• charbelassaff (10/5): This hotel is worth coming back to! - I spent 48 hours in Paris to attend a concert by Katy Perry, and stayed once again at Hôtel Londres et New York. This wasn’t my first time booking this hotel—and I came back because I genuinely love it. The location is perfect. The metro is right in front of the hotel, and it’s situated on a beautiful street near Gare Saint-Lazare, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and a large shopping area. It’s also very close to Galeries Lafayette, and you can easily walk to major landmarks like the Louvre Museum and the Arc de Triomphe within a reasonable amount of time. The staff are warm and welcoming, and the hotel is always very clean. The overall atmosphere is charming, and this time we were lucky to have a very spacious room, which made the stay even more enjoyable. It definitely confirmed my decision to keep coming back. One thing I really appreciated: I had ordered a suitcase from Amazon and asked if it could be delivered to the hotel before my arrival. They kindly accepted, kept it for about a week, and handed it to me when I checked in—at no extra cost. That was incredibly helpful. The room prices are also very acceptable considering the high prices of Paris hotels. And I can't seem to find a hotel this well located, clean and comfortable for these prices. Also, you can make a loyalty card with them and get some points that can later be used as credits for your next stay, so that's a bonus! I truly recommend this hotel. The only downside is the elevator—it could really use some maintenance. It’s slow, a bit shaky, and the voice announcing the floors is barely audible. I forgot to mention, the room's view is great!

So rude and un polite. We were welcomed with the biggest disgust on her face. She was clearly disappointed she probably had to clean after us as well. She was not filling in the buffet, she was just hidden in a back room playing on her phone. Atrocious human. We ended up not eating and left ASAP

• Joris (8/5): Satisfait - J’ai logé à l’hôtel en famille (avec mes deux filles âgées de 1 et 4 ans, ma femme et ma belle-mère). J’avais réservé deux chambres. Le dernier jour, j’ai voulu profiter de ma dernière matinée à Paris en allant manger à la boulangerie du coin et en faisant quelques emplettes. Le check-out étant à 11h, je suis retourné à l’hôtel vers 10h40-10h45 pour récupérer les valises. Jusque-là, pas de problème. J’ouvre les portes à l’aide de mes deux cartes. Je commence à sortir les valises d’une chambre, puis de l’autre. Ayant quatre valises dans la chambre, je n’ai pas pu toutes les sortir d’un coup. Au moment de sortir les premières valises, la porte s’est refermée et ma fille de 4 ans est restée bloquée à l’intérieur. Il était 10h50. J’ai essayé de rouvrir la porte à l’aide de toutes les cartes qui m’avaient été fournies, mais aucune ne fonctionnait. Ma fille me demandait de lui ouvrir la porte, elle commençait à paniquer. Heureusement, elle a maintenant 4 ans et j’ai réussi à la raisonner pour qu’elle m’ouvre elle-même. Mais si elle avait eu un an de moins, elle aurait sans doute pris peur et je n’aurais pas pu la raisonner. Je parle bien entendu au conditionnel, d’une chose qui aurait pu arriver. Mais dans le cas où un enfant de 3 ans se retrouve bloqué tout seul dans une chambre, sans ses parents, avec la conscience de la situation et la peur que cela engendre… un accident peut très vite arriver. De mon côté, j’étais au 5e étage, donc le temps de descendre à l’accueil pour faire réactiver ma carte et remonter, cela prend au moins 4 à 5 minutes. Je dois avouer que j’ai trouvé ce problème assez inquiétant.

La camera non era pulitissima e i mobili e le mure vecchie e poco curate, portatevi delle ciabatte per la doccia perché non sembrava pulitissimo, l’edificio era anche abbastanza vecchio e trascurato.

Bár nem vettük igénybe, a vasútállomás szintén pár lépéssel elérhető a hotelből. Bár a felvonó mérete eléggé kicsi, a megbízható működés fontosabb. Ez rendben volt. A szoba mérete lehetővé tette az otthonos elhelyezkedést. Egy hetet töltöttünk a hotelben. Bátran ajánljuk a kényelmet kedvelőknek, főként az egész napos csatangolás után egy forró kádfürdő pihentető érzésével. Biztosan vendégek leszünk a jövőben is. Tibor, egy elégedett vendég Nem volt ilyen.

Özellikle alışveriş için parise seyahat edenler için tercih sebebi olabilir. Eski bir otel olmasına rağmen temizlik iyi durumda. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü. The clerk at the front desk at night was very friendly and helpful. The elevator was small with luggage, could only fit 2 people. Beds were very comfortable. Towels were great. Room was clean. Be careful of raised lip on entry to bathroom. We stubbed our toes on it a couple times. No shampoo. Nice hotel. Would recommend. Air conditioning. Decent location

• Izumi (8/5): - スーペリアツインに宿泊しました。 お部屋は広く2人分のキャリーケースも余裕で置けます。 冷蔵庫、湯沸かしポット、ドライヤーはあります。バスタブもあります、 フランスあるあるかもしれませんが、古い建物なのでお部屋が傾いているので歩きながらふらふらすることもあります。 フランスは４日以内の滞在にはシーツ交換はありませんが、使ったタオルの上に新しいタオルに交換してくださいと書いて置いていたのが功を奏したのかはわかりませんかが、タオルは毎日変えてくれていました。目の前がサンラザール駅なのでモネの家に行くのには便利です。 オペラ座やギラリーラファイエット、プランタンにも歩いていける距離です。 ドゴール空港から出ている空港バスもオペラ座の前に泊まるので空港へ行くのにも便利です。
