbättras. - Läget. Charmiga stilen. Snälla och trevliga personalen. Snabbt och välfungerande Wi-Fi. Städningen. Golvet var smutsigt när vi fick rummet. Syntes extra väl på svarta strumpor. Damm, smulor, hårstrån och gamla linser fanns på golvet. Extra smutsigt under sängarna (barnets leksaker råkade hamna där), TV-fjärrkontrollen var det brun gegga på och taklampan (kristallkrona) var riktigt dammig. Elementet blev antingen kokhett eller kallt. Trasig termostat (?). Vatten samlades i handfatet och rann långsamt ner. Avloppsrören behöver en rensning.

• Isabelle (10/5): Proximité et Authenticité - Nous avons adoré la proximité avec le cœur de la ville. Facilité pour la prise de transport et du tram, qui se trouve pratiquement en face de l’hôtel, cœur de vie en journée comme de nuit. Nous avons également adoré l’authenticité de l’établissement, la gentillesse du personnel, et surtout notre chambre. Grande, spacieuse, chaleureuse vue sur le canal et sur la vie extérieure sans les nuisances sonores. La literie était très confortable, on dort très bien. Les petits déjeuners sont au niveau de l’établissement. Rien
