• Lisa (10/5): The Acropole accommodations and staff were the unanticipated chef's kiss of our wonderful EU trip! - The room location and the fact that we had access to a small terrace to watch the intersection below was not anticipated but greatly appreciated. When the double doors were close it was surprising quiet. Lastly the front desk gave us a recommendation for dinner and it was the best meal of our 10 day trip. I hope I can return and stay at the Acropole again! I have nothing to critique. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

• Zohra (10/5): Heel goed zeer tevreden aanrader - Het is al de tweede keer dat ik in hetzelfde hotel verblijf, en ik zal zeker blijven terugkomen. Ik ben zowel tevreden over de prijs als over het hotel zelf. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk: zodra je binnenkomt, wordt alles meteen duidelijk uitgelegd. De kamer was tiptop in orde en netjes, net zoals de vorige keer. Voor de deur heb je de metro, waarmee je rechtstreeks naar het centrum kunt, bijvoorbeeld naar de Eiffeltoren. Echt een aanrader! Ik zal hier zeker opnieuw boeken als ik terugkom. De enige twee minpuntjes waren dat de lavabo in de badkamer ’s ochtends niet goed doorliep — ik denk dat die verstopt was — en dat je alles van iedereen kunt horen, vooral als het kuisteam door de gangen loopt en praat. Ze zijn soms echt luidruchtig, dat mag gerust wat stiller.

• Laskaro (9/5): A nice and comfortable stay in Paris - The hotel is situated at the 14eme arrondisement, it's close to Paris Expo Porte de Versailles and has metro and tram stations right outside its door. Very clean, with comfortable beds and many amenities. There was a kettle available with coffee and tea and the room was cleaned everyday. Even though it's on a main and busy road it's very quiet. Overall a very good experience and I would defenitely choose Hotel Acropole for my next stay in Paris! Our room (room 15) was at the first floor and the evelator was right outside our door, so that was a little bit noisy. The elevator starts from the first floor, so you have to climb a few stairs to go there. It wasn't a problem for us but it's good to know in advance. Other than that everything was great.

Aucun sens du service ni de la politesse, ce qui gâche complètement le séjour. Dommage, car un bon accueil fait toute la différence, ce n’était clairement pas le cas ici.

Notre bébé était dans la poussette en train de dormir et allait y passer la nuit. Une poussette repliée est 3 fois moins encombrante et plus légère qu'une valise en soute... Tout une esclandre alors que la veille une dame plus agréable nous avait laissé monter la poussette sans soucis.

• Rony_C10 (8/5): Value for money - Great location, very easily accessible to the metro Parisien as well as other forms of public transport and helpful staff! Made our stay easier, especially as our flight was canceled in the midst of the Air Canada strike. However some downsides were that I had to carry my own luggage up the stairs as their elevator is only on the first floor but irrelevant for us as our room was on the first floor. Also, the room was quite small but comfy and the soundproofing was quite poor. The breakfast in the morning had good variety is worth 15 euros. Overall we are satisfied and would recommend this hotel if you are visiting Paris for a few days.
• Wendy (1/5): would never recommend or stay there agin. - Not much. Customer service was argumentative. They take your non-refundable payment a week before check-in and then tell you that the elevators don't work. Now you get to climb multiple floors with luggage and narrow staircases to reach a room that you didn't request. when you question the room given, they claim that all rooms are based on availability and you are out of luck. They could care less that you now have 2 opposite gender teenagers with only one bed. When you ask about the elevators not working, they claim that's not the case, they are under renovations which in their mind isn't the same as not working. Bottom line, they don't work. Don't request an airport shuttle when you book, they don't have a shuttle and all they do is call a taxe which you get to pay for.

The elevator was broken but the stairs weren’t a problem for my kids & I—we were on the next floor up. Breakfast was delicious as well. • Maya (9/5): Superb - The location was great. The subway, tram and bus stops were just few feet away and its was so easy to navigate with the public transport. Great cafes in the area and we found our favorite bakery right across the hotel. The rooms were little small— but I am from Europe so completely understand. AC wasn’t working as good, but it rained for two of the days so it was great when you opened the windows.
• cleopatrap496 (10/5): Lovely hotel w good service - Other than bed/pillows being slightly harder than we are used to, overall the room was pleasant, clean, had good bathroom amenities & had small refrig which was a plus. We were on high floor with nice views. Staff was very friendly. Metro station right out front (tho maintenance was going on & was not in service at time). Breakfast had decent selection to get you going + awesome coffee maker/choices. Authentic Paris. I would stay again!

• Yihan (8/5): Nice and value choice - Spacious room, even open up two large luggage. Air condition works well in the room, and quipped with safe box and fridge. Great location, right in front of M4, T3a as well as several bus stations which are convenient to reach or transfer to many main spots in town. Staffs are also friendly! A nice place to stay for several nights. A small elevator is provided to ship luggage, however you have to climb one floor before reaching it. Besides, it was out of order for more than half of the time during our stay.

The saddest thing is that the elevator was not working and our room was on the 7th floor, so climbing became a challenge. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and the bed linen is changed daily. Unfortunately, we could not stay on the last day and asked the staff in advance to cancel the reservation and refund at least part of the money for the absence, unfortunately we did not receive a cent and left the room unused, we gave the money as a gift. But the view from balcony was great to Eifel! :) no parking space and the night costs over 20€ extra. The saddest thing is that the elevator was not working and our room was on the 7th floor, so climbing became a challenge. • mscaturro (10/5): A wonderful stay - Thank you so much for such a wonderful welcome, all the receptionists are really nice, my room was lovely and relaxing with sound proof windows, I could not hear a noise coming from the boulevard, it was really pleasant. The bathroom was spacious and I was grateful to have a bathtub. The breakfast was really nice with a large range of good quality products. A moment of peace in the hustle and bustle of Paris.
• Ladyzee74 (6/5): Great location, but very small rooms - The staff are very friendly and professional and the location is great, but as other reviewers have mentioned, the rooms are very small. Some have just enough room for the bed! The bathrooms are also tiny (broken shower head) and the lift/elevator can fit 2 people, with one bag each max! If i were a solo traveler, this probably wouldn't be an issue, but groups of 2+, consider staying somewhere with more space. The continental style breakfast was better than expected, with a wide range of options. If i were to stay here again, i would request a room on a higher floor, not facing the street (which i did ask for, but wasn't available), which can get noisy with police/ambulance sirens through the night!
• Verified traveler (6/5): Very clean hotel but needs better night staff - Hotel was clean with a fabulous breakfast and attentive breakfast staff. However, hotel was locked when I arrived shortly after 23:35 and had to wait outside for the night employee to let me in after 00:10 along with other hotel guests that were waiting to get into the hotel. Terrible to lock guests out of the hotel for such a long period of time. Elevator was broken the last day so that did not help either. Hotel is outside the metro with many stores nearby so location is fabulous.
