• Mauricio Raul (10/5): - Un lugar súper recomendable, quiero destacar la atención de Francesca que a pesar de haber llegado fuera de hora (porque perdimos el tren) nos esperó y se tomó el tiempo de explicarnos todo, y hasta de darnos un mapa informativo de todo Florencia! el lugar hermoso, súper tranquilo, limpio y cómodo, no fueron molestia las escaleras en la entrada ya que uno va sabiendo que tiene que caminar, ni el bar al lado de la puerta ya que al tener doble ventana no se escuchaba nada en absoluto. Felices de haber vivido la experiencia de Florencia en este lugar! PD: queremos destacar también la simpatía de Erika, Britney y aunque la vimos muy poco Anna! Todos muy amables!

Would recommend especially for small group - Breakfast room was nice with a lot of tools for making breakfast drinks. In room frig was a plus. Anna is a friendly host. Close walk to tourist hot spots. Always clean. Could get loud and difficult to enter the building at night with the close proximity to bustling adjacent bars. Be aware there are a lot of steps. Only one floor or so not accessible from the lift. Not a problem for us, just something to note.

O hotel é muito bom, fica extremamente bem localizado, dá para ir a praticamente todos os pontos turísticos a pé. Tem restaurantes excelentes próximo e em frente há um quiosque de um casal de brasileiros onde tomamos café da manhã todos os dias, com pão de queijo, bolo de cenoura delicioso, ovo, frutas, além da simpatia dos donos. Tem um Pub ao lado que deixa a rua bem movimentada até tarde da noite. Cama, travesseiros, toalhas confortáveis e chuveiro forte e relaxante. Aquecedor bom, esquenta o banheiro e seca roupas rapidinho. O banheiro é um pouco apertado, mas nada que de fato atrapalhe a estadia. Voltaríamos com certeza!!

• Denise (10/5): Beautiful accommodation in a central location with fabulous staff and facilities. Highly recommend! - The accommodation was in a fantastic location right in the centre of everything! The room was very lovely and the beds were very comfortable. It was also very clean. The addition of the kitchen area was also a bonus! The staff were so helpful, providing great help with payment, check in details out of hours and even giving us some detailed restaurant recommendations. We liked everything about it!

La stanza era pulita e comoda e il personale accogliente e gentile. Abbiamo beneficiato anche di piccole accortezze che hanno reso la nostra visita più comoda e agevole. Un sentito grazie alle ragazze per averci fatto sentire i benvenuti in una città bellissima!

Es gibt eine geräumige Küche, in der man sich gut aufhalten und ggf. Gekauftes/Mitgebrachtes zubereiten kann. Kaffee, Tee, etc. stehen kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Es gibt in jedem Zimmer ein Haartrockner. WLAN ist kostenfrei. In einem Schrank im Flur gibt es bei Bedarf ein Bügelbrett/ -eisen. --

• Marie (10/5): Live like florentian for a few days in a very hearth of Florence. - Great location, all the important places are within 1 km diameter, you can make a pit stop at your room throughout the day. Also you get to live like a wealthy florentine in rennessaince era, meaning you live in a high building overseeing all the rooftops, you can see Orsanmichele and the tower of Palazzo Vecchio! The room is very comfortable, suficiantly big and you have a kitchen with dining room at your disposal. And Anna and Francesca were really nice and helpful.

The room was tidy, comfortable, and quiet despite being in a busy area! Hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Not really an issue, just a warning that you do have to walk up a set of stairs before getting to the elevator. Just be aware if you have large suitcases with you.

• Flora (2/5): Sleepless in Florence - Der Empfang war nett und freundlich, die zu einem Guesthouse umfunktionierte grosse Wohnung (sie umfasst mindestens eine ganze Etage des Hauses) ist attraktiv und stilvolll eingerichtet. Das Zimmer hat ein neu gemachtes, schönes und sehr sauberen Badezimmer. Zur Mitbenutzung gibt es diverse elegant eingerichtete Räume mit der Möglichkeit, sich einen Kaffee oder Tee zuzubereiten. Wahrscheinlich sind die meisten Zimmer zur ruhigen Seite des Hauses hin gelegen, so dass sie nicht vom Superlärm betroffen sind, welchen ich erlebt habe. Zur Lage: Die Unterkunft befindet sich mitten im historischen Zentrum der Stadt, ein paar Schritte zum ponte vecchio, zur piazza della signoria etc,, ist für Touristen also ideal. Ichh habe als Alleinreisende die Zimmervariante vom Katzentisch erhalten. Gleich vis à vis des Zimmers muss sich ein Club o.ä. befinden. Geschrei und Gejohle nicht nur von einigen Partygängern sondern von einer beachtlichen Menschenmenge bis am Morgen nach 2 h, verbunden mit wummernden Bässen. Schlafen unmöglich. Um das Ganze noch zu toppen liess sich das Fenster nicht ordentlich schliessen. Das Bett, na ja, könnte konfortabler sein, auch wenn es unter diesen Umständen eh nicht zu gebrauchen war.

The kitchen was stocked with tea, coffee, milk and fruits. Microwave, kettle, a small gas stove with some utensils are also available.

The breakfast room was well equipped with dishes, coffee makers, cutlery, apples and a refrigerator. Very charming decor. I did not like the slippery shiny bathroom tile nor that there was a step up from the sink to the toilet and shower. I was so worried about missing the step and falling. Also at times there was a lot of outside noise from the Old Stove Pub directly below our room.

• Suzie Gratton (9/5): Great location - good to be able to step away from the crowds and enjoy the best of Florence! - My husband Tim and I stayed for 3 nights August 2025 and found this boutique hotel in a great location. It was recommended by friends who had stayed last year. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and we had views of the good luck pig in the market square. Air conditioning worked and it was a blessing as it was very hot outside! Nothing was not to like the interior was a delight - a lot of thought has gone into making the place special!

The staff were helpful and responsive to all of our needs and questions. A wonderful view of the palazzo below made for excellent people watching from the window. Sometimes sleeping at night could be a challenge with the palazzo below, sometimes there was a band or musician playing music. However, they never played late into the night and we had restful sleep through the trip.
