• ANTONI (8/5): REPETIBLE - Excelente ubicación. Personal amable y profesional. Limpieza extrema. Reposición diaria de agua y cápsulas de café. Cama y sábanas impecables. Por la ausencia de nevera nos permitieron utilizar el frigorífico del bar. Excelente baño y toallas. Siendo un magnífico hotel, sentimos la sensación de que la habitación era de dimensiones estrechas y con falta de luz. Por ejemplo, no había espacio para una pequeña nevera; pero nos ofrecieron el uso del frigorífico del bar. Por las esquinas de la cama se había de pasar un poco de perfil. A parte de esto, estuvimos muy bien. A todo el personal, gracias por su profesionalidad y amabilidad.

• RK223rk (8/5): New nicely located hotel - I stayed here for a business trip for many nights and overall satisfied about its location, friendliness and cleanness. I stayed in a suite and it was very spacious. Some things that are disappointing were a tiny shower, compared to the size of the bathroom and no fridge in the room. And there was one incident regarding the dust on the bedsheet, but I'm guessing it was just a one time mistake considering the other days which were just fine. It's a nice hotel quiet and nicely located. It's quite new that is comfortable and friendlybut don't expect a super professional staffs like neighboring five star hotels.

• Chris (9/5): Nice comfortable stay close to Champs Elysees - Nuage was located in a very convenient location close to the Champs Elysees. It felt was cozy and comfortable to moment you walked into the hotel. The lobby area had a couches and a small bar. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We got the top floor room with the balcony which was nice feature to our trip in Paris. We received some complimentary macarons which made us feel welcome. For the price of stay, the room was small.

• helloedmundo (10/5): A great hotel - I stayed here for a work trip. It was a perfect hotel for me. Close to the Champs Elysee but tucked away on a small, quiet street. Surrounded by great restaurants and near to the Grand Palais if you want to skip a meeting to see an art show. The hotel was an oasis of calm and hospitality. The room was super clean and comfy. The lobby is small but nice if you want to escape your room and do a little work amongst others. The staff was friendly and helpful with local knowledge. I will definitely be coming back.

Reception stuff for excellent in fact all the staff are friendly and helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble. With the exception of one fellow, Yan, every single person was just wonderful. The food was also fantastic - the buffet breakfast was healthy and plentiful and eggs cooked to order. Most importantly the coffee is outstanding. Bathrooms were well designed separate toilet bathroom, the linen and beds were comfortable. Really your faultless stay. We’ll be back. Nothing

The location was great, a 7 minute walk to 2 different metro stations (the main #1 yellow line) which allowed us to easily access many of the places we wanted to visit. There are multiple cafes just up the street and many more options a short walk away. Staff was very friendly and accommodating!

• Steven (10/5): - Beautiful boutique style hotel with amazing bistro style restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Very close to the Champs Elysee and Arc de Triomphe and if you like walking The Louvre and Eiffel Tower about 30 minutes letting you take in beautiful Parisian culture. Bed was the perfect level of comfort and we were greeted with a personal note and macaroons.
• michael (8/5): - Very clean. Room good size. Air Conditioner did not cool room as good as expected. Bathroom sink leaves no room to put stuff and it resembles a farmhouse sink. Staff was excellent though one desk person did not know directions to Roosevelt Metro.

• Dannielle (9/5): - I’ve stayed at this hotel before and really like the location, but this visit had a few hiccups. Ahead of arrival, I emailed to request double beds for both rooms, and while they responded, the tone felt a little off. Upon check-in, there was confusion with the room allocations — I was supposed to have a deluxe room, and my mother a superior room (different categories), but the receptionist insisted the sizes were “basically the same” and then gave my mother my room, complete with a welcome note in my name, and twin beds. I had to swap keys, and when I pointed out the mix-up, they moved me to a different floor to get the double bed I’d requested. Interestingly, the “deluxe” room on the fourth floor was noticeably smaller than the deluxe on the third floor, which I’d stayed in before. Both my mother and I also noticed an occasional unpleasant smell coming from the vents That said, the hotel is still very nice overall, and the location is excellent. Just be aware of potential room allocation issues and floor size differences if you book a deluxe category.
