• Sharon (10/5): Beautiful room and location - The room was a nice size and decorated beautifully. The bed was huge and comfortable and we appreciated the tea making and little treats. Great shower and light over the mirror. Lovely to look down over the street from our window. We were very close to the Duomo and lots of cafes and little restaurants. We loved the location, so convenient. The host was lovely, great communication, and allowed us to leave our bags for the day while we continued exploring the city. Loved our time in Florence!

• Martina (7/5): Buona soluzione - Ottima posizione e facilità di check contactless, camere molto belle, spaziose e tipiche fiorentine. Per una coppia sarebbe meglio mettere un materasso unico matrimoniale e non due singoli, perché si separavano molto creando fastidio. E consiglio la pulizia della camera in mattinata e non nel pomeriggio, siamo rientrate alle 14.30 per riposare un po’ e la camera non era ancora stata fatta. Per il resto tutto ok.

• Madara (8/5): - Very central, everything is close and walkable, you can get nice breakfast literally over the street since there are several caffès with convenient pricing We really liked the spacious room with a view to the Doume, room was generally clean, though some spots were not so nicely cleaned, but it did not spoil at all staying at this beautiful house.

• karine (10/5): Un super séjour, je recommande! - En plein centre historique, à 5mn du duomo, emplacement parfait, pietro est réactif et de très bons conseils! Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur, donc les escaliers avec les bagages c’est pas simple, mais l’emplacement et les chambres sont spacieuses…
• LAURA GRACIELA (8/5): - La ubicación es perfecta y la habitacion muy amplia, me gusto que contara con cafetera, no tube problemas para acceder al edificio con las instrucciones y codigos No hicieron debidamente la limpieza, al volver la cama solo estaba alizada y no tendida, las amenidades solo las dejaron el primer dia, pase algo de frio por que las cobijas eran muy delgadas

• Jesper (9/5): Well-located room yet quiet, clean and true to the photos, with exceptionally friendly housekeeping - First of all, it was very easy to find the main entrance based on the information we had received. The room was located within a short walking distance of the tram and close to the city center, while still being free from city noise at night. The room appeared clean and well-maintained without being flashy, which we appreciate, and it fully lived up to our expectations – the photos gave an accurate impression. We would especially like to highlight the housekeeper assigned to the room – truly very service-minded :)

Was also quiet felt secure right in the heart of things. There was nothing I didn’t like, the only tiny tiny issue I had was the tiny bar fridge didn’t seem to work and didn’t get cold but honestly otherwise perfect

The owner greeted us before we got there and gave us simple instructions to follow. He also gave us great suggestions of where to eat. Overall, a really wonderful place to stay. The shower leaked on to the floor a little. No elevator
• Kriti (8/5): Comfortable accommodation with great location - The room has a high ceiling which makes the room feel spacious, the shower has very good water pressure and hot water, the bed is comfortable, the landlord responds very quickly and is very helpful, the hairdryer is of good quality (not your standard hotel hairdryer), and the location is superb. 1 minute walk from the duomo, but still a quiet accommodation at night. The room doesn't have extras (e.g. bath slippers, shower cap, etc.) but what it does provide is of good quality. It was better than expected, we didn't have any problems.

• Juliana (9/5): - Spacious, beautifully decorated, in a beautiful and clean building, very comfortable and even though it is in a very busy and loud area both during the day and night, the windows are well insulated and the apartment is very quite. Instructions for entering the apartment were provided timely and communication was super smooth. Location is perfect, very central and in walking distance from train station and the tram stop to the airport. Highly appreciated the space to leave the luggage after check out.

• cansinb (8/5): Perfect location, but quite noisy - The location of this hotel is unbeatable, as it is situated right next to the Duomo and incredibly central. I was also impressed with the service; the room was cleaned every day, and the coffee supplies were always replenished. The room was unfortunately quite noisy. I could hear sounds from outside, a loud humming from the refrigerator, and even the plumbing whenever water was used in other rooms. Additionally, I encountered the same issue with the bedding where a flat sheet was used instead of a proper duvet cover, which made it uncomfortable as it wouldn't stay in place.

We met the cleaning lady who was really sweet and helpful. Street outside was a bit noisy late at night/ early in the morning.

• ADRIAN ALEJANDRO (9/5): Un gran lugar, sin duda volvería a quedarme - Lo mejor de todo es la ubicación, está al lado del Duomo, a pasos de la estación de tren y muy cerca de todo lo principal. El alojamiento es muy bonito, limpio, luminoso y el baño es perfecto. Podrían renovar las almohadas, las cuales eran incómodas y podrían cambiar las toallas diariamente. Estuvimos 3 noches y solo nos dieron un set de toallas. Pero si no te molesta aquello, este lugar es ideal.

• Anna (10/5): Przepiękny pokój, czystość i lokalizacja w centrum - Bardzo ładne pokoje. Dodatkowo czysto. W pokoju ekspres i woda, wymieniane codziennie. Lokalizacja przy samej katedrze. Na pewno wrócę :) Jedyny minus, niezależny od obiektu to brak windy.
