• Amitae (10/5): Nice property in perfect area - Amazing room with amazing view!!!!! Loved being able to open window to see temp to plan my day. Great location to restaurants and shops. Less than 5 minute walk to nightlife!!!!! 10 minute walk to train station. I loved everything.

• Hui (5/5): Location is very good, but lacks thoughtfulness for basic usage. - Location and Maggie’s service. For such price, small improvements such as cups to hold tooth brushes and hanging places for towels and bigger counter spaces for the tables would not cost much but add happiness to the guests.
• Wendy (8/5): Gem of a place - This is a little gem of a place. A stone's throw from the Duomo and everything else is close by too. 15 min walk from the train station. Good size room with little table and chairs. Kettle and fridge and good provisions. Spotlessly clean, friendly and helpful staff. The cutest lift and foyer doors. Like stepping back in time. Would recommend. Would definitely have given this place a 10 except for the beds. They are new and clean but so very hard so we didn't sleep well. That's personal preference though, so if you like a firm bed, you'll be fine

• Jennifer (5/5): Moldy Bathroom - Great Location. The bathroom was covered in black mold and smelled. The room also had a bad scent to it from the bathroom. When we told the staff, they said they would notify housekeeping. They need to take out the bathroom entirely to get rid of the mold. The bathroom was also very small.

• Judy (8/5): Wonderful Florence location - We loved the location near the Duomo. Staff were very helpful especially Daniele, he gave us great recommendations for places to eat and drinks with a view. Our reservation said view room but it didn’t have a view. Just buildings, so we were disappointed. So beware of the description if you are expecting the Duomo view you might want to confirm in writing.

• Eduard (8/5): Apt Steps from Duomo - Great location right around the corner from cathedral. Our room had cathedral view and three rooms have city view. Room has nice size and bed is comfortable Bathroom is tiny and can use an upgrade. Process of entry / getting getting keys was bit comicated. Last but not least, the bell starts ringing at 7am. If u like sleeping in u might be in trouble

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable and had a fantastic view from the window. The property was very clean and nice in general, so I was surprised to find a fair amount of mold in the shower. It was very incongruous with how well maintained and clean everything else was.

Il bagno aveva la luce che si accendeva da fuori, ma per arrivare ad accenderla e spegnerla dovevi fare il giro aprendo completamente la porta, per cui di notte svegli l'altra persona. Avevo capito camera con vista, mentre la vista non c'era. Ma soprattutto la rigidità di check in, e check out, si entra dalle 14 e si esce prima delle 10.00. Inoltre per lasciare i bagagli devi affidarti ad un deposito esterno...un pò scomodo il tutto.

Calısan güleryüzlüydü ancak genel olarak 2 ile 6 arası orda gibiydi ve bu biraz bi şey olsa ne yapacagım hissi uyandırdı

Our room was cleaned earlier in the day, so I do not understand why they just unlocked it, and didn't even knock. It was extremely weird and uncomfortable.
• Ricky (9/5): Allgemein Sehr gut. Tolle Lage! - Sehr gute Lage, direkt am Dom. Nur wenige gehminuten von allem entfernt. Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, bequeme betten. Gratis Wasser und snacks inbegriffen ohne aufpreis. Ausreichend Hygieneprodukte (Shampoo und Seife) vorhanden. Am Fenster war etwas Schimmel, wegen Feuchtigkeit. Zudem hat man sehr viel lärm von aussen gehört, da das hotel in einer belebten umgebung liegt.

• YK175 (8/5): 抜群のロケーション。滞在には割り切りが必要。 - 最高のロケーション。アパートの中の宿なので、教えてもらわなければ入り口のドアの開閉もできないが、レトロなエレベーターなど、現地に住んだような体験ができるのは良かった。 原則スタッフはおらず、荷物も預けられないが、すぐ近くの有料の預け場所は結果的に便利だった。スタッフがいないので、夜鍵を部屋に忘れて出たり、何かトラブルがあったらお手上げの恐怖がある。トイレット・ペーパーは置いてあるだけでホルダーが無い。ティッシュペーパー、スリッパが無い。物を置く台が少ない。コーヒーカップが1個あるだけで普通のコップが無い。シャワー室が狭く、洗っていると体がぶつかる。シャワーのお湯は時々水になる。コンセントが少ない。B&Bということだが、朝食は部屋にあるビスケット。
• Charlotte (10/5): Best in Florence - The location was amazing! You came out the door, turned to the left and there was the main square. The room its self was very big and even though the bathroom was a bit dated it didn't take away from the experience. Rooms where cleaned everyday and fresh towels to. Staff where brilliant and very accommodating to ourselves. This is a highly recommend stay and really good value for money! N/A
• Daniella (9/5): Ótimo custo benefício, localização excelente! - O quarto é espaçoso e a localização do prédio é excelente, literalmente ao lado da Duomo. O prédio conta com um pequeno elevador, o que ajuda muito no transporte das malas O banheiro é um pouco apertado, nada que tenha me incomodado mas pode ser difícil para pessoas maiores. Por ser uma Residenza, não se pode esperar um serviço de recepção como em um hotel. Pelo que entendi, a recepção funciona somente no intervalo de check in. Fomos cordialmente recebidos pelo Daniele, que nos explicou o funcionamento do estabelecimento e forneceu as chaves. Além disso foi muito solicito ao me dar dicas (ótimas) de restaurante e mercados próximos. Ao término da estadia, fomos orientados por mensagem a deixar as chaves na recepção. Particularmente não vejo nenhum problema neste tipo de funcionamento. Além disso, pela mesma razão não conta com café da manhã.

• Jonathan (10/5): Best place to stay if you are visiting Florence. - This was a great find for location and comfort, just a short trip from the T2 tram (direct from the airport) and also only journey down the stairs each day and you are in the city centre. The room was clean and modern, room was cleaned in the day also. Would highly recommend this location. Will stay again. Couldn’t fault it.

La doccia buona, shampoo e sapone in dotazione Buona qualità delle asciugamani Ascensore I cuscini terribili. Non hanno cambiato le asciugamani neanche quelle lasciati per terra in 3 giorni. Il riscaldamento non funzionava bene. Non lo hanno aggiustato e nemmeno ci hanno datto altre coperte.

• Sheetansh (8/5): - The location is perfect and the staffs are really friendly. You can get direct Duomo view from the room itself. Rooms and staffs are quite good. It’s difficult to find the property as it is just one floor of a commercial and residential building. There are only 7 rooms in the property. It’s not like a hotel rather more like a home. You get keys for main door, second door and your room. Security is also bit concerning part. Claiming to be a 4 star is a bit false representation. At night No staff is present and you’re on your own.
