• SHIRLEY (7/5): - La ubicación del hotel. El buen genio y trato de los recepcionista hombres que nos atendieron y con los que compartimos. Recolección de basura todos los dias en el cuarto y tendido de cama. Baño pequeño. En ducha la manguera parchada y se salió el agua por otros lados al bañarnos. La señora que atiende la cafetería para el desayuno era algo malgeniada, Vigilaba todo el tiempo que se comía uno en el desayuno era incomoda esa parte. Nos iba a cobrar 7 euros por el desayuno de una niña de 3 años registrada previamente en el cupo del hotel.

• MADIGNIER (1/5): terrible experience - nothing The communication with the staff was terrible + they never answered on booking + they didn't answer to the phone + they refused to change dates even if it was an option I took when buying the rooms. The property wasn't clean at all. The workers of my team who stayed at the place complained about the room and the facility and the cleaness. I go several time a month to Paris for work and it was the worsed experience in several years.

• Rob Coz (3/5): Il soggiorno a Parigi è stato fantastico, il soggiorno in hotel è stato pessimo. - Mi è piaciuta solo la vicinanza alla Gare du Nord da dove si raggiungeva facilmente qualsiasi punto di Parigi, il supermecato e il mercato vicini, diversi bar/caffetterie dove spesso abbiamo integrato la colazione. L'albergo invece è stata una grandissima delusione, le camere erano super piccole, c'era solo un comodino per 3 letti, un tavolino e un armadio mignon tutti e due semi rotti. Il bagno era poco più grande di quello di un camper/roulotte, la doccia era con la tenda di plastica e la colonna doccia aveva il tubo che perdeva acqua. Il sapone era nel dispenser attaccato al muro e quando è finito ne ho chiesto dell'altro e mi hanno risposto che non potevano rifornirlo. Il lavandino era senza tappo e senza alcuna sicurezza per non far cadere gli oggetti. Per terra, negli angoli, c'era uno sporco inimmaginabile. La struttura ha 4 piani con ascensore, peccato che l'ascensore (oltre a fermarsi al mezzo piano) non era funzionante per i piani 1, 2 e 3. Funzionava solo al piano terra e al piano 4. La colazione: il primo giorno c'era l'abbondanza (uova sode, latte, caffè, tè, pane, succo, brioches, marmellate, miele e burro). Man mano che passavano i giorni (ci siamo fermati 5 giorni) sono sparite le uova, il latte (tornato il giorno successivo), il caffè (tornato il giorno successivo), le brioches, le marmellate, il burro. Sempre appena arrivati c'erano a disposizione le piantine della città con la piantina della metropolitana, sparite anche quelle. Il personale era abbastanza cortese.

• Cinzia (6/5): - Posizione abbastanza centrale L'ambiente della stanza, non so se a causa di vincoli particolari, ma la ristrutturazione era discutibile se si considera che ad esempio nel bagno i tubi delle acque nere erano a vista. Questo ed alcuni altri particolari facevano scendere molto la percezione qualitativa dell'ambiente.

They won't provide toiletries after request also which was included in package. Zero healthy options for breakfast so not worth for money which reserved for breakfast. Instead of that can try different cafes everyday. Very old building also vibrates sometimes. No sound proof glasses. As compare to other hotels price may be less bur still not worth. Small bed and furniture was broken.

Było około 01.00.Zawiadomiłem recepcję i otrzymałem inny pokój,który okazał się w porządku.Oczukuję rekompensaty za te pogryzienia i praktycznie nie przespaną nic( spałem ok.3 godzin przy włączonym świetle).

Commerci, bus e metro nelle vicinanze. Staff molto cordiale e Gentile. La possibilità di tenere la valigia a causa del tardivo check-in. Check-out ampio e comodo Letto comodissimo. La pulizia della camera, polvere e bagno fatiscente (per fortuna era in camera!) e l’odore di umido chiuso appena si entra in camera. Inoltre la porta ha un grosso spessore in basso, così quando la luce nei corridoi è accesa, arriva tanta luce in camera. E poi il rumore degli ospiti nel corridoio o in altre camere, schiamazzando fino a tardi… L’odore forte di fumo appena si entra nella hall.

• Yukie (5/5): 駅に近く便利だが地下鉄の音が気になる - 駅から近くレストラン、スーパーが近くにある。大通りから1本入った道に立地しており、窓を閉めれば外からの騒音は気にならない。部屋の交換に応じてもらい、助かった。 ホテルの下を地下鉄がとおっているらしく６階からでも遠くで電車が通るような音が聞こえる。夜寝る時に気になる。1階にも宿泊したが地下鉄からの騒音がかなり聞こえる。 シャワー室の排水溝から臭いが少し気になった。

• Craig (7/5): - This hotel is really easy to find when coming off the Eurostar. The bed is quite comfortable and there is sufficient space. There is a lift which makes it easier when you have luggage. The shower head riser was positioned too close to the wall to allow for the shower hose, which made the shower experience a bit rubbish.

Horrible momento.

Cortina echada todo el día, si no te ve y ves al de enfrente, 0 privacidad en ese aspecto e instalaciones viejas y poco cuidadas. Tienes que pedir servicio de toallas y papel higiénico, si no no te reponen nada.

L’accueil malveillant est déplacé d’un réceptionniste ( personne âgée). Personne très désagréable, moqueuse, boire humiliante, avec de l’humour inacceptable pour des touriste français. Pas de tv (en panne) et un seul nécessaire de douche pour 3 personnes

Il lavandino del bagno piccolissimo, era impossibile lavarsi che cadeva tutta l’acqua per terra. Il letto matrimoniale era attaccato alla porta finestra perciò era impossibile aprirla. Per il resto va bene per dormirci e basta.

Öffentlicher Verkehr ist überall vorhanden. Das Personal war sehr nett. Es gab kleine Mängel: Der Lift war eingeschränkt zu benützen. Das im Preis inbegriffene Frühstück war sehr gut, doch gelegentlich fehlte das eine oder andere Detail oder kam mit Verzögerung an.

• Kirill (4/5): - The staff was very nice and helpful. the location is good unfortunately most of the reviews here and on google are true: the walls are thin, our sink in the bathroom was partially clogged and and filling up very quickly, it leaked as well somewhere so we were given an extra towel for the floor.
• Lambert (5/5): Basic - Close to 2 supermarkets and to both Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est I complained about the weak wifi signal on the 6th floor which remained spotty throughout my 4 day stay. The elevator stops between floors. Anywhere you need to go in the 6-storey building, you’ll always stop half a floor above or below your actual destination. You will always have to carry your luggage half a floor, regardless. The shower stall, as expected in most Parisian hotels, is small.
