• Daniela (10/5): - Die Lage in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und trotzdem nach ein paar Metern im Getümmel. Cannaregio ist ein wunderbares Viertel, in dem man zu relativ normalen Preisen essen und trinken kann. Alle Highlights gut erreichbar. Das Hotelzimmer sieht genauso wie auf den Fotos aus und wir hatten überraschenderweise sogar einen Balkon. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht getestet, es gab reichlich Bars für Café und Cornetto. Es gibt Wasserkocher, Tee und Tütchen Kaffee auf dem Zimmer, einen kleinen Kühlschrank und einen Wasserspender im Hotel. Nichts

• Rachel Youn Joo (1/5): Extremely different room than advertised. - The price was pretty decent and the walk from the train station wasnt bad. For perspective, we have 2 kids under 15 with 3 suitcases and it was manageable. We do cross some of the staircase bridges but not the insanely high ones which was nice. The bathroom and heaters were clean and the shower had nice hot water. The beds aren’t that bad as shown in the picture. Especially if youre a group of 5 and choose the junior suite, they might give you a room completely different than the ones shown in the pictures. Our room was NOTHING like the pictures. It was extremely tiny and we had to climb around 4 flight of stairs (no joke) and there is NO elevator. The tv was genuinely smaller than my computer and again, the room was extremely extremely small and not fancy looking as the pictures look.

• Anna-Maria (8/5): Bref séjour mais appartement confortable situé au cœur de Venise - Appartement complet au premier étage dans un palais vénitien proche de toutes les attractions touristiques de Venise mais situé dans un endroit calme de Cannaregio. Tout près du Vaporetto pour Burano et Murano. Cet appartement n’est pas attaché à l’hôtel mais se situe à quelques mètres seulement. Il est bien équipé et peut accueillir 6 personnes (2 chambres avec lit matrimonial et un salon avec canapé-lit confortable). Nous avons pu laisser nos sacs avant et après notre séjour pour profiter pleinement de la ville. Personnel super sympa et répondant à toutes vos demandes et questions. Je conseille vivement. La salle de bain un peu petite surtout la douche (ne convient pas aux personnes de corpulence forte) dont la porte laissait passer de l’eau. Mais rien de bien grave (si vous laissez un essuie à terre pour éviter de vous mouiller les pieds pendant la nuit 😅)

• Rebecca (7/5): Cool hotel with helpful staff in a lovely location, warning about extreme stairs for those who can’t/don’t want to d - The hotel was very funky and in a good spot to explore the city and grab an Alilaguna to the airport. You could open windows for a fresh breeze and elements of the room looked authentic and aged in keeping with the area. It was a massive trek from the train station. We stayed in a room that was a Herculean effort to get to every night with an almost comical amount of incredibly steep stairs. We climbed the Duomo with ease but this hotel almost killed us by the end.

• Giulia (8/5): - Posizione molto comoda, a due passi si trovano sia supermercato che diversi bacari e ristoranti, in 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge la fermata del vaporetto. La camera non molto grande ma completa di tutto, il bagno piccolo ma pulito. La camera si trova in una mansarda, le scale per raggiungerla sono abbastanza ripide. Fattibile se non si hanno problemi di mobilità o grossi bagagli

Segnalo solo che la stanza sopra l’ingresso e con accesso diretto sala dove si fanno le colazioni può essere un po' rumorosa per chi ha il sonno leggero. Nel complesso, un ottimo soggiorno.

• Lucille (9/5): Très bonne surprise, nous reviendrons! - Petit hôtel qui ne paye pas de mine mais qui est très bien placé Et très propre . Nous avions une chambre assez grande pour accueillir cinq personnes, ce qui est véritablement appréciable pour une famille avec trois enfants/ados. La literie était bien , la salle de bain assez grande et la douche avait beaucoup de pression, ce qui est agréable après une bonne marche dans Venise! Le rapport qualité prix est top. Le personnel est très réactif et envoie via WhatsApp toutes les informations nécessaires . Peut-être le côté un peu sombre de la chambre. Il n’y a pas toujours quelqu’un à la réception, néanmoins ils sont joignables et se trouvent en réalité dans l’hôtel situé juste en face (à moins de 2 m! ) .

• Simon and Bronwyn (10/5): All round wonderful! - We got a great deal on a 2-night stay here and it proved to be excellent value. The location is handy for exploring Venezia and our room was beautifully set up and comfortable. The reception staff were friendly, super professional and lovely to be around. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Everything was great, no issues at all.

La chambre était propre et le personnel est très sympas Le gros point négatif c’est l’insonorisation de la chambre…. • Villarreal (8/5): Buena ubicación, limpio y cómodo. - El hotel es muy bonito y muy limpio. Las habitaciones y las camas súper cómodas. La atención de las chicas de recepción es excelente, son amables y respondieron a todas nuestras preguntas. La ubicación está buena, tenés cerca muchos negocios, bares y todo lo que necesitas para tu estadía. El hotel tiene muchas escaleras. Si te toca el segundo piso tenés que subir escaleras muy empinadas y largas. Se te puede complicar especialmente estando con valijas. Por eso no le puedo poner la mejor calificación. De ahí en más, todo muy lindo y destaco la atención del personal de recepción.

• Gulya (7/5): Excellent for exploring Venice but also for having a bit of peace and quiet away from the crowds - Convenient location for easy access to explore Venice by foot, but sufficiently removed from the main bustle that noise was never an issue. Close walking distance to some excellent restaurants. The hot water in the shower was somewhat temperamental but otherwise the facilities were good for an overnight stay.

• Luis (4/5): Sin más - Ubicación Hay que contextualizar. Sin ánimo de menospreciar pero fue decepcionante. Habitación pequeña, interior, con baño fuera de la habitación (aunque con preaviso y aceptado) y cama no con la calidad exigible. Se puede mejorar
• Alexander (9/5): Ein schöner und stilvoller Platz für einen Venedig Trip - Endlich wieder ein kleines, nettes Hotel im antiken Venedig Stil mit freundlicher Rezeption. Oftmals landet man nur mehr in anonymen apartments, ohne jemanden zu treffen. Super Lage und zu Fuss fast alle Ecken zu erreichen, auch sehr nahe zur Bootsablegestelle nach Murano und Burano. Frühstückstisch direkt vor dem Zimmer in mondäner Atmosphäre. Manches an der Ausstattung ist schon sehr alt und könnte etwas renoviert werden. Frühstück könnte etwas reichhaltiger sein.
