• David Andres (10/5): Awesome comfy place close to everything in Venice - Was great, great service, great attention, simple but good price for the offering, good room, very spacious was an classic venice palace kind of room, so was very thematic in a nice way Nothing to really complaint, neither that much to not like. on a small note the hotel can feel very small and all rooms and reception are basically on a common area for breakfast, you can think like a big apartment with rooms kind of set apart from each other. I think this is not as atypical for Venice I did not find it an issue for us and our short stay, I would actually come back due to the great service and great value for tourism.

La qualité des couvertures, j'aurais préféré une bonne couette plutôt qu'une petite couverture (le temps était pluvieux et frais). Cela ne m'a pourtant pas dérangé pour dormir, c'est uniquement une préférence individuelle.

Colazione a buffet ok anche se mi aspettavo qualcosina di più come disponibilità di prodotti visto anche il prezzo del pernotto per una sola notte.

No elevator; however, I'm not sure whether or not that is common in Venice considering you can't even drive cars there. I'm not knocking them for it, just be advised.

La colazione inclusa è ok. Noi ci siamo trovati molto bene per un posto con prezzo in media. Viene anche offerto il servizio di deposito valigia per la giornata di arrivo/ripartenza.

I would have been even more delighted to find some more vegetables in addition to the cocktail tomatoes I found. Maybe some slices of carrots and sweet peppers and whole-grain bread and maybe even some unsweetened cereals like rough- ground -flax seed and oat flakes without sulfarated raisins. The breakfast you serve tastes good but I consume it only with guilty conscience.

• Nani (10/5): Amabilidad y barrio tranquilo - El personal lo primero, el primer día nos dejaron entrar en la habitación sobre las 11 de la mañana ya que llegábamos del aeropuerto tuvimos que esperar un ratito para que la acabasen de arreglar y mientras el chico de recepción nos ofreció una cesta llena de croissants variados , ya que pensó que veníamos sin desayunar. Los demás trabajadores también muy amables. Todos hablan algo de español. El desayuno muy bien. Aunque parece un poco alejado es perfecto para coger el vaporetto y recorrer el Gran canal. No me gustó que en la foto parece que la terraza con mesas son del hotel , pero no , son de un restaurante que hay al lado. El hotel está en la callecita

But once we found it, it was our secret door 🚪 Opened the window during the night only to let in 2 mosquitoes!!! 🦟 won’t be doing that next time! And it’s only mid-March.

The rooms are well-equipped and decorated, with beautiful curtains, drapes and a chandelier. I sincerely recommend the place. I missed drinking water in the room. There was a small fridge with drinks, but it would be nice to have free water for guests.

Infelizmente no dia da nossa saída faltou energia, e tivemos que acordar mais cedo para tomar café. Mais fomos avisados pela recepção que isso iria acontecer, então foi uma situação que o hotel não teve culpa.

• Valeria (10/5): - An excpetionally good hotel in Venice that totally reflects the vibe of this beautiful city. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, there is a kettle in the rooms and compliments from the hotel, the breakfast is exemplary, the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a walking distance to Santa Lucia station, Grand Canal and Palazzio Ducale. We are very pleased to have stayed at Locanda Sant'Agostin

• Alice (6/5): A Low budget option in a good location - The location is fantastic , it was a short walk to the Rialto bridge and was still central enough to explore everything incredibly easily without being bang in the middle of the hustle , the neighbourhood was clean with a couple of shops and restaurants on the doorstep. The staff were friendly and instructions to find the place were clear with good communication from the property. Be realistic about expectations , when we went we chose this place because it was a lot more budget friendly than our other options so we were fine with what we had. Some of the bits in the bathroom and room are tired , for example the sealant on the bath had a bit of mould and the door the the mini bar wasn’t attached to the wooden panelling as it should have been. The mini bar is cheap and basic , there are no tea or coffee facilities in the room but we expected this .

• manuela (10/5): Struttura confortevole e tranquilla - Struttura accogliente e tranquilla in una zona piacevole della città: le camere sono ammobiliate in stile classico, con alcuni arredi caratteristici, silenziose e pulitissime. La colazione è ben fornita, il personale gentile e disponibile. Le scale di accesso sono ripide; io non avevo bagagli pesanti ma per qualcuno potrebbe essere un problema. Il materasso fatto da due singoli appaiati è scomodo perché si divide nel mezzo.
