Guest Reviews
- Dorys (8/5): - Fine for a 1day stay
- Chris (6/5): - Hostal entrance invisible from street as it occupies two floors of a multi occupation building, so you have to look on name tags on the door when you have located it. Facilities very basic and room small.
- Maria (10/5): - Excelente servicio. Super amables en todo momento
- Sherwin (6/5): - It’s 10 minutes walk to the Sagrada Familia. The hostal and room was just okay - no frills, nothing extra. Super simple
- Diana (8/5): -
- Josephine (10/5): - Excellent, Convenient & Affordable
- Dorvita (2/5): - Ithere was no elevator, but when I booked it, elevator was part on the details of property. No 24/7 in oerson service. No drop box for the room keys of the guest/s if to leave early, just like on our case. l
We left too early to catxh up with our flight. So we left the keys in the room since nobody was in the office. My daughter and I got few bug bites.
- NANCY (6/5): - We only spent one night there, but unfortunately it turned out to be quite noisy. This was our first night in Barcelona before heading to Sevilla. The staff were excellent and the room was clean, but the noise was a problem. Our room was located inside the building, and it seemed all the water pipes ran through this particular room walls. Each time someone upstairs used water or took a shower, we could clearly hear it rushing through the pipes, and it was very loud. I had trouble sleeping, though my kids weren’t bothered by it.
I would still recommend this Hostal, but suggest requesting a room that isn’t on the inside of the building. Perhaps one facing the street might be better—though there could be traffic noise to consider as well.
- Claudia (8/5): - Location was pretty centrand pretty safe. The staff was very helpful and friendly to talk to.
It's located in a safe location and not far from the bus station and tourist bus stop
- Terric (2/5): - Arrived and realized only elevator broken, climbed up top 6th floor with luggages. Staff Ali very rude, told to pay remaining deposit in cash, and was told to go somewhere else or another hotel instead if the elevator broken & had to walk up stairs. No service, arrogant & has gut to ask more pmt in cash & city tax daily per person for . Just Ridiculous
- Brent (10/5): - Great spot great location
- Linda (8/5): Good Location - The room (a triple) was quite small, hardly enough room to open all our suitcases on the floor. The bathroom was large. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was convenient.
- Ashley B (10/5): - The staff were such a help! Our room had a lovely view and it was clean. It’s not a fancy place but it was perfect for what we needed!
- Theodore (10/5): - Old and quaint, but good value and friendly, helpful staff. The only disadvantage might be not having 24-hour desk, but that did not affect us. It was a good stay for two nights.
- Rodny Yusself (2/5): - Terrible room size, bed size
- Hector (10/5): - Needs update but overall ok to stay in. No coffee machine at common area, lots of coffee shops in the area but it would have been nice. Elevator was a little sketchy but it worked. The staff was really nice, friendly and professional.
- Jose (10/5): - Nice place for the price
- Tomasz (8/5): - We had a room with private bathroom. It was exactly what we expected. Clean bathroom, comfortable bed. Location is perfect. Nearby Sagrada Familia and two Gaudi houses. Subway and busses few minutes away. Very nice staff. Overall good experience.
- Wringle (8/5): - Walkable to the center. Comfortable stay with the free water dispenser which is very convenient.
- Timothy (10/5): Checked all my boxes for a comfortable stay - This was the first hostel I’ve stayed at so I wasn’t really sure what to expect. This place obviously isn’t luxurious but it checked all the boxes I was looking for on my solo trip: comfortable bed, private room, bathroom access, affordable price. To add to this, the location is phenomenal. About a 10 minute walk to Sagrada Familia in one direction or Casa Mila in the other, with lots of public transportation options and restaurants within walking distance.
I would recommend this for anyone looking for an affordable, comfortable, and convenient place to stay
- Karla (8/5): - Good quality price ratio
- Lesley (10/5): - Perfect nice simple clean room. As a single women felt safe in the area and within easy reach of attractions and metro to airport. Reception helpful and courteous. Would stay again when in Barcelona
- Ross (8/5): - The rooms are basic and small, but quiet and tidy. Considering it was billed as a two-star hotel, we were more than happy with our stay
- yunior (10/5): - Mi estancia fue muy agradable las personas que me atendieron especialmente Mireya me asesoro con mucha imformacion que hizo posible que mi estancia y recorrido por la ciudad fuera excelente gracias yunior
- Maria (6/5): - Dirty
- Aditya (6/5): - Property itself was a little run down, but staff is great and very friendly!!
- Manoa (2/5): - Location is convenient as you can walk to Sagrada Familia and other famous spots. But only cold shower was available on the first day…
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice people cheap accommodation - Cheap minimal accommodation. Staff street friendly and helpful
- Maria (10/5): - Absolutely lovely stay at the Hostal Felipe II. The front desk staff were very warm and welcoming and it was such a perfect size room with A/C and TV, with a comfy bed. I will absolutely stay here again when I visit the city next time.
Personnel sympathique.
- Madison (8/5): - We enjoyed our time here! Beds were comfortable (though the bed sheets were a little scratchy) and the AC worked well. The property is split into two floors, each had one bathroom with a toilet and shower. Only issue was that the door to the main floor (3rd) was locked after about 10pm and none of the keys we were given (we stayed on the 4th floor) opened that door. This meant we only had access to one bathroom/shower from 10pm-9am and didn't have access to the water dispenser (which was on the main floor). Became a bit of an issue if you needed to use the bathroom and someone was showering in the morning, or if you wanted to drink fresh water (the tap water in our room didn't taste right). Otherwise we enjoyed it!
- kimberlynb2024 (10/5): Highly recommended - Nothing to complain about this hostel. Was very clean, quiet, very good air conditioning, perfect location and very friendly staff. I'm not realy fan of hostels but I consider to come back to this one definetely. Even the shared bathroom was clean all the time
- Marie-Louise (2/5): - The lift to get up to the room with a bag was very awkward and small. The room was ao tiny the door opened onto the bedside cabinet. The window opened out onto the communal hallway with the lift being very noisy constantly till late at night.
The cleaner was very noisy at 8am outside the rooms.
The bed had just a sheet and a blanket.
The room was very tired.
- Joanna (10/5): Great stay! - Great hostel for the price. Staff very friendly and always ready to help. Cleaning service every day. Perfect stay with everything Barcelona has to offer in walking distance
- ANNA (10/5): - Good location, rooms are clean and as expected. Friendly staff. Might need more directions how to find it - since it occupies only 1 floor in the building.
- Nadezda (4/5): - Very old building where hostal is on 3rd and 4th floors. Small room with very small and outdated moldy bath. Lift is with double doors (wooden and metal) and both should be closed before lift can go. Absolutely not accessible for wheelchair as there are more than 10 stairs before you can use lift. Had to ask face towels for everyone because got just one for 3 of us. One change of beddings for 7 nights stay. Our stay here was more expensive than stay in Madrid but very basic and disappointing.
- Emily (4/5): Not what we expected - We booked this Hostal in the middle of a long list of other Spanish Hostals, but this was by far the worst. The room smelled of mildew really bad. The blanket also smelled and the sheets were so worn that they were pilling up. We were there is February, but had to keep the windows open so we could breathe.
Every other Hostal that we stayed in on our trip was a million times better- including the Hostal Hera we stayed at our second night in Barcelona. Do yourself a favor and avoid this one.
- Mirna (10/5): - The place was great, with friendly and helpfull staff. The building is older, it's pretty comfortable and has all you need. Location is great, especially for the price we paid. The only minuses are slow Internet and not so good pillows. Overall, great stay.
- Esra (10/5): - Everything was good. Friendly staff. Daily house keeping. Great location next to L4 and L5 metro lines. Filtered hot and cold water. Unique old style elevator. Bring ear plugs if sensitive to noise. It is an old building and you may hear the water flowing through pipes at night.
- Neal (10/5): Barcelona week - Great location, friendly and accommodating and comfortable All staff helpful and really enjoyed staying here, I look forward to returning here again Thank you
- Tara (10/5): - Best hostel I have ever stayed in. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our private room with a bathroom had a small balcony with a great view. The location in the city center can’t be beat.
- 829michib (2/5): Chose something else - except for the nice guy at the reception the room absolutely doesnt meet the standards: the mattress is layed out, the room is extremely small, outside of the window it stinks, the drain in the shower doesnt work and you can hear a lot through the corridor. would not recommend coming here again!
- Nick (8/5): Comfortable stay - Comfortable stay. Good shower, comfortable bed. Mini fridge was appreciated. Room on 4th floor but lift available.
- Mario (10/5): Very comfortable, great location - Very comfortable and clean, good amenities, great location near the bus V19 to go to the beach or to Park Güell. The area is close to everything: grocery stores, ramblas and paseos (main avenues) and tourist attractions. Very friendly and helpful staff. I strongly recommend it.
- Cynthia (10/5): - My experience was great, I was there for one night, and everything went smoothly
- David (10/5): - Receptionist was fantastic and very helpful and friendly!
- Michal (10/5): - nice people, good location
- SudhaBhatia (2/5): Not at all worth the money and effort - We had a 4 night stay at Hostal felipe 2. The rooms were really small, they don’t look as big as projected in the photographs. The rooms even though small were clean, the shared bathrooms were also cleaned on regular basis by the Staff. The cleaning lady was very polite and helpful. The reception staff was very helpful and always guided and helped us. One other issue was on one of the day there was a scheduled electric work and the hostal had not informed people or made any provisions, it was difficult 3-4 hours without any power – very small window and no power back up. Would not be recommended
- Craig (6/5): - staff a bit abrupt and tried to make you pay entirely by cash when it's clear they take card. I didn't have cash so it took 10 minutes of fighting with them. Other than that, safe, simple, hostel. Clean room and AC works great.
- Alma (2/5): - The receptionist Paolo was very unfriendly, rude, discriminatory and he yelled at me when I first entered the building. I payed for 2 nights, 3 days but the first impression was so bad I had to leave in less than 5 minutes since he was so rude and I felt so scared I left the keys right at the entrance and left to find another hotel. I would have rather lost the money than spend a single hour in that hotel.
- Firas (6/5): - Location is very good. Clean and well air conditioned.
Needs some renovations.
Shared bathroom with other guests was the worst.
- Jan (8/5): - I stayed at Hostal Felippe 25 days. Only things at did not like ..my sink in my room did not work. Good location ,lot to see , clean place . If You coming from airport ..take the Express Aerobus to Catalinya Placa only 5.95 EUR. and You are in Centre...Later walk from there or hire taxi to just go around. Regular taxi from airport around 38,00 EUR.
- Paola (10/5): - The room was clean
- K1356ERfranciscoh (2/5): Worse night of my life - There was a person harassing all the tenants, screaming all night and not letting anyone rest and the hostel did not flinch in doing anything or in making the return of the money that had been paid. Don't stay here if you want to feel comfortable and safe.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Good located and less expensive. Is near main touristic attractions such us La Dagrada Familia cathedral
- PaulinaP805 (2/5): It was torture - I booked 5 nights and left the hostel after 3 nights due to sleep deprivation. You can hear EVERYTHING – guests coming and going and using bathroom and showering at all hours of the night, guests watching movies on their phones, in their rooms, at all hours of the night. Flashing toilets, keys being turned in key locks, AC machines throbbing outside your window. All this with ear plugs already. This place should be used for noise research…
Also, there is no heating in the building so beware when you arrive during winter time.
Also, there is no kitchen so it’s not possible to prepare meals or even borrow a plate. There is a hot water machine on one of the floors but the floor is locked at night so if you’re unlucky enough to be on the other floor, you can’t even get a hot drink during your sleepless hours.
Totally not worth the money since you will get zero rest.
- S.E. (2/5): - Cockroaches, no window on room that turned out on the spot. The fact that the room reserved is without a window was not stated on the website!!! Loud, no good for resting.
- Crystal (6/5): September - Great location, in between Park Guell & Sagrada church (which I found out by walking around)
Shared bathroom which wasn't a problem, also one on the floor up.
Bathrooms, floors super clean. I could walk barefoot no problem.
Building of apartments, offices & 2 floors of the hostal. My room was by the elevator, stairs and the office which was LOUD. I heard the phones ringing and the staff talking and people in the lobby & outside my window. The rooms are very close tho I had a private room I could hear all conversations. People need to whisper & talk softer!
My ac had a high button which helped to block out the noise but it only stays on for 15 minutes then all night I would have to press the button to turn back on.
Staff was helpful with shuttle & help needed.
- lauren (8/5): great location, small room - Room was very small, two single beds and bathroom with shower.
room was cleaned daily, room had smell of mold..
tv, fan in room. overall amazing location.
average 40 minute walk to many clubs downtown area 1 minute walk to beach area with boardwalk.
- JustlikeDora (8/5): Decent hostel with a great location - This hostel is located within one of the old Spanish apartment buildings. The actual hostel is split between two floors. The private rooms contain a bed, desk, TV, sink, and dresser. The sheets and towels are also changed every day by the maids. There is one bathroom on each floor and also a place to fill up water bottles since you cannot use the sink in Barcelona. Overall it was a good stay. The only issue was the lack of ventilation that made the room kind of stuffy. There was a window in the room but that still didn’t make much of a difference. However the location is great! It is very close to the Sagrada Familia (walking distance) as well as other great places to visit.
- Elene93 (6/5): Average - Location is very good, close to Sagrada Familia and Grazia. The downside was the room without a proper window, on the inner side of the hall. The air in the room was stuffy and the walls were very thin since we clearly heard the music and TV from the other rooms. The place lacks the character, but they make it up with a really good price. Overall average and forgettable experience.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - the room not the same as the images in the net... and they havent anything to warm up the meal or cook
- Colceru (10/5): Super - The hotel îs near metro, nice view.
- LeoDiCecco_BA (6/5): Ok for a short stay - Location: It’s very near Passeig de Gracia and a hundred meters from a Metro station. The location suited me perfect as I spent only an afternoon in BCN.
Building: The building is very old and a little spooky, especially the entrance and the elevator. The room and common areas were fine and clean. My private room was tiny, without a view, but with TV, a little table, closet and basin.
Experience: Check in took 2 minutes. Sleep was fine. Shower great. There are key drop boxes to deposit your key if you check out early. Reception is not available 24 hours.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Highly recommend - Friendly and helpful staff- great location and lounge.
- Elviajero (6/5): - I love Mireya, excellent work. The place very very noisy. You can hear all the voices in the building. Ubicated on 3rd floor, very uncomfortable. I suggest to say the reality before like: Noisy place, third floor, etc.
- Tiffany (4/5): - The place is like a dorm. You will need to share bathroom with others, with even no soap provided. What makes it worse is the room we stayed was next to sitting area and there were people constantly talking, turning on lights the whole night! There is no curtain in our room, so whenever someone turned on highway light, I woke up! We barely slept at all. And also the elevator broke and we had to take stairs up and down for two days! I would not recommend this place to anyone at all, no matter what your budget is...
- Wing Yee Winnie (6/5): Very small room - Location is good but the room is too small.
- Ed (2/5): - My family were traveling in Spain for 18 days! This is the worst place to stay! Came in with dirty room and no bathroom light!!! I paid for it, so we stayed! During check out, the guy staff threatened my wife & gave us bad attitude because we gave them bad reviews! He was probably expecting a 5 star! Are you kidding me???? If we were not only catching the train (almost didn’t make it), I would have punched his face! Terrible service!!!! Do not stay there! Bad place! Dangerous place!!! Worst decision I made! Worst traveling experience!!!
- Monty (10/5): Nice hostel in the center of Barcelona - Having never stayed in a hostel before I didn't know quite what to expect but I enjoyed myself very much here. In an early 1900's building you feel the history of the city. I found the staff very friendly (I got a tourist coupon book for discounts of many attractions in Barcelona when I checked in). You are so close to so much at this location. Being a hostel the rooms are small and you share a bathroom but none of this was a problem and everything was always clean. It was also very quiet at night. They have a cold water cooler, and a frig if you wanted to bring home food. They had a pretty open window area with a table to have breakfast or a break from all the activities you have planned. This place made me very open to going to another hostel in the future. Great place to stay in one of the world's most beautiful and fun cities.
- Kevin (6/5): Small But Comfortable Room, Kind of Noisy - My room with shared bath was very small, but the TV and the air conditioning worked well. There is a fair amount of noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms, but after 10 or 11 p.m. it is fairly quiet. It might be worth it to pay for a private bath and have a bigger and maybe quieter room.
- ladrant (8/5): Perfect Central Location - The hotel was great for the price with our room having a window over-looking the nice streets of Mallorca. It is within walking distance from Sagrada Familia and since we love exploring places on foot, it's perfectly located at the center of most touristic areas in Barcelona.
The staff also were very polite and accommodating and the room was neat (although the bathroom is a bit small and the exhaust fan wasn't working at the time we were there). I didnt mind it though, the location completely offset those little inconveniences.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Decent hostel close to the main attractions of the city.
- Sheila (4/5): The worst hostel ever!! - One of the worst experiences ever. Staff was rude and kept asking me how long I was staying even before I got in the door. Room
Was smaller than my closet at home and hostel
Was far from main part of town and subway so cab fare made up for savings on the hostel.
- TIMOTHY (8/5): - Basic but comfy hotel in good area, plenty of shopping, bars and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. And certainly no complaints about the price.
- javier3po (10/5): Great value for money - Located near Sagrada familia, el born and Passeig de Gracia.
Staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. Reception and housekeeping staff included.
I stayed in a small single room, but it met my expectations. It was similar to the pictures on the hotel's website.
The room and common areas were kept clean, including shared bathroom.
There is a fridge and dining room for guests to use.
I definitely recommend it and I will stay again next time I get a chance.
It is also an old building with some quirky features like the entrance hall and the lift.
- Louis (10/5): - Staff was helpful and went out of their way to accomodate every request. Excellent value for the price and very clean facilities.
- ay_eg_lf (8/5): Great location - Hostel is in the middle of all the tourist attractions, walkable distance or metro station is near. Compare to many hostels it is clean and staff are helpful. Shared bathrooms are very rarely used as many rooms have own bathrooms. So convenient and it is in nice old Spanish apartment.
- Nico (6/5): Good location for budget traveler - I arrived very late at night for my stay that I needed to check in at a different hostel then walked 2-3 blocks to Hostal Felipe II. Check in desk close in the evening so it may be inconvenient for guests arriving late.
I stayed in a single bedroom with a sink. The room was a little small but good for one person. Both bathroom and bedroom were very clean, with nice housekeeping. The location is really close to metro station and buses to any attractions in town. There's also a few restaurants and grocery stores close by.
I overall had a fair experience for my stay with budgeted rates for staying a week in Barcelona. This hostel can be recommended to budget travelers.
- CLAIREDERBY1 (6/5): Excellent location.basic but clean.friendly staff - Location good: near metro for easy access around city and good location for sight seeing.
Hostal clean,basic with friendly staff.
I would stay here again.
Felt safe as a solo female travellor.
Bus and metro easy to access from here.
- carmel (6/5): Budget place close to metro - Arrived and we had booked a double room but got a twin room. Our room faced the road and was very noisy so the next morning asked to be moved to a quiter room which we were able to.
- taffymhd1968 (8/5): Good Value Great Location - Ok so this isn’t a top starred hotel but if location and price beat comfort and extras then this place is ideal. About a five min walk from Metro station Verdegauer and very near Gaudis Sagrada Familia Cathedral. The hotel is accessed from Ave Mallorca through an intercom, up an old wrought iron lift, which was an experience in itself, to the third floor. The staff were friendly and explained WiFi code and offered a free map. My room was a single with shared bathroom. Both were clean the room had a wash basin and air con and a tv. Bathroom had a shower and was clean. Overall a place to rest my head as I was out for the two full days I was in this great city. Left luggage facility was a great help too overall for my needs 8/10. Thanks
- Verified traveler (4/5): - My room was for three people and the room was too little. The shower and Sink were not enclosed. Not toilet in the room, had to go outside to use a public one.
- rasdh (10/5): Exceeded my expectations - Stayed for three nights in here. The first two nights I stayed in a triple bedroom with shared bathroom. It was smaller than I expected. Barely had enough space to move around the moment my friends and I opened our luggage. However, the room was very clean when we came in and to our surprise, there was a TV, ab airconditioner, a sink and even a shower room! What more could we ask for.
On the last night, I shifted to an single room with shared bathroom as my two friends had already check out. Again, it exceeded my expectation. Clean and cosy with a sink, TV and airconditioner. Loved it!
The shared bathroom was always clean and they even provided towels and room service. Plus, they had water dispenser (hot & cold) in the living room. Also, the staff were very friendly and catered to our needs really well :)
- Verified traveler (4/5): Worst room ever! - We stayed here for 2 nights in early July. We first had trouble finding the reception as it was on the 3rd floor and accessed by a quaint old elevator. The check in staff member was very helpful and provided lots of tips and advice, he also showed us the watercooler available to guests however this was where the positive comments stop. Upon opening the door to our room on the 4th floor I was surprised when the door hit the end of the bed before it was fully open. Our room was nothing like the pictures we'd seen when booking and without any windows to let in natural light, it was quite claustrophobic. It also smelt strongly of cleaning chemicals. There was one small 'window' which opened into a corridor which again had no natural light. Being July it was quite hot and stuffy. The air conditioning unit in the room worked but oh my did it rattle during the night - being a light sleeper I had very little sleep both nights. There is 1 toilet and shower on each floor, but we weren't sure how many people this serviced. Upon arriving back about 10pm the second night we found the main door locked to the 3rd floor and toilet. This was a problem as the fourth floor bathroom was in use for some time. Overall, this was the worst accommodation we've ever had and would never have booked if we knew the room we were getting.
- Ashanti (8/5): Comfy and clean - The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location if you are visiting Segrada Familia
- hiedi (8/5): Great location hostel - Easy to take metro or bus from hostel. Booked the three person room and got a great balcony view. Great location. Great staff.
- Verified traveler (10/5): One night stay - Stayed for one night, the room was cleaned, with air conditioner, with a TV, and a sink, closet, very nice room, the best room ever had. The service excellent, five stars, very helpful the lady and the guy there, needed a laundry and they provided me with the information, marked in a map and gave it to me, the lady also very helpful and kind, The only minus was payment option was only cash; however, they provided me information for money exchange, as I asked them, the lady marked in a map the locations and gave it to me. Location was excellent, one block from metro Station.
- Navigate803650 (2/5): DO NOT BOOK - TERRIBLE , TORTURE
Here now in an expensive room with no toilet 😨 met by the most ignorant receptionist who was no help at all but very very rude ( polish woman ) AVOID AT ALL COST , the noise throughout the night with people using the bathroom and electric showers STAY AWAY .
- Companion241899 (10/5): Great place in perfect location - The hostel itself can be easily missed. Once you enter the old doors, the first thing that will get your attention is the elevator. If you decide to ride it, and you are brave enough, you will feel like as you are in a time machine. The rooms and the staff in the hostel are great, we were in a single room with private bathroom and really cute balcony. The place where the hostel is situated is really close to metro and bus stations, and just 15-20minutes walking distance to Arco de Triunfo de Barcelona and not more than 30min walking distance to the port and the major sightseeings. In general, if you prefer quiet places, in nice neighborhood with shops, cafeterias and bakeries, but still close to the busy city center, this is the place for you. :)
- 611gerryf (10/5): Good value - Clean, comfortable, serious staff. Rooms by the lift a little noisy but bearable. Best value for a private room, albeit very small, with a shared bathroom. Bathroom always clean. Good WiFi speed in room.
- Mary (10/5): Perfect Stay - We love Hostal Felipe and stay there's whenever we're in Barcelona. This time we stayed for a week. The 3 person room is the best deal you could ever find - one queen and one single bed (not a cot), large flat screen television, a balcony overlooking a beautiful urban landscape, brand new private bathroom with shower - and all perfectly clean and comfortable.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Modest accommodation, central location - Simply furnished room with small bathroom. The larger rooms that face the main street are larger and have city views but the traffic noise is noticeable.
- stephanie (8/5): Simple and comfortable - I had never stayed at a hostal before and wasn't sure what to expect, but I found our room to be nice and clean and fresh for our 4 night stay. Air con, tv, shower all working and great condition bed sheets were clean and crisp was perfect for a short visit!
- It was okay (4/5): It was okay - I didn't like that it was hard a little harder to find and something I had a problem with was that if you arrive before 10am you're going to be stuck outside waiting until someone comes out of the building.
- Nicole (8/5): Good place for a good price - air conditioning didnt work the first couple of days.
- Lucy (8/5): Great basic hotel for low maintenance travelers - Basic clean hotel in a convenient location. It's nothing fancy but provides an active traveler all that they need. Hotel staff was helpful, room was clean, in a safe area. I'm not the type who needs all the fancy amenities...just need a comfy place to rest at night. If you're a low maintenance traveler who wants to maximize your time (and money) exploring minus the fluff, this place is perfect.
- Jose Carlos (8/5): Good Location - Good location near Passeig de Gràcia, La Pedrera and Sagrada Familia!
- Chi Wai (8/5): vacation with my wife - this hostel is good as i have a private room with bathroom. i can use the public refrigerator. It also provides hot & cold water. The public space is good for its outlook and view. It taks about 5-10 minutes walk to metro Verdaguer.
