• Lisamarie (5/5): - Malheureusement nous n’avons pas dormi de la nuit car trop de bruits et très mal insonorisé (femmes de ménages qui crient dans les couloirs, claquent les portes), les portes grincent, les escaliers font énormément de bruit toute la nuit à chaque fois que quelqu’un passe, nous entendons les conversations dans les autres chambres,.... + malheureusement notre séjour il y a eu une dispute à 4h30 puis une nouvelle à 6h de 2 autres clientes de l’hôtel qui ne savent pas se tenir, le tout fait que nous avons dû fermer l’œil maximum 4h et n’avons pas su profiter de Paris le lendemain tellement nous étions KO..

• Denis (1/5): - This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. As soon as I arrived, I discovered bed bugs in the room. I laid down on the bed and two bugs crawled on me immediately. There were also blood stains on the sheets and on the wall, dust and dirt under the bed, and the room felt completely unhygienic and unsafe. I could not stay there even for one night and had to leave immediately and book another hotel at my own expense. No guest should ever have to experience conditions like this. I took photos and videos of everything, including the bed bugs, blood stains, and the condition of the room. I sincerely hope the hotel addresses these serious hygiene problems before accepting more guests. Very disappointing experience, especially for the price I paid. Перевод

• Romanenco (1/5): - I had one of the worst travel experiences at this hotel. We booked it because it was recommended to us by someone. The only advantage is the location — it is close to the Eiffel Tower and many other tourist attractions — but it is absolutely not worth the money. On the first evening, we were too tired to notice many details, but the next morning we discovered there was no hot water. The staff do not speak English, only the hotel owner does. I spoke to the housekeeper, and she said the problem would be fixed later when the owner arrived. In the meantime, I decided to take a cold shower.While I was in the bathroom, I could hear my husband hitting something against the wall. When I came out, he was with the housekeeper, and I found out he had discovered bed bugs in the room crawling on him. After that, they changed our room, but all we received was a simple “sorry” and nothing more. They did not offer us any alternative or compensation at all.The second room did not have bed bugs, but they do not provide slippers or bathrobes. It was quite cold, thankfully we found a few blankets. The cleaning is done very superficially. The entrance smells awful, like spoiled cheese. It is also extremely noisy. At 7 a.m. we still wanted to sleep, but it was impossible because the cleaning staff were slamming doors and shouting loudly. At times, it felt like they were inside the room with us.For this amount of money, we could have found much better options, but we had no choice at the time. If you want a cold shower, bed bugs, and constant noise, then I recommend this hotel. Otherwise, for me, this place deserves a -0 out of 10.

La ubicación es maravillosa, recorrimos la ciudad a pie y a 3 cuadras teníamos el metro para llegar desde e ir hasta el aeropuerto Charles de Gaulle y el de Orly. Volvería cada vez q visite la ciudad! La mejor relación precio/calidad q experimente en un hotel!

Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, il vaut donc mieux ne pas avoir trop de bagages. En ce qui concerne la douche, l'eau s'écoule, car la douche est plus haute que le niveau de la salle de bain.

Yo no tuve inconveniente en subir, pero es bueno indicar para las personas que se dificulte la movilidad. Hay un bonito restaurante. Hay comercios cercanos para comprar alimentos.

Ook dachten wij dat het grotere kamers waren maar dat was helaas niet het geval de badkamer was zelfs voor een normaal persoon moeilijk te betreden. Als je naar het toilet moet moet de deur open blijven anders kom je dus met je hoofd tegen de deur aan. Betere sloten maken op de deur en ook het kleine onnodige gangetje tussen de kamer en de voordeur is niet brand veilig je komt er helaas niet makkelijk doorheen

• Katsiaryna (9/5): Неплохой отель в отличном месте - Отличное местоположение, метро в пешей доступности откуда легко, а главное быстро добраться до центра да и вообще в любое место Парижа😉 Отдельное спасибо заслуживает сервис этого отеля. Всегда приходя в номер кровати заправлены, в номере чисто, полотенца свежие чистые. Сама мебель, оборудование в номере частично старенькое, но ванная в современной отделке. Кровати мягкие удобные. В номере был телевизор, ни разу его не включали😊 как по мне лучше поставить маленький холодильник вместо телевизора.

• Juana Maria (8/5): Un lugar que deja muy buenos recuerdos. - La ubicación es óptima en un barrio lindo, seguro y tranquilo. Tiene todos los comercios necesarios a menos de 100 metros y un parque muy lindo para comprarte una super baguette a la vuelta e ir a hacer un pic nic. También tiene una calesita y juegos para niños de menos de 5 años. Respecto al hotel todo el personal super atento, la habitación reducida pero linda y luminosa, el baño hecho a nuevo con una ducha con mucha presión y excelente temperatura de agua. El restaurante sirve comida deliciosa, porciones abundantes y a precios más que económicos. El mozo es un genio y tiene un método muy especial para servir un exquisito té. Recomiendo pedir uno!! Para mí estuvo todo muy bien. Viajamos mi hija de 11 años y yo, con poco equipaje, pero si tenés mucho equipaje el espacio de la habitación es reducido, habría que preguntar si tienen algo más amplio. Además tener en cuenta que no hay ascensor y que se deben subir uno o dos pisos por escalera. Por otra parte el baño, si bien está impecable y cuenta con todo lo necesario, es muy pequeño. No lo recomendaría para una persona con alguna dificultad de movimientos o de estructura corporal muy grande.

• Christoph (7/5): Nettes Hotel für Kurztripp nach Paris - Nettes Hotel im 15. Arrondissement. Das Zimmer hat alles, was man braucht - und unten im Hotel ist ein Restaurant. Der Eiffelturm ist zu Fuß erreichbar, zahlreiche Geschäfte aller Preisklassen ebenfalls. Das Zimmer ist klein - aber das ist ja in Paris normal; das Bad ebenfalls. Außerdem ist die Einrichtung sehr spartanisch gehalten. Dafür entschädigt der ausgesprochen günstige Preis.

• Ana (4/5): If I hadn’t been bitten by insect it would have been okay because of the proximity to the Metro. - It was close to the Metro. The area felt safe and quiet. The bathroom was nice, I think it had just been redone. It was not clear it was a Hotel from outside. It looked like it was just a restaurant. The room needs updating like the bathroom. I got bitten by something I have bites on my arms and legs.

Small room on the 3rd floor without elevator, as expected, in quite an old place but very clean. One can hear the neighbours but they were very few or they were quiet. I had to leave early in the morning anyway. Very friendly staff. I would stay again there, it was very convenient for my work location for 2 days. Metro station less than 5mn away. No bath mat until I asked, shower head not holding properly, some humidity stains in the bedroom. Nothing critical.
