- Gabriela (8/5): Ak nie ste náročny na obytovanie a hotel berete len na prespanie a pozerate sa na cenu a lokalitu doporočujem všetkymi 1 - Poloha hotela Staršie vybavenie , nezrekonštruovana kupelka
- Martina Rubino (7/5): - If you expect a 5-star hotel, then it's not for you. But to be fair, we had a good room, it was clean and comfortable. There was everything you need for a 1-2 days stay. It's not for long stays in London, but if you have to catch an early train from King's Cross then it's perfect. The street around is very loud, and we were unlucky as there was a football match and peopled stayed out screaming quite late.
- Rewadee (5/5): -
- Michelle (8/5): Great Location. Right across from King’s Cross. - The location of property was great. Very close to trains.
- Vicky (8/5): It is good for the price. The location is great and ammenities were sufficient. I would stay again - The location is great. There is a fridge. The accomodation was clean and had everything you'd need. The Bed was very uncomfortable, the curtons don't block the light properly, the window does not keep out sound, the bathroom is tiny and the ceoling fan was very loose and wobbly when turned on. Also the staircases were very hard to walk especially without light.
- NII (2/5): below average - the room was not what I expected. Poor lighting in the doorway. Room became hot at night and I couldn't open the windows for fresh air. With the heat not allowing me to sleep well, noise was coming from the room above mine. Its like the floor board is plywood. Even I could hear someone snoring. Not aq good experience and there is no way I will recommend to anyone. improve the rooms with sound proof, Windows should be repaired for ventilation especially during the summer season.
- Karen (8/5): Great for a cheap no frills one night stay. - Basic room. Next to Kings Cross. No Frills but then it is value for money. Wi-fi - incredibly difficult to get on. Staff not the most helpful in explaining the wi-fi.
- justin (6/5): Perfect location for my staff with a good rate. - Staff are friendly and helpful Room is dated and needs modernising.
- Visakh V (7/5): -
- Bentivoglio (6/5): -
- Renay (6/5): If you need to be close to the train station.. - It was a half a block away from the train station. That it had its own bathroom. I think it was overpriced for what you got in the actual room. But it's all about the location.
- Rebecca (4/5): - Staff pleasant
Location great
Appeared clean
Tea and coffee No pillows available when asked for another as only had one
Fan didn't work so had to have window open was soooo loud outside couldn't sleep
Bathroom had massive step hard when night and dark
Bed was smaller than a double advertised hard to sleep on we couldn't get comfortable

Room was very clean Needed updating. But it was cheap
- Roberta (8/5): -
- Ester (5/5): The staff are so rude talking to us like guest dont matter .🥹🥹 - It’s close to train station, near shops and many restaurant People are playing so loud music till 01:00 and doing DIY till 01:00
- Martin (10/5): VFM -
- Charles (7/5): Great stay for my needs. - Great location to Kings Cross (3 mins walk) and to local pubs with good beer & food. Was v clean and shower was good. My room was at the top and was pretty warm - would be v hot in summer
- Alan (7/5): OK for the price, but not a comfortable room - Handy for Kings Cross Station Noisy room, facilities very basic
- Mariwan (10/5): -
- Preeti Pratishruti (4/5): - The location. There is an Indian restaurant downstairs which plays loud Hindi Bollywood music late into the night. Till about 2am.
- Paul (7/5): -
- Carina (6/5): - Location was amazing as its directly opposite King's Cross Station. Great that it had a lift. Even though it was a basic room at least it was clean had tea coffee facilities and a small but functional shower wc toilet area. Handy to have extra blanket i found in mini wardrobe As i arrived very late due to flight delays trains finishing service it was abit scary late at night in the immediate area. I could not close the window so there was noise and made room abit cold.
- craig (5/5): It done what was needed - This is right opposite. King’s Cross. And loads of fast food places around it.
Needed a nights stay to catch the train. Was clean and room space was good Very tired , very loud out side. ( didn’t sleep much )
You can hear people in there rooms
Bed was uncomfortable but was warm in room
- Clement (4/5): - Location Room too small. Beds are too tiny. Wardrobe can barely take 5 shirts.
- Peter (8/5): - Good location. There was an annoying hum in the room.
- Dann (8/5): -
- ian (2/5): Worst stay to date! - The hotel is located across from Kings Cross Station, exactly were we wanted to be for an ealrly morning train.
Looks ok from outside, but went down hill once inside. The staff were cold and unwelcomeing.
The evening male receptionist was rude and refused to lend use glasses for the room as " He didn't know us " even though he check us in !
The furniture in the room was dated and shabby.
Only 1 pillow each on the bed.
The bed was a 3/4 bed, not the double as described in the room booking!
Broken tiles in the bathroom, very rusty shower rail and mould on the tiles (picture 1).
Razor socket and light didn't work in the bathroom.
Odd taps, 1 that didn't even work?
Smallest TV I have even seen in a hotel room.
Maintenance are the communal areas was poor.
We were locked out of the hotel when we returned after dinner, so had to wait in the street five minutes, , not acceptable.
- Annette (7/5): - Hotel was clean and room was good. No television working
- Martin (6/5): Ok to stay a weekend and to be close of the best stations of London - The location mostly The size of the bathroom.
- Līga Pipare (3/5): The worst experience in my life. - Some people I met in the elevator... I had no soap in the bathroom, the furniture (1 little table and a little bench) has outlived its time (stains, spots..), no place for my belongings, nowhere to sit, a sloping wall leaned directly above my bed - claustrophobic and not possible to use for sitting... TV screen was smaler than my laptop... Somebody was smoking in the next rooms. I could hear every word, that neighbours are speaking... After one night I booked another hotel and I was happy to leave this place...

- Claire (8/5): Great location on a budget - Good value for money. Ideally located near King's Cross and Underground. Maybe some more toiletries. Fairly compact but functional.

- Dorota (8/5): Polecam, dobry stosunek jakości do ceny.
Polecam, dobry stosunek jakości do ceny :)
Lokalizacja to ogromny plus, blisko do stacji metro kings cross i do sklepów!
- Sandy (6/5): - Location from train station Noise and lack of power plugs
- Dipesh (1/5): - Location was good. We stayed there for 2nights. The old lady at the reception was very arrogant and rude while check in.
Room was not cleaned on next day. Shower area was too small and congested. Drinking water tap was above the wash basin in toilet, which is not hygienic at all. It was not so good experience.
- Chris (6/5): No frills, clean, quiet, comfortable and great location. -
- Manuela (6/5): -
- Burlison (8/5): Excellent value for money and nowhere near as bad as some other reviews suggest. - Excellent location and we had one of the quiet rooms round the side so no problem with noise.
- Andrew (1/5): -
- Angelo Luigi (8/5): -
- Samantha (6/5): Good location - Great location close to Kings Cross, staff all friendly. Very noisy, very basic room.
- Scott (8/5): I booked it due to the price. The facilities were more than adequate and I had no complaints. - I booked it due to the price. The facilities were more than adequate and I had no complaints.
- Ann (9/5): -
- Pashel (8/5): Comfortable, excellent location and good value for money. - The hotel has great location just across the street from King's Cross Station. The room was clean, comfortable and secure. I was impressed that room had its own fridge, and that tea and coffee were provided. Also provided were towels and bars of soap. The internal walkways to the room are narrow with short flights of stairs (up and down) and reduced headroom in places, making it difficult to navigate - especially with a large suitcase. I was disappointed to see no shampoo provided in the room.
- Nigel (5/5): - Good location and very cheap but very basic. The room was very clean but the shower head needs replacing. Staff were friendly and helpful
- Lara (6/5): It’s a step up from a hostel. - Great location close to King’s Cross station Difficulty getting to room, very narrow corridor, heavy doors, no hairdryer. Light in the bathroom on a short timer, showering in the dark.
- Zara (2/5): - The location The customer service, and the gaps in my window because it kept me awake all night from the sirens and other city noises.
- Mark (1/5): Keep the faith - Nothing. Awful Everything
- Lee (10/5): -
- Lavinia (10/5): - Price and location excellent!
Clean room and fresh bedding!
Great value for money!
And there is a lift!
- Delaney (10/5): -
- Benjamin (8/5): Decent budget option - Location, rate, 24 hour reception Bathroom was a little small, but serviceable.

- Leah (3/5): Stay here only if you're totally desperate and no other hotel is available in the area - It was the only hotel available on a bank holiday weekend.. offers tea and coffee and room made cleaned daily. I should have planned better this was the worst decision ever. Location extremely noisy location. We stayed in Room 10. On the first night there were people (I was told it's drug addicts) shouting loudly at the street level until about 3am, sirens going all night and at 6.45am the hotel delivery parked right outside the window unloading until about 8am. I had the worst headache ever. I should have booked a short stay if I had known I had also booked non-refundable. I ended up checking for another hotel as I could not stay there antihero night even if it meant losing money. I moved to Point A hotel which had rooms available on the day after and where I had stayed before. I lost over UDD 400 as I stayed one night out of five but there was no way I could have spent another night there with all the noise. Plus the bathroom had a door that looked like it had been knawed by mice at the bottom or it could well be very poor carpentry.
- Debbie (8/5): - Close to Kings Cross Station
- David (7/5): Did the job - Booking in and out were easy and pleasant. Nothing really. It met my needs.
- Nigel (7/5): -
- Joris (5/5): - Friendly staff

- Stephen (7/5): - You can't get any closer to Kings Cross Station! Shower took ages to get warm
- Jaajo Joojoo (4/5): - Hyvä sijainti, heti rautatieasemaa vastapäätä. Huone oli hyvin pieni. Petivaatteet aika kehnot. Seinät pahvia, möly ulkoa kuului huoneeseen häiritsevästi.
- Edit (10/5): -
- Bruno (2/5): - One lady from reception was rude wen I arrived.
- Fiona (8/5): - Perfect location for St Pancres. Room was perfect for a one night stay. Absolutely spotlessly clean. Basic, but perfect for what I needed. Would definitely recommend.
- Lucía9.9..9 (7/5): -
- Debbie (8/5): - Location
- christopher (2/5): Don’t stay here - The door had a lock Everything
- Dermot (9/5): -
- De Smet (10/5): -
- Amii-Rose (6/5): Average stay. - Closeness to King’s Cross
Bed and pillows comfy
Fairly clean Staff quite rude and abrupt
Room was roasting, the ceiling fan was shaking in the fitting. Had to have windows open the whole stay to get some air in.
Dated decor
Only 1 plug in whole room so take an extension lead as it’s as it’s near the tv the opposite end of the room.
Tv didn’t work.
- Wilfredo (6/5): Basic, good for a night when travelling out of London is not a possibility. - The location. It was a stone throw from King’s Cross Railway station The room was basic, put it that way.
- Artur (10/5): -
- Blair (3/5): Stained sheets strange stains and hairs not been changed - Location and staff were nice The beds hadn't been changed there were hairs and stains white stains on the covers and bogey looking things under the sheets. The window also didnt close properly so the noise from outside all night was reall loud
- Ayoyimika (1/5): - Nothing
