Would only stay here if returning - The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and attentive. The impression was that nothing was too much to ask and they were so knowledgeable and passionate about the area/ city! We felt instantly welcomed, safe and comfortable. It was a little expensive given the size of the room? Having said that, being there in April over Easter was probably responsible for that.

The location is perfect, and the service was great throughout our stay. The only thing we missed was a fridge in the room – otherwise, everything was perfect!

• A113KPpatricks (10/5): Excellent Choice for Paris - As regular visitors to Paris from Ireland, my wife and I were delighted with this hotel choice. Upon arrival we were thrilled to have received a complimentary upgrade to a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower! This made our stay truly special as we were celebrating 10 years since we got married in Paris (and we actually had our Wedding meal in a restaurant on the Eiffel Tower). Our room was quiet and clean with two balconies. It had everything that we needed and was very comfortable. The hotel is close to the metro and there are some very nice restaurants and cafes within close proximity. The team at the hotel are extremely friendly and may I make a special mention for the Irish American lady from Boston who was on duty at the front office and made us feel so welcome. It was great to meet a fellow Irish person in Paris! Thank you very much to all!

It really is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. The rooms are outstanding — beautifully appointed, comfortable, and finished to a very high standard. I stayed on business this time, but I will absolutely be returning for both business and a leisure trip with my family. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Clean rooms. Secure front door, guests need to have a key card to enter the hotel. Lovely for a weekend break, however the rooms and elevator up to the rooms are small so might not be suitable for guests staying longer than 2/3 nights Nothing, lovely cosy hotel!

• Jackson (10/5): - We loved The Beige Hotel and couldn’t recommend it anymore from the service to the location and the extremely comfortable beds - it truly felt like sleeping on clouds. We stayed in one of your more basic rooms on the first night which had a nice cosy feel and on the second night a room with a balcony and great view of the Eiffel Tower which made our stay extra special. We would like to make a special mention to the male working at reception who was always happy to help and very kind! We will certainly be back, when returning to Paris! Nothing bad to say

• 760saharam (4/5): Enjoyable Visit, But Watch Out for Your Valuables!! - I stayed at hotel with my family and had a wonderful experience… until the day of checkout. Unfortunately, I left my bag on the bed after a quick trip to the bathroom before leaving for the airport. I remember this clearly as I was in the taxi on my way to the airport. As someone familiar with the hotel industry, I was initially not concern at all and thought I could easily arrange for my bag to be shipped back home. After landing, I called the hotel, and the night staff confirmed they had my bag and said the morning team would reach out regarding shipping options and costs. However, the next day, I received no response. When I called back, I was told they did not have my bag and that I must have misunderstood the night staff. I explained that they had described my bag in detail, but they said they would follow up. After a week of waiting, I emailed for an update and received no reply. Two weeks later, I finally heard back, with a promise of compensation for the inconvenience. However, they later claimed they couldn’t compensate me because it was not their fault and I couldn’t prove I had the bag with me. I was shocked. This was the first time I’ve experienced such poor service in a hotel. As someone from the same industry, I would never allow my staff to treat a guest this way. The lovely memories I had with my family have been overshadowed by this experience. If you choose to book this hotel, be sure not to forget your belongings, as it seems unlikely they will be returned!!

Can’t fault hotel in anyway, breakfast was lovely. Rooms and all of the hotel was very clean - we had view of Eiffel Tower from our balcony which was a lovely surprise when we arrived.

One of the highlights was the breakfast served in bed, which was absolutely delicious and added a luxurious touch to our stay. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and a perfect way to start the day. Overall, Hotel Beige offers great service, comfort, and quality, and I would definitely stay here again. 10/10 — highly recommended! ⭐️

• Azrina (10/5): Beautiful hotel, beautiful location. - I loved the cleanliness of the hotel, the location was also incredible. The room didn’t have any space for you to open your suitcase fully anywhere at all, especially if you are travelling with someone.

The hotel staff & room service team are lovely, they are instant when you need something. They give you small treats from chocolates to nuts everyday. Only issue I had was the shower, it would leak the water out everytime you used it, so entire bathroom floor was soaked

• Caroline (5/5): Wished we stayed elsewhere for our special trip. - Nice staff and comfortable beds. Hotel Beige did not live up to the expectations set by social media. The room was very small (understandable for Paris), but finding a stinkbug on our first night was unpleasant. I also do not recommend booking the hotel’s “private transfer.” They arranged a taxi that was late, did not assist with our bags, and overcharged us. The staff were helpful when I raised the issue, but the hotel should not advertise a “private transfer” if it’s just a regular taxi. Uber would be a better choice.

• J2398TMmonicaz (6/5): Disappointing Hotel - I’d like to be completely transparent in saying that we were not satisfied with our stay. While the staff was courteous and kind, the hotel itself fell short in several areas. We had expected a king-sized bed, but instead found two twin beds pushed together. Additionally, the room had very limited natural light due to the small windows. I understand that hotel rooms in Paris are generally smaller; however, the room did not meet our expectations based on the photos provided online. The elevators were also out of service for two days during our stay, including this morning at 6:00 a.m. This was especially frustrating as we were traveling with five suitcases. While we appreciated the assistance provided, this inconvenience significantly impacted our experience. Lastly, we went down for breakfast on both Monday and Tuesday between 8:00–8:30 a.m., only to find very limited food available. There were no eggs on either day, and only a few pieces of sausage remaining. We chose this hotel based on the amenities advertised, and this was disappointing. Overall, I’m very sad to say that this affected a portion of our trip and our first time in Paris.
