Guest Reviews
- HotelCambrai (2/5): - You guys know very well I did not go to Paris because I have an American passport. And I'm waiting for my refund from Hotel Cambrai.
- Verified traveler (4/5): I could not sit in the toilet. - The hotel is nice (ish) if you are catching the train at Gare du Nord in the early morning. Very basic and clean. My biggest concern is the fact that the toilet was fitted in a corner where I could not even sit. I am not that tall (1.85) but I could not sit on it. I cannot believe they fitted there, or that they have not replace it. A toilet is a must in any hotel.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The location is good and the customer service by the staff is excellent!
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Rooms in photo looked so much nicer than reality. Tatty room, crumbling walls, bare floor, felt like going to fall through floor. Recpetion were helpful and friendly. Light falling apart on one side of room. Obious that whoever owns the place is not upkeeping the place and just bringin money in. This place will eventually fall apart. Shame because once again reception was friendly.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Good budget property near Gare du Nord. Old but clean.
- Bethany (6/5): Ok - Overall, an ideal hotel to stay at if you’re wanting somewhere close to Gare Du Nord station and great for travelling. Rooms over clean and service at front desk is good. Bathrooms are the smallest I have ever seen and the whole hotel could do with a bit of a re vamp but overall probably worth the money considering it is one of the cheaper places to stay in Paris.
- David (6/5): OK for the price - This hotel is pretty rundown. But it is near to Gare du Nord and inexpensive. It is also clean and warm. Obviously for this price you would expect the decor to be poor and the equipment to be old. So you get what you pay for. Overall this is Ok value for money.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Close to gare du Nord, inexpensive, but nevertheless convenient. Not easy to get to the shower - narrow door and high threshold
- Joshua (10/5): - The room is old but very functional.
The toilet is small, but it’s not an issue for us.
Comfortable bed and water pressure from the shower is strong. Loved the vegetable soap bar provided! Wifi is stable, both receptionist are very polite and friendly.
Location is just 5 minutes from Gare Du Nord train station and metro. There are many restaurants and supermarket near the hotel as well.
For the price, it’s definitely value for money.
- Andre (6/5): Refurb - Need a refurb wardrobe it was unbelievable shelf in bathroom fall as soon as we put something on it...
Mattress very very used... just need a a big refurb.
Location 5*
- Verified traveler (6/5): - All the scathing reviews of this hotel would have you believe that it's a terrible place. That wasn't my experience. Yes, the hotel is a bit run down and has seen better days, but I found it to be perfectly serviceable, the beds adequate, the bathroom (although tiny and oddly laid out, with a shower you almost had to climb into) odd but functional. For the price and location it's still hard to beat. No, it's not luxury, and yes, the bedspreads have holes, but surely you didn't come to Paris to hang out in your hotel room all day. The room was adequate for our needs and reasonably priced.
- Robin (8/5): Have already recommended to friends. - Hotel Cambrai was situated perfectly for moving around the city. The staff was friendly and the room was very decent for the price. I stayed in a private room with private bath, double bed and balcony. I was a little worried from the pictures, but the bed was actually comfortable. All the furnishings were very dated, but the room was very clean.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Location was close to Gare du Nord. My single room came with a rediculously small bathroom. A circus acrobat would be afraid of this bathroom. But life needs some death defying challenges to make it seem interesting, so go for it!
- Verified traveler (4/5): Avoid! - Can't recommend to anyone really, but especially not unless you are fluent in French. Staff made no discernible effort to speak slower and more simply. Family rooms are next to a very noisy lift and in pretty poor condition. Our first room had loose tap fittings etc in the bathroom and holes in the wall. We were moved to a different room after the key card slot on our room was vandalised, it was marginally better but still in poor condition. We did not try the hotel's breakfast as could buy cheaper elsewhere. Location handy for Gare du Nord/Eurostar but plenty of other hotels in that area to choose from.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Absolutely no amenities. Nice people working there location was close to the railroad station but not necessarily in a good area of town I do not recommend this hotel unless you’re hard up.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - It is an old building and It was not the hotel I expected to be
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Only one electrical outlet worked in the room the WiFi was terribly slow the shower water was barely over room temperature and the bed was sunken in like it had never been changed overall this was my worst experience at a hotel in my life if I could give it a negative score I would
- Verified traveler (2/5): - All disgusting and mold all over the bathroom walls, toilet and shower. Couldn’t breathe in the room because of the smell.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - very good location but a bit noisy
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Fitting for securing shower on wall missing, had to hold it by hand. Bathroom grotty. Bed sheets could have been cleaner.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - I am very disappointing with the way we were treated at Hotel Cambrai. The receptionist did not give us a WiFi password. Bathroom sink was clogged, no AC. That was reported to the receptionist. He could not care less. Very sad to see all of that. We also could not sleep in the night as someone was smoking in front of our window non stop. From the other side of the room, we could smell all the cooking activity that was going on in the apartment next to our room. Since one of the travelers had a strong medical condition and asthma, we had to leave hotel and change our location for next two days. We truly hope to get reimbursed. Very bad experience at Hotel Cambrai. That area is not the most safe area, too.
- Jessica (10/5): SUPER PET FRIENDLY!!!! - I was traveling from the US with my little dog and this hotel could not have been nicer!!! I want to go back just to visit the people who work there. Rooms are simple and remember no aircon, which can be a little difficult in France during the summer. Location is also good.
- Marc (10/5): Good thanks - Was cheap and cheerful, room clean and was ok, staff were very helpful. Area not great but close to bus, train and metro stations.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - it was very close to Gard de Nord which was handy for my first visit abroad
- Verified traveler (4/5): - I liked part of the staff that tried to compensate the huge problem with a very noisy situation.
I disliked how part of the staff did not understand the problem I had during my stay with a noisy alarm that was very disturbing in the hotel.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The location is very good. It is very close to Nord du Gare
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Ok if you are spending most of the time outside as it is very basic. It was clean though.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Bed is terrible. Bed sunken inwards and TV installed too high, cannot be adjusted.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Extremely wicked, shockingly evil and vile - Where to start... room was filthy, dust everywhere, holes in walls, stains on walls, doors falling off hinges, one bed was covered in something sticky. Hair in the sink and in the bath. Our wake up call was a couple of pigeons in the room due to not being able to shut the windows properly. Couldn’t lock the door from inside and no do not disturb sign. No facilities in room such as kettle, cups, or iron. Room had definitely not been cleaned. I don’t know what the other rooms are like but room 61 was pretty much uninhabitable. The only good thing was the closeness of the train station.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Very close to Gare du Nord plenty of eating places close. Hotel very old and tired but clean and for the price ok
- Verified traveler (6/5): Okay location but need privacy - The hotel is close to Gare Du Nord station and many nearby restaurants and fast food. The hotel is okay. The room is spacious but the twin beds are sunken. The curtain in the bathroom has molds on them and shower is a little clogged. The hairdryer wasn't working the first day but was fixed by the room attendant the next day however the hairdryer didn't work well still. Wish I brought my own to use.
I think since I got the room cheap I was okay with my stay. The hotel is a 2 star hotel so I wouldn't expect too much from it. It served its purpose for me to sleep at. My only complaint is there's no sign Do not disturb to hang on the door. The room attendant just opened my door without knocking first while I was still sleeping. She did this twice. Hope they add those signs for guests who don't want to be disturbed.
The balcony is nice but the room has no A/C. It could get real hot when it's summer just FYI.
About the location of the hotel, there's a lot of homeless people around Gare Du Nord and will ask for change but I just ignore them and they leave me alone. Just be careful at night as always wherever you go!
- Verified traveler (8/5): Close Vicinity to Transportation - The vicinity from the train station was wonderful for getting around the city, and the location was perfect. The hotel itself is older, but kept up well. The room was quiet and clean and the staff was very helpful. Great for the price.
- Sunil (10/5): Great location for budget travelers! - Great stay in a great and centrally located part of the city! Rooms were comfortable and minutes from the Gare du Nord stop. Would recommend for anyone looking to stay in a convenient safe location on budget.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Great location, near Gare de nord, good price, but a bit noisy in the street at night, wifi doesn't.connect even we follow their.intruction.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - It is really good hotel. After reading some negative reviews I was about to cancel my stay at that hotel but fortunately I did not. The hotel offered a good value of money. It is very close to Gate du Nord and the area is safe and packed with a lot of shops and restaurants. My room was comfortable and spacious and clean. The bathroom is small but it was functionally working well with warm water. Yes sometimes in the morning you can hear some noises from the guests and staff but is for 1-2 hours. Generally no noises from the street and it is quite hotel. I feel the staff of the hotel let it down and it may be due to language barrier. I was happy with my stay and I highly recommend it.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Rooms were small with only one functional power point and breakfast was quite limited. However, the rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. The distance to gare du nord was also an advantage, but the neighbourhood around gare du nord is not the nicest.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Small room for night stay, staff is very friendly... However the wifi not that strong and no breakfast provided, you have to pay for it, hotel very near to Du Nord station. Room has a bathtub, they doesn't have a safe vault.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - It looks small from the street. Looks a bit rundown at first but it was WONDERFUL! The staff is fluent in english, our room was clean, the bathroom was clean and had a huge tub! Elevator is scary and small but worked fine. Free water refil by the front desk. If ever in Paris again, we would stay here again
- Solange (6/5): Ok for one night - This is a basic Paris hotel, better than some others, I stayed in a small room with just a bed, desk and wardrobe.
The shower/toilet room is tiny (which was not a problem for me) but badly in need of a clean.
Noise and conversations from other guests echo loudly around the hotel and there was a weird high-pitched squeaking sound on and off during my stay. I assumed that was the pipes making a noise.
The hotel is right by Gare du Nord so it's very convenient as a place for a quick overnight stop but be aware that that area can get a bit larey at night. I didn't feel unsafe but you do have to watch out for scammers and pickpockets in that area.
This hotel is pretty cheap for central Paris and I'd say it's better value than some others at the same price.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very friend front desk, wait for late check in after midnight
- Verified traveler (6/5): Great for sleeping, less great for staying - I stayed for only one night between two train rides so I arrived late evening and left early morning. Great with 24h open reception and distance to Gare du Nord. For this short stay, the hotel was fine. If I were to stay longer I would want something a bit more cozy/well-maintained. The light in my little hallway/entrance didn't work and the showerhead couldn't hang inside the tiny bathroom but had to be held when showering.
- A (6/5): APB - The wifi doesn't work properly and bathroom pipes smelled bad.
If you are traveling to La Gare du Nord it's a really good location.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Comfortable. Quite near to train station.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - It is conveniently located and cheap! He staff were very kind and accommodating. The room was good for what you pay for, minus the shoddy WiFi that never really worked. Overall, the hotel is a god place for a short visit.
- T (4/5): - the hotel has a lot of room for improvement, to put it mildly. the wifi was impossible to figure out. my room was next to the super-noisy elevator that made noise every time it was used. there is no shower curtain so the bathroom floods every time you shower. on the positive side, the location is excellent - few steps from Gare du Nord.
- Gobindeep (2/5): - Room and bathroom was dirty like it hadn’t been cleaned. T
- Verified traveler (2/5): - I have never experienced a hotel like this in my life!
The rooms are worth the price if you don’t pay more than €40 for the night.. that is of course if you don’t mind not getting any sleep and staying in a mould infested room!
No shower attatchment and terrible WiFi was the least of our issues apparently. If you don’t know the area well, Gare du Nord isn’t the nicest/safest of places to be at the best of occasions. But when the front desk insist you leave your room key before heading out for the day it makes you a little uneasy...
When we went to collect our key from the desk, we stated our room number and without any question or proof of identification (even though it was offered) they handed the key back!!
When I said to them that we wouldn’t be leaving the key with them the following day they insisted that we had to! After I insisted that we wouldn’t because of their lack of security and care of our room the receptionist laughed at me and muttered at me in French!
To top all of this off, when we arrived back at the room the door was open!! Luckily we had taken anything of value with us!
Cancelled the room for the remainder of our stay!
DO
NOT
STAY
HERE!!!
- Natalia (10/5): - Always a great experience. Conveniently close to Gare du Nord and very inexpensive. Old, minimalist but perfectly adequate for a short stay. Recommended and returning this evening!
- Yang (10/5): - The room is clean n quite spacious. The price is right. It’s very closed to Gare Du Nord which is a big plus for us. Will definitely be back to stay at the hotel in the future.
- Surendra Kumar (10/5): - Good hotel in this price range...
- Mike (4/5): - Saggy beds. Broken/missing light shades. Shower heads that flopped around. Telephone stuck togther with sellotape. Peeling paint. Broken loo seat. Noisy traffic. Almost adequate breakfast.
- Riana (6/5): More cons than pros - PROS: next door to train station and within a short walk to metro lines. It was 15 mins door to door to the Louvre and you can walk to Montmatre area with Moulin Rouge and Sacre Coeur. Front desk staff were nice and printed tickets for us. The shower had great temperature and water pressure. Room was not super cramped (but definitely not spacious) and had nice little balconies. And room was made up and cleaned daily. Everything seemed clean. Very affordable.
CONS: Sketchy neighbourhood and a bit of a run-down and outdated hotel. Lights didn't come on in the hallways. Only one outlet in the entire room worked. Beds were extremely uncomfortable and sank in the middle. Shower head wouldn't stay up. Room got cold and no way to control the heat. Wifi was awful - very spotty and took forever to load a single webpage. Would not recommend this place if you need to check your email or do anything over wifi.
If you do stay, we highly recommend Villa Andrea for a delicious Italian meal! Great food, great service and reasonable prices.
- Adil (8/5): - The hotel is close Nord & East Sations, otherwise just a standard budget hotel.
- Mary (6/5): Not comfortable - Rooms are very small and is not a comfortable room. Walls are thin with holes where, I’m assuming, a mirror was once hung and felt off but they never path the holes. The beds are old and sunken in the middle.
- Veron (10/5): - Nice that we cound leave our bagage before 2.p.m. In the hotel. IT was comfortable room, without noice.
- James (6/5): - Fine for a budget single night near the station. Clean and quite basic, bit of street noise, but otherwise OK
- C (2/5): - Do NOT stay here.
Just look at the pics.
If they offer you a room for FREE... maybe.
There are better options nearby.
Try "Le Rocroy" a block away.
Als and like most places, it's always a bit shady near the main subway/bus station. Plenty of bums, late-nighters, etc.
- Verified traveler (6/5): No thrills - The hotel was perfect for us, for one night, before taking the train to London.
The area looks a bit scary first, but we had no issues at any time.
The hotel is very simple, you get what you paid for: two beds (we has 2 twins) in a small room, tiny bathroom, but at least it was clean.
We had two balconies, one in the room, one in the bathroom, overlooking at the main road (busy and noisy).
There is an elevator and the front desk can lock up your bags till the room is ready.
Not a big deal, but for the price, it was ok.
- Eunice (8/5): ok - friendly staff
- jian (8/5): - Good and convenient location with good service from staff.
- Francis (8/5): This is a very inexpensive hotel close to the trai - This is a very inexpensive hotel close to the train station. It’s like a four minute walk. Not the best neighborhood, and the bathrooms were sufficient at best. But for the price, I don’t think you’ll do any better. I would stay there again but my expectations are not five-star hotel for 3 1/2 star price.
- Verified traveler (6/5): OK but needs lots of maintenance. - Room was clean and well taken care of but in bad shape. The walls looked like they had stains on them and I felt like I was in a hostel. Noise from outside was really bad, you need to wear earplugs to fall asleep.
Bathroom was horrible. The sink water does not drain. There was no shower curtain so when you take a shower, you get water all over the place. You can also see tons of water damage around the tub because of this.
I usually don't care much for the hotel room since I only use it to sleep, but this place was an exception.
The beds though were comfortable at least. The pillows though felt a bit uncomfortable.
- Harvey (8/5): A place to lay your head and relive the 1950s - The hotel has not been changed much since the 1950s with the most terrifying staircase I have ever walked down. It is friendly and the staff helpful.
The most comfortable bed in any hotel I have stayed in.
Recommend it as a low cost central place to tour Paris from.
- Samantha (2/5): Never again - If you’re looking for somewhere clean, don’t bother with this hotel. There was hair all over the bed and don’t get me started about the condition of the shower (which was extremely tiny, so tiny I couldn’t actually fit in it)
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Old, run down, not clean, old furniture. Broken shower and washroom facilities. Receptionist was missing in the morning and we had to panic and bang on desks to have someone come to the front, almost missed train... Front door was disabled could not leave in our own.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - I would like the management to think about placing air conditioning in the rooms. In the summer months it is sometimes hot and humid in the daytime, at nights it cool down a bit. Also, a small refrigerator can be added to a room for a fee, of course
- Nik&Mum (10/5): Perfect for our requirements - Hotel Cambrai is by no means a luxury hotel, but for our short stay, it ticked all the boxes. Our room was not too big, not too small, 2 single beds, 2 huge floor-to-ceiling doors opening out on to the balcony overlooking the street, and a smallish bathroom with basin, toilet and shower. Everything we required was in this room, and for the amount of time that we actually spent in it, we found it to be just perfect. Our main reason for choosing Hotel Cambrai was its location, just a 4 minute walk from Gare du Nord, and the bus stop for the Hop-On Hop-Off Paris Bus Tour, Red Line.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Close to the train station, with an excellent staff.
- Annie (8/5): Good litttle hotel - This was a good hotel. If just there to sleep. Great price too. Clean room clean sheets clean towels. 6 min from train station. Breakfast is roll and croissant. Coffee / tea. Cereal yogurt cheese jam. Everything you need. No luxury tho. Very nice and helpful reception.
- mike (8/5): Very convenient hotel - Very convenient hotel a few steps from gare du nord.
Essential but clean.
Do not expect the moon: perfect option for a budget oriented choice. Staff are very helpful and nice: don't be afraid to ask.
- Nigel (8/5): Easily access from Gare Du Nord - So good to only have to walk five minutes to the hotel -great location
- Vincent (6/5): Staff could be friendlier - The hotel is very close to Gare du Nord, which makes it very easy to catch the Eurostar in and out of London, especially if arriving late at night which I did. That's really the only good thing. I've been to many budget hotels and know what to expect, and this to me wasn't the greatest stay even for what you pay for. The room was a little run down but clean enough. The shower was a bathtub without shower curtains, so I had to awkwardly shower seated to avoid spilling water everywhere. Breakfast is only a croissant and cereal without milk, with filter coffee and juice. Not worth the €7, which they make you pay the day before and won't refund if you change your mind. Staff weren't the friendliest, all interactions just felt business-like without much care in providing good customer service, so I just felt like another client giving them money. I will give credit to its convenient location and clean-enough room, but the service really needs work. I was relieved to leave at the end.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - It was fine but very bad and rude staff at night shift.
- Verified traveler (2/5): room too hot to stay and sleep! - Don't want to come back next time! Room is too hot to sleep.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Have no choice! Difficult to understand to find another hotel near by.
- Manaor Tua (8/5): - The location is very good
- Verified traveler (8/5): - You get exactly what you pay for. A cheap hotel very close to the center of Paris.
- ADAM (8/5): - Fantastic location, rooms could do with a bit of an upgrade but did the job for 3 nights, 24 hour reception good too.
- Karen (8/5): Good location - Liked the hotel because it was cheap and nearby to the eurostar. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Place could do with a bit of a makeover
- Tito (10/5): NICE PETIT HOTEL, NEAR TO GARD DU NORD - The staff was very nice and ready to evacuate all doubts over transport, atractions o things whit interest by tourism. Room very clean and comfortable. Close to the city center, near to Sacre Coeure, Moulin Rouge, etc. Located over Magenta Bv. whit transports easy available.
- Liang (8/5): Nice location - Hotel look old but very clean, and the staffs are helpful. Breakfast is not buffet style, not nice. The hotel location is strategic, nearby metro and Nord train stations. Surrounded by shops and restaurants.
- Natalia (8/5): Excellent price. Very clean. - Great price. Good location near Gare du Notd.
- Maria Helene (10/5): enjoyable stay in Paris - The hotel is close to Gare du Nord, reception has been friendly, the area was clean. The safe was very helpful and polite.
The room was very spacious with a big bed and enough storage. It gad a decent shower room.
Close to the hotel are many restaurants, cafes and bars.
- Katherine (8/5): It had a bed - Older hotel that hasn’t really been kept up with thin walls. It meet my needs I had a bed and it was close to the train station. If possible ask for a room on the upper floors I was in the lowest level near the door and elevator it was super nosiy until everyone went to sleep.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Good budget hotel. - Good budget hotel close to the Gare du Nord and takeaway food shops. Hall carpet stained but not odourous. Room basic with tiny but adequate ensuite,. Beds soft but clean and comfortable. Easy walking distance to Montmartre. Friendly, helpful staff, and a good price. I would definitely stay there again.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great location - Walking distance to Gare du Nord, bus station and most importantly many Halal restaurants.
- Madeleine (8/5): Great budget hotel in Paris! - Great budget place to stay - all staff during our stay were excellent including when one of our sons became ill. Double room was great for a family of 4 with 2 separate rooms, separate toilet and lovely bathtub. Older style/basic but nicely decorated with colour. Simple but good continental breakfast available and second 2 people ate for free! Surrounded by food options and 5 mins walk to Paris Nord Station and metros and hop/hop off bus stop. Walking distance (15mins approx) to Montemarte/Sacre Couer.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Great location but poor facilities - Easy access to iconic and other interesting places as the hotel located nearby bus & train station. However, only 1 halal restaurant available nearby.
- wan (8/5): - Location was good 5mins walk to the main train station. The hotel located at the main road. Very safe
- D (6/5): Convenient right next to the station! - Good little hotel for a short stay, close to main station and food shops. Breakfast is rather pricey for what is on offer (croissants and cereal) so we paid but didn't eat it. However I received special treatment for my birthday so overall we were happy with the room and balcony view.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Good location close to metro station. Kind staff.
- Manuel (8/5): Best Position for Gare du Nord - It was good! Best position for Gare du Nord!
- Paul (6/5): - The beds were old and hollowed out, the shower was broken the shower door had one panel missing, hand basin was cracked, and the toilet was so close to the shower, you had tom step over it to get into and out of the shower.
The reading light over one bed did not work, and the TV kept losing its signal
- Brian (8/5): Good budget option - It would be easy to be critical of this hotel as it needs a complete renovation, however, it’s great value in a good location for transport. The room clean enough and big enough and comfortable enough though old fashioned. The bathroom was small, but the hot water strong and reliable. There is an elevator and the wifi signal is good. Save your 7€ for breakfast to spend in a cafe.
- Nathan (8/5): Easy, clean, friendly and great location! - This hotel was so easy to find from Gare de Nord station. Really good value, good size bath and nice shower. Comfortable easy room.
The staff were really nice and very welcoming. Also they had my paperwork ready very quickly. It was very good.
This hotel is two star but it’s clean, friendly and a great location, especially if you are arriving late at Gare de Nord!
- Charles (6/5): - Shower was broken, bed not very comfortable
- E (6/5): Good for the price you pay - The room was pretty big but a little bit dark. Despite that it is a good room for the prize.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Would not go back - We booked a superior room but it was very basic. No curtain in bathroom, no shower curtain, not easy to put shower pipe on fixing, as all this in front of window which had other rooms windows only a few feet away we felt we had no privacy. Showered with no light on. No plug in sink or bath. Sink tap leaked every time it was turned on so big puddle on floor right in front of toilet! Toilet roll ran out, no spare in room. Two lights over bed but only one worked and only one had a shade. Hole in floor between room and bathroom with a piece of vinyl covering but still felt like floor could give way. Bed was adequate. Up side room was very warm over New Year. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Wifi was free. For price did not expect a palace but have spent less with a better room.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Spending a bit more money for comfort is worth it! - On the night of my check in I paid €5 for tax (€1per night), but was asked after to pay tax of €198 after for whatever reason. Sure this could have been an honest mistake but what if I had just agreed and paid.
- marie (6/5): Central location, good value for the price - You get what you pay for :) cheap and very central location. I would recommend this hotel for people staying 1 or 2 nights that are not planning on spending anymore time than sleeping here. It was clean but very basic and a little bit shabby but fine for one night. Would stay again in similar circumstances
