- Diana (10/5): - J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel situé tout près de la Gare de l’Est. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter Paris facilement et accéder rapidement aux transports. Le personnel a été extrêmement professionnel, accueillant et toujours disponible, peu importe l’heure. Ils ont été très gentils et vraiment serviables pendant tout le séjour, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus agréable. La chambre ainsi que les espaces communs étaient impeccablement propres et très bien entretenus. On se sent immédiatement à l’aise et en sécurité. En plus de tout cela, les prix sont très raisonnables pour Paris, surtout compte tenu de la qualité du service et de l’emplacement. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir lors de mon prochain voyage à Paris !

Unfortunately, the rest of the experience did not meet expectations. The room, overall service from other staff, and the breakfast offering were all disappointing. What I did not like was the room, particularly the limited space. Additionally, upon arrival, I was dissatisfied with the room and bed, as they did not meet the requirements I had specifically requested. Additionally, the staff at the time of my arrival were not helpful, which made the check-in experience less welcoming.

Perfect location near Gare Nord or Gare de L'est to reach both gares without taxis. I had a really lovely room in the attic with exposed beams and a very comfortable, large bed. Perfect for my stay before leaving in the morning from Gare de L'Est without any hurries.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Unsere Wünsche wurden prompt erfüllt. Die Nächte sind nicht ganz geräuschlos, aber die zentrale Lage am Ostbahnhof ist einfach perfekt. - nathalie (10/5): Parfait pour visiter Paris en arrivant à la gare de l'est - Un accueil très chaleureux à notre arrivée tôt le matin pour laisser nos bagages, on nous a offert un café, très apprécié! Nous avons eu la surprise d'être surclassés, la chambre au 5ème étage était très confortable, avec une literie parfaite et une grande salle de bain . Avec la chambre qui donne sur la cour intérieure, la nuit est très calme L’hôtel est à 2 pas de la gare de l'est, donc du métro, c'est parfait! nous y reviendrons sans hésiter! Rien, tout est très bien. La seule option que nous ne prenons pas c'est le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet. 15 euros c'est trop cher lorsqu'on ne prend qu'une boisson avec 1 tartine.. il suffit de se rendre dans l'un des nombreux cafés parisiens proches

- Anniina (9/5): Friendly staff, good value for money - We were travelling from Gare de l’Est in the morning, so for us this hotel was perfectly located. The staff was super friendly and our room was clean and spacious enough for 3 of us (we had a double and single bed, all comfortable)! Breakfast was simple, but good. The breakfast area was small, so we had to call ahead to make sure there was room, but space wasn’t an issue at least for us. There is some restlessness in the area at night (this is of course the case in many parts of the city, but good to be mindful of leaving or coming back late). Not an issue for us, but good to know for some that at least our triple room was so that the bathroom and shower were separate spaces, but the sink and shower were not enclosed from the rest of the room. (i.e. there was a door to the toilet, but not into the bathroom). There was a shower door though, that maintained enough privacy within our group.

- Michael (8/5): - The staff were very good and the place was clean. Linen and bed was great. The location to the station was excellent. The room was very small and I with 2 massive suitcases it was awkward.
