• Mariela (8/5): - Really amazing location, great neighborhood accessible to everything. The room is good and clean, the necessary for a trip to bcn. We didn’t use the terrace but it looks really nice. It’s quite small and value for the place is not good. Everything is Barcelona is really expensive so you are paying for the location, not the hotel.

• Marta (10/5): Lo mejor el personal - Especial mención a la responsable de recepción que es una persona súper profesional. Tenían un problema con el agua caliente y me buscó un alojamiento alternativo. La atención es excelente.

• Claudia (8/5): Perfect! - Het is een kleinschalig hotel, met alles erop en eraan. Het personeel was uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De ligging van het hotel was lekker rustig. Ontbijt was niet zeer uitgebreid maar er was van alles wat, en het werd ook voldoende aangevuld. De kussens waren naar onze wens niet ideaal.

• Asadova (9/5): we had a great stay. - The hotel was excellent in every way. Some rooms have windows that open onto a small internal area, which felt quite unusual. We were traveling as two people, but after noticing from the photos that the windows in the double rooms were small, we chose a triple room instead. Although it was relatively more expensive, natural light and ventilation were more important to us. When we checked in, we realized that our room’s window was small and also faced that internal area. In this case, we couldn’t comfortably leave the window open, since other rooms’ windows also opened onto the same space. We asked the hotel staff to change our room and explained that being able to open the window was important for us, and that this was exactly why we had chosen a triple room. Although there was no available room that day, we were offered a new room the next morning around breakfast time. The hotel staff were very friendly. The hotel also had a beautiful inner courtyard. Every evening after our walks, we would sit there and enjoy tea with the cookies that were available 24 hours a day. Thank you. In our first room, the water pressure in the shower was very strong. However, after we changed rooms, the shower water in the second room was quite weak (( The breakfast could have been a bit more varied.

• Carleigh (10/5): Great vacation hotel and bilingual! - All the staff were extremely friendly and patient. The cleaners came everyday to tidy up and every other day or so to change everything. Which was amazing! The hotel is close to transit lines. We mainly used the metro and it was only about a 5 min walk away depending on the line. The price was great for everything you get. The only complaint I have was we went during a time of construction. Though with the windows closed you can't hear a thing outside and I know it's not the properties fault so otherwise my friend and I had an overall great stay.

A terasz nagyon kellemes. Vékony falak, hallani a szomszédokat. Nagyon kicsi szálloda, ez a reggeli választéknál érezhető.

• Pessini (9/5): Hotel muito bom, porém é importante alterar a descrição do quarto triplo. - O hotel é muito bom, oferece água, café e biscoitos de graça. O café da manhã é ótimo, comidas frescas todos os dias. Os quartos e banheiros são bons, espaçosos. Tivemos um problema ao chegar, pois escolhemos um quarto triplo cujo anúncio informava que havia uma cama de casal e uma de solteiro. Como estávamos viajando entre amigos, nossa única exigência era poder dormir em camas separadas, independentemente de serem duas de solteiro ou uma de casal e uma de solteiro. No entanto, ao chegarmos ao quarto, encontramos apenas uma cama de casal. Ao procurar a recepção, a atendente informou que o sofá era utilizado como cama, ou seja, um “sofá-cama”. Não pagamos caro para dormir em um sofá-cama. Esse tipo de solução costuma ser usado quando recebemos alguém em casa e não há quarto disponível — não é adequado para um hotel. Mostrei a descrição do Booking à atendente e, após algum tempo, ela conseguiu resolver a situação, transferindo-nos para um quarto com duas camas de solteiro e realizando o estorno da diferença de valor entre o quarto triplo e o quarto com duas camas de solteiro. Reservamos dois quartos: ela conseguiu resolver um deles no mesmo dia e o outro no dia seguinte. Fica aqui o alerta: o quarto triplo não possui uma cama de casal e uma de solteiro, mas sim uma cama de casal e um sofá-cama. Se você não se importa em pagar em euros para dormir em um sofá, pode ser uma opção. Além disso, o secador de cabelo é difícil de usar, pois é necessário fazer bastante força para mantê-lo ligado. Imagino a dificuldade que pessoas com mobilidade reduzida ou idosas podem ter ao utilizá-lo. Tirando esses pontos, o hotel é ótimo, e o atendimento também. Observação: sugiro que o hotel altere a descrição do quarto triplo, informando claramente que se trata de um quarto com uma cama de casal e um sofá-cama.

Supermarket close. Very quiet stay. Asked for room to be 2 single beds, but had to separate the beds upon arrival myself (minor issue as bed was made for 2 singles)

• Panarari (9/5): Buona esperienza - Ottima posizione e servizi. Le stanza era pulita e ben fornita. La reception è aperta 24/24 ed è sempre disponibile una macchinetta con le bevande calde. Il terrazzo è molto spazioso. È possibile lasciare in modo sicuro i propri bagagli anche prima del check in e dopo il check out. La finestra della mia stanza dava sulla terrazza interna, non mi sentivo molto sicura a lasciare la finestra aperta e occasionalmente è entrata qualche formica.

No tenían acondicionador para el pelo solicitamos y nos dijeron que no lo daban… les dijimos que hacía mucho calor y que el aire no funcionaba y nos respondieron que el aire acondicionado era central y como aún no era verano no lo prendían por lo tanto nos ofrecieron un ventilador o que abriéramos la ventana…

• Iryna (9/5): Cozy place in the center of the city - Very good location - close to metro, to famous sights. Very pleasant staff (special regards to Katy from reception). It is possible to leave luggage before/after check in/out. They also propose corkscrew or scales upon first request. The hotel is nice to offer a free coffee and cookies at the lobby, as well as still water to fill the bottles. Nice terrace where you can have a breakfast or smoke, or have a glass of wine on air, or enjoy minigolf practices. Enormous bad, really king size! And what is important - immediate strong hot water in shower, there is no need to wait until it becomes warmer from cold. Lovely scent of bath amenities. Good quality of bath towels. Modern design in bathroom. Breakfast could be richer. Butter disappeared and has not come back. :) Anyway, you will not stay hungry. Price for the night. :( But it is the problem of total accommodation pricing in Barcelona, it became crazy last years.

Le personnel est très gentil et souriant. L’hôtel est sécurisé Peut être le côté parking peu accessible si quelqu’un n’est pas là pour ouvrir à temps (ce n’était pas le cas mais on se sentait un peu mal à l’aise de faire des allers retours à la Voiture)

• Natalia (10/5): Nocleg, w którym da się odpocząć - Pokój normalnych rozmiarów z dużym i wygodnym łóżkiem. W pokoju było naprawdę czysto i było w nim wszystko czego było potrzeba. Miłym dodatkiem był ekspres z kawą i fontanna z wodą do picia dostępne cały czas dla gości. Na plus również to, że obsługa była naprawdę miła i zawsze była na miejscu w hotelu. W hotelu też jest możliwość zostawienia bagażu po wymeldowaniu, co jest super. Wokół hotelu był dobrze zaopatrzony sklep spożywczy, kawiarnie i restauracje, a mimo to okolica była naprawdę spokojna. Jeśli ktoś szuka bardzo centralnie ulokowanego noclegu, to może ten nie będzie najlepszym wyborem, ale okolica była naprawdę dobrze skomunikowana z resztą miasta.

La decoración está muy bien. El baño era impecable. Todo muy limpio. ¿Y un plus? Es silencioso. Además puedes ir descalza por la habitacion porque el suelo es super agradable (sin moqueta); Hay agua gratis en la habitación que puedes rellenar en las zonas comunes.
