• Karin (8/5): Vi kommer gerne igen. - Beliggenhed. Venligt og imødekommende personale. Nye håndklæder hver dag. Værelset ok,men lille. Køleskabet trænger til en udskiftning. Badeværelsesdør kunne kun med besvær lukkes.

• Graham (4/5): A lovely stay in Milan hindered by a substandard hotel. - The location was good, close to the metro. It was challenging to access. It did not match the description of the hotel. It was sold and taxed as a 3 star hotel but definitely was not. There was no breakfast available. There was a damp smell in the room and a smoke smell when we arrived. There was a clothing rail with no door covering, it looked as though it was broken There were no facilities to make a drink, no kettle in the room. There was an unplugged fridge in the corner of the wardrobe space.

• Joseph (7/5): Our stay was tolerable but overall, I find it difficult to believe that this hotel received a 3 star rating. I would not - The balcony was spacious and the provided table and chairs were great for a quiet lunch. Having to walk up a flight of stairs just to get to the elevator which will only hold 4 very thin people, which I am not. This hotel is not handicap friendly The shower is extremely small and I was unable to bend down enough to properly wash my legs and feet. Also, there is no provision for a holding tray for a razor, soap, or shampoo.

• khalfaoui (1/5): - Nothing Terrible, horrible experience. This hotel does not even deserve one star. Absolutely unacceptable. The room was dirty, the bed sheets and towels were not changed, and there was no toilet paper provided. Basic hygiene standards were completely ignored. The reception staff were not friendly or helpful at all. Instead of assisting guests, they made everything more complicated and treated us badly. On top of that, I was scammed. By mistake, I booked two rooms and immediately asked for a cancellation, but they refused without any reasonable explanation. What’s even worse is that they did not even give me the keys for the second room that I paid for. This is shameful and dishonest. I want this message to reach the management because this behavior is unacceptable. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone

• Lara (9/5): - La camera è pulita e funziona tutto. Ho potuto accendere l'aria calda ogni volta be avevo bisogno. La posizione è ottima vicino alla metro e al centro. Ottimo il terrazzo! Le stanze sono un po piccole ma a Milano é la normalità, forse potrebbero essere meglio insonorizzate ma la struttura è molto tranquilla.

• Lydia (7/5): In Ordnung für den Preis , würde ein anderes Mal ohne Frühstück buchen - Einfach Zweckmässig, mache von der Metro für ins Stadtzentrum Frühstück: nur Gipfali war frisch, alles andere abgepackt, kein Butter, keine Milch. Nicht empfehlenswert.

El baño tiene un sanitario que las tapas de este no se sostienen osea que para orinar o hacer su necesidades se sostiene con la mano o tu espalda ! Definitivamente el servicio muy regular ….

• Todor Hristov (8/5): - The best thing about this hotel is its location. Metro station in 2 min walk can take you to Duomo in 10-15mins. Train stop infront of the door of the hotel. Train 9 can take you right to Central Train station - Centrale FS. PAM supermarket and lots of lovely restaurants with great food in the area. And its very calm compared to the central parts of the city. I reccomend AUuM restaurant and Antica Pizzeria Fiorentina. The hotel it self is at the 6th floor of a building. It has a 24/7 reception. We had to book it in 3AM after a cancelled flight. Its clean and very warm. Our visit was durring new year's eve and the weather was very cold -2 to +4. We booked 2 rooms and both had very large balcony with great view. The price is also very very good for the city. The elevator is very very small. 2ppl+1-2 bags luggage MAX. But it was not big problem. The door to the bathroom is very wierd (at least for us) and it may strike you as not very private. But it does close well. Still i would suggest if the hotel can change those doors with a regular one with a lock. The room 112 we were in, was a bit small but that was not a problem for us. The biggest problem for us was the noise. Our room was right next to the reception and we could hear everything ppl were saying there. Especially if someone laughts or talk loud. It happened like.. only 2 times over 3 days there.. But i can imagine in fully booked season this may be a problem. Anyway our stay was alright and calm.
