• Michelle (7/5): Nice but not perfect - The location was easy to access via the underground. The staff was helpful. The cleaning service was not great. One night they did not provide an under heat and we slept on plastic. The room was small.
• Péter (8/5): No disappointment - Bringing the standards of its class, but nothing particuarly exceptional. Small hotel with narrow corridors and a tiny elevator, a hidden tiny breakfast place and people doing their job. Nothing more, nothing less.

• Christian (8/5): Schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage - Schönes Hotel sehr zentral am Palais Garnier und den grands magasins. Zimmergröße für Paris in Ordnung, Frühstück gut, alles da! Uns wurde zuerst ein Zimmer zugewiesen, das nicht dem entsprach, was wir über Booking gebucht hatten. Das Hotel hat renovierte und nicht renovierte Zimmer. Wir haben dann ein anderes Zimmer bekommen (renoviert, aber mit Badewanne statt Dusche). Die Rezeptionistin hat nichts unversucht gelassen - Vielen Dank!!!

The interior is cramped. The ventilation is poor. They say it's a 4-star hotel, but I don't know why. The breakfast at this 4-star hotel is below expectations.

Персонал клиентоориентированный- при раннем заезде администратор Thanina организовала заселение без доплаты, бармен напоила чаем с дороги.Готовы помочь гостю в любом вопросе. В номере холодильник, кофеварка.

• Erik (8/5): Fijn verblijf op goede locatie - Prima klein leuk hotel locatie naast LaFayette , vlakbij Opéra in een gezellige wijk. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, kleine maar comfortabele kamers, basic maar lekker ontbijt, goede bedden, ruime badkamer. In de kamers was het warm, met raam open s'nachts veel herrie van buitenaf In de kamer was maar 1 stopcontact aan 1 kant van het bed.

Is not ok at all, to wait all the time to drink a glass of water. Same with some other products, counted slices, also asking about refills the plates… Is a big minus for us

• Cathy (8/5): Hôtel au calme, au coeur du 9ème - Bien que le quartier soit très animé, aucun bruit dans la chambre. La chambre était de bonne dimension, bien équipée. Personnel agréable et souriant. très bien situé par rapport aux centres d’intérêts du quartier et par rapport au métro. 25 minutes à pied de la gare du Nord. Rien de particulier. Tout s'est bien déroulé et répondait à nos attentes.

• Mary (10/5): This hotel is wonderful! The location is Central and perfect. The rooms are clean, quiet, and have a - The location is perfect. Right behind the galleries. Lafayette. Quick access to the Metro. Lots of restaurants and stores around. The staff was extremely helpful and gracious. Extra bonus was the showers. Had excellent water pressure and were a nice treat after exploring the city for the day. The breakfast offered is a little sparse for the price. We were able to go and get coffee and tea in the breakfast room which was wonderful, but we opted to grab a bite at a local patisserie.

• Nikolay Nikishin (9/5): Very pleasant hotel with good value - Room size for Paris was very good. There was enough of space for 2 people spend there time comfortably. Location is beatiful: 5 min from Gallery Lafayette and Opera (Palais Garnier). Metro and trains are also very close. The neihgbourhood might be noisy, but windows are very soundproof. There is a nice inclination towards ArtDeco style in the hotel interiors; it looks nice and makes you feel like you're in Paris indeed. There was a little nuisance with a leaking shower. But that was not a biggie.

• karine (8/5): Très bel hôtel et emplacement au top - L'emplacement vraiment top proche de l'Olympia....du théâtre Mogador.....place Vendôme.....grands magasins Galerie Lafayette....Le Printemps........tout se fait à pieds. Hôtel très proche.....personnel très agréable Je trouve que 15 euro le pdj c'est cher pour ce qu'il y avait.... d'ailleurs le second jour on l'a pris dans un bistrot à côté.
