Rebecca (9/5): Great location. Nice balcony but it would be a waste for a large person. Thankfully, I'm small. - Balcony was great, Room was stylish. But location was best of all. Getting on the balcony was extremely difficult, only one door opened so one person had to squeeze between table and door to get onto seat. Room was smaller when compared to other, less expensive hotels in the area.

Ivy (3/5): Wished I would have spent that amount of money in another hotel. They charged more for what they are worth. - Location... Hmmm... where do I begin? My family and I travel quite a bit and never experienced things that fell apart in 3 days while at a hotel. First, the AC was not working. It required assistance to figure out how to work the thermostat, had to call front desk but even the maintenance guy couldn't make it work. The shower head handle does not stay in place. So, when you turn the water on, it slides down. When we tried to rotate the handle hoping to tighten, the whole shower unit fell into 4 pieces! The next day, when I closed the bathroom, heard a thud outside the door. It was a metal panel on the ceiling that fell out and blocked the door! Good thing my husband and son was around to clear it or I would've been trapped inside the bathroom! Not wishing this kind of incidence on anyone.

Ekaterina (10/5): Comfortable stay in Paris - Quiet and cozy hotel just a short walk from Luxembourg Garden, Notre-Dame de Paris, and the Panthéon. The room was tiny but very neat and comfortable, with just enough space for two people and a couple of suitcases. I booked a room with a balcony but didn’t expect it to offer a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower—it was a very nice surprise! The hotel staff was very polite and helpful, and the in-room breakfast exceeded our expectations: good-quality fresh pastries, baguette, jam, yogurt, fresh fruit, and coffee, all for a reasonable price. There is a small elevator, and during busy times there may be a wait. Other than that, everything else was perfect!

Excelente desayuno y por la tarde podias degustar un te con galletas en el lobby Pagué dos habitaciones porque viajamos 3 personas y no tenian un cuarto para esta cantidad de gente, el cuarto de mis hijos era adecuado, pero el mio era pequeño y no tan lindo. Los chicos que atendian el front desk no eran amables. Es complicado subir y bajar el elevador, especialmente cuando traes maletas

Edward (2/5): Very creative use of wide angle camera and very misleading room photo. Really leaves a sour taste - Location The room we booked looked nothing like the one advertised. The photo on line showed a table and chairs between the bed and the balcony. In reality you could just about squeeze alongside the bed. The bathroom contained a 'half' bath come shower and you had to be a contortionist to get in and out. On complaining, I was told they would see if they could change my room the next day. Not surprisingly, I didn't hear a word from them.

Katarzyna (8/5): - Breakfast was very good, with fresh and regional products. The hotel is situated just in the middle of the Latin Quarter, close to a metro station. It was a bit noisy outside, and the windows had to be closed at night, which made it too hot in the room.

De tafelschikking was minder goed, tafeltjes te dicht op elkaar, bijna geen passage mogelijk zonder tafel te verschuiven of je te stoten aan de tafelhoeken.

OdettN2 (10/5): Excellent experience - I regularly visit Paris both for family and business trip - almost every second-third month I am there; just an overview of 2025 - Febr, April, June, Sept, Dec, 2026 Jan, April and foreseen May - all my reservations done at Trianon Hotel!!!! Excellent location right in the city center (nice walks + RER nearby), nice and clean rooms (if yo are lucky enough your room has a view to Eiffel, Notre Dame or Sacre Coeur) and an excellent, unforgettable, rich breakfast. As for hotel staff - professional, helpful, always smiling staff in the breakfast room;hotel includes the possibility of storing your luggage in case of early arrival or late departure. Ohh, I almost forgot: cold water in the fridge, 2 type of soft drink and some snacks are also waiting you in the room, obviously tea + bathrobe and slippers. All in all 10 out of 10! See you in May!!!
Fäh (7/5): Das Hotel ist ganz okay aber kein Highlight. - Die Lage war tiptop. Das Frühstückspersonal war sehr freundlich. Die Croissants waren lecker. Die Zummer sehr sauber. Es ist alles sehr alt. Der Feueralarm ging am frühen morgen los. Das Frühstück war mittelmäßig.

flogo2013 (10/5): Hotel Trianon Rive Guache a good option - We enjoyed our stay there. Located in the latin quarter within walking distance to the Louvre. Rooms were comfortable. Complimentary water, soft drinks, biscuits, and caramelized peanuts in room. Somewhat a quiet location with restaurants, shopping, etc. just around the corner. Elevator is small (fits 2 people w luggage). Just to note in case you're traveling with a family of 4 or more. Breakfast is good with freshly squeezed orange juice, great coffee options, scrambled eggs, bacon & sausage, cold cuts, yogurt, fruit, cereal, croissants, and crepes, etc.

The rooms are old outdated - the bathroom was terrible, the shower was pathetic, blocked drains etc. The service was shocking. The room was missing a remote for TV, they hadn't turned the room over properly after making us wait till 3pm for check-in even though we landed 8 hours before - exhausted - they didn't care. 8 people at reception, all with an attitude. Every day, something was missing in the room, coffee refills - face cloths - and so it went. For the price, it was a disgrace!!! Didn't communicate well - the guy couldn't even explain what taxi he had booked - it seems as though their English is poor!

We stayed here with our 18 month old in a Deluxe Room and the hotel provided a great cot with comfy mattress, pillow and duvet. There was plenty of room for him to run around and a highchair at breakfast. The hotel is right next to Jardin de Luxembourg which was great for kids - playground, carousel, boating pond and loads of green space to run around

Foster (8/5): Very pleasant on the whole. - Staff was unfailingly courteous and friendly. The room was generally comfortable, even if the view was only of the inner courtyard -- someone has to face it and I suppose it reflected the price. Very neatly cleaned every day by cleaning staff. Fan stopped working in the bathroom on the second night of our stay. Bed was good and firm, but the duvets were not very comfortable.

stephenbO943VQ (8/5): Great location - Nice little hotel, convenient to use metro or taxis to all attractions, can walk to some including notre dame, the Louvre. Staff very friendly and helpful, rooms clean and tidy. Bathrooms are on the small size, avoid a room with just a shower cubicle as I am 16 stone and barely managed to use comfortably.

KENNY (7/5): It was quiet and comfortable - The room was quiet and clean Confusing check in instructions from the staff . There are 2 lifts to 2 separate 6th floors . The pictures make the hotel look slog more luxurious than it is .
Michelle (8/5): 2 nights away with teenager and connecting rooms - Reception were really friendly at check in, which was a lovely welcome. The connecting room was exactly what we needed. Breakfast had a good selection and was offered over a long period, meaning we could avoid an early start. Good location with easy walk to Notre Dame and 5 mins away from Pantheon and B line metro to Gare du Nord. Breakfast dining area was quite cramped. Lift was small, for 3 people at a time, which would involve a long wait for those on 7th or 8th floor.
michellefH6627LP (6/5): Be prepared for a room deposit of 150 Euro - We booked a twin room for 3 nights at this hotel, we chose not to have breakfast added. The hotel it’s self and the room was lovely and clean no faults at all. Very noisy from people upstairs, but it’s an old building so to be expected and not something the hotel can control really. Location was good for us. Mini bar consisted of a can of coke and a can of orange juice and some hotel snacks, nice touch but only given on the first night nothing after this. However upon arrival we was asked to pay the room tax, which we expected but was told that we had to pay an additional 150 Euros as a deposit for the room, there was no mention of this on our booking so was quite surprised and was not something we had planned for. We also was not given any confirmation of what the payment was although I do have the card receipt showing that the money was taken and not ‘on hold’ as I was advised and we have not as yet received this back, when I asked about it in more depth I was told it could take upto two weeks before it was refunded and again we have no confirmation of any of this in writing.
Darren (9/5): Great front desk staff! - Perfect location. Easy access to restaurants, major attractions and metro line. Couldn't adjust room temperature.

Dietmar (9/5): Tolles Hotel für entspanntes Sightseeing - Wir hatten eine schönes Zimmer im 7. Stock mit seitlichem Blick auf den Eiffelturm und auf die Turmspitzen von Notre Dame. Das Bad war zwar klein aber neuwertig und modern. Highlight ist das tolle Frühstück.
