• Kevin (7/5): - Friendly staff, spacious room and convenient location Cleaning was poor, toiletries were not replenished. Cleaners used the same bed sheets and didn't change for over a week. Sink and toilet was dirty, floor sticky. Bins were only emptied and same bedsheets made up. Loud people in r112.

Os funcionários foram cordiais e atenciosos ao que precisávamos. A cama era confortável, toalhas limpas e banheiro espaçoso. O banheiro, apesar de espaçoso, deixava passar água da banheira para o resto do banheiro, ao usar a ducha. Além disso, não havia ventilação no banheiro, de modo a ficar muito embaçado sempre após o banho. A regulagem de temperatura da água no chuveiro era difícil.

• Jacob (8/5): Lovely central hotel for a perfect city trip - Nice and easy, no nonsense, good location and friendly staff. Room we had was spacious enough to be comfortable with a street facing balcony. Bathroom was a little small but it all worked and was nice a clean. Bed was good too!

• Isabel (8/5): L'odeur, le bruit et l'eau bof mais l'emplacement était super et le lit confortable. - L'emplacement est parfait, c' est proche de tout. Facile pour prendre des transports, marcher, visiter et pleins de resto à proximité. L'odeur de cigarette dans l'entrée, donc pour se rendre à la chambre et sur la galerie on sent l' odeur de cigarette. Le bruit est aussi assez présent, on entend les gens dans les chambres autour et dans le corridor. J'ai dormi avec des bouchons, ça fait l'affaire. La douche: il y a une demi vitre mais l'eau s'écoule sur le plancher, on a dû utiliser des serviettes pour faire un petit muret et se coller au mur pour éviter de mouiller partout.

• ES (7/5): - I recently stayed at Hotel Aneto in Barcelona and, while its central location is certainly a strong advantage, the overall experience did not fully justify the price.  One of the main drawbacks was the lack of proper sound insulation. Noise from neighboring rooms was clearly audible, making it difficult to rest comfortably. Cleanliness was also inconsistent — we found two pillows left on the floor and the trash was not emptied on a daily basis. Breakfast was served at a café next door and it was quite limited: one coffee, one juice, half a baguette, and a butter croissant. For the price paid, this felt rather underwhelming. The staff were polite and helpful, which I appreciated. Overall, the experience was acceptable, but there is clear room for improvement in several areas.

• Kathleen (5/5): Good location and good breakfast but hotel could do with improvement! - Breakfast next door was really good and I enjoyed eating there ! It was enough for me, pastry, coffee, juice and ham and cheese in bread. The location of the hotel was excellent. Very close to La Rambla. The room was extremely small. I had to climb over the toilet to get into the shower. The view was terrible. The window opened to nothing just some plumbing and pipes so no light coming in. There was only 1 pillow.

• Sharon (6/5): Basic - This photo does not represent the room we were expecting. It was clean The location was fantastic. The room was very simple, basic and dark (black walls) with no decoration. Only a single mirror (in the bathroom) which made getting ready in the morning difficult for 2 people. The shower is inefficient and floods the bathroom and subsequently the bedroom (under the door) if used on full power. The tea, coffee and milk were not replaced.

Also the water sprays all over the toilet and runs down to the bedroom -be careful to get out of the bath to avoid slipperying Bed is fine and the bedding also was clean. They did not top up the coffee and milk pods not the bath towels. The room size can feel a little bit claustrophobic.

• Andrii (1/5): Disaster hotel in my life - It’s the worst hotel in my life. The hotel is located in an old building where you shouldn’t expect a soundproofing. We couldn’t sleep because we heard everything what was happening outside + in the hotel itself. The room was clean still there was some problem with bed - I was bitten by some insects. Breakfast was hilarious - orange juice, coffee, 1/2 sandwich and butter croissant in the cafe nearby. They call it “continental breakfast” but I would call it a poor breakfast for 8 euros….. I don’t recommend it at all. Be aware, there is also construction work. Internet is bad as well. Bed linen was dirty!!!!!

• Ana (5/5): - Die zentrale Lage Das Frühstück befindet sich in der Bäckerei neben an, dafür muss man aus dem Hotel gehen, die Mitarbeiter dort sind auch nicht freundlich. Die Wände im Hotel sind extrem dünn, man hört alles durch vom Föhn bis zu einfachen Gesprächen in normaler Lautstärke.

• Aybike (5/5): disappointment - All the staff at the reception were friendly, very attentive and helpful. I would say that was my favorite part of the hotel. Also, it was in a central location in general. I can only say that the location is safe during the day; I didn't have the same experience at night. I booked the hotel for just one night, so I wasn't expecting anything special, but I definitely think it wasn't worth the price I paid. I already knew the room was small, but it was very stuffy, and when I entered, it wasn't clean either; there was black dust everywhere. Additionally, the toilet and bathroom weren't clean; they looked used. Despite the central location, it was very unsafe at night. There were all sorts of people on the street, and several times I was verbally harassed as I passed by.
• Fran (6/5): Si mejoraran el servicio de aseo podrían ser un excelente hotel - Buena ubicación, buen tamaño de la habitación y camas cómodas. El desayuno aunque no era buffet, estaba muy bueno, era muy completo. Personal de recepción muy amable. Limpieza de la habitacion muy precaria, habitacion con terraza pero no fue posible usarla ya que estaba con mucho polvo, como también las persianas. Cuando hicieron el aseo de la habitación dejaron las camas sin estirar adecuadamente y desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos, sin aspirar o barrer, ya que habia una tapa de plastico en el suelo del baño que nunca retiraron. Ademas uno de los dias volvimos y no estaba hecho el aseo de la habitación (y eso que dejamos bastante limpio y ordenado) a pesar de que nos vieron al salir ya que estaban haciendo una habitación cercana, pero ni siquiera repusieron papel higienico. Tambien nos toco estar mientras trabajaban en la habitación de al lado, retiraban una bañera y azulejos, por lo que el ruido y la vibración era muy alto, quizas deberian haberlo advertido ya que no hubo aviso alguno.

• Alexandra (2/5): Decent overall but beware of items getting stolen by the cleaning crew. - The room was clean and pretty comfortable in general I stayed at this hotel in April 2026 and had a disappointing experience after two nearly new makeup products went missing from my room. I reported it immediately, and although the hotel said the incident couldn’t be verified, they offered only €50 compensation despite the items being worth 100€. While I appreciate the partial response, I don’t think it’s reasonable for a guest to cover part of the loss for items that disappeared from a hotel room. As the issue remains only partially resolved, this has negatively affected my overall impression, and I would advise future guests to take extra care with their belongings.

• Aleksandar (8/5): Bad - Location This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel reservation — truly the worst. Upon arrival, there was no one at the reception. I waited for 20 minutes and tried calling the phone number listed on Booking, but no one answered. After some time, a staff member finally appeared and opened the door for me, allowing me to access my room. The room itself is small, just as shown in the photos, which is acceptable. However, the sound insulation is absolutely terrible. I could hear everything — every time someone in the neighboring room used the toilet, flushed the water, played music, or spoke. Nothing is insulated. In the morning, starting from 8 AM, housekeeping staff were extremely loud in the hallway while cleaning other rooms. It was impossible to sleep — you are forced to wake up at 8 whether you want to or not. Between the noise in the hallway, doors constantly slamming, and sounds from neighboring rooms (water running, showers, conversations), the situation is unbearable. Additionally, during my three-day stay, no one changed the towels in the bathroom. No one. The bed was made, but that was all. Using the same towels for three days is unacceptable. In short, the only positive aspect of this hotel is that it is located in Barcelona. Everything else is extremely disappointing.

• Tessa (4/5): Centraal gelegen , vreselijk gehorig en een vreselijk lawaaierig straatje - Alles was mooi op loopafstand en lekker centraal Het straatje waar het hotel stond was heel smal en heel erg lawaaierig, veel kabaal van buitenaf, mede door de winkeltjes die tot laat open waren. Het hotel leek muren van karton te hebben , als de buren de douche of föhn gebruikten was het net of dat in je eigen kamer was, ook een snurkende buurman was zeer luid en duidelijk te horen helaas . De bedden lagen wel lekker maar erg kort De badkamer was zeer gedateerd met bv een douchekop die stuk was. Het balkon mag die naam eigenlijk niet hebben want je kon er amper één stoeltje opzetten. Kortom, centraal gelegen maar verder niet wat we ervan verwacht hadden
