Guest Reviews
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great stay - - Location is incredibly convenient—just two short blocks away from Loreto Metro station, which made getting around the city effortless.
- Check-in was smooth and quick, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
- My room was spotless, spacious and clean bathroom.
- The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room at a very comfortable temperature.
- The hotel and the surroundings were quiet —no disturbances or unpleasant smells at all.
- Having free storage available was a great bonus.
- Vianello (6/5): Pleasant -
- Dino (6/5): Pleasant -
- Michał (6/5): If you need a cheap layover it’s fine:-) - Good location and well working AC. The room is quite out-dated. Most of the bathroom appliances were damaged.
- Mahnaz (10/5): - Best hotel i could get in Florence. Very nice staff and the breakfast was amazing 👏

- Daria (2/5): Terrible - Location Room was very old ,outdated ,Was taking shower in flip flops .Super dirty blankets .They charge way too much for what they offer.
- Chen (6/5): - Location ok
Clean no
- Ethan (2/5): - Horrid customer service, bare minimum ammenities, no breakfast as advertised, ant infestation, 80s rooms, with a decent bed, all around a true 1 star hotel would not recommend
- Svecla (3/5): Poor -
- Berta (4/5): Disappointing -
- Janett (5/5): Passable -
- Michaël (6/5): OK exept water - Hotel okay, just quite long to get hot water at the shower, and then it's only hot.
Otherwise people are friendly and good price.
- Katarina (2/5): Very poor -
- Tamila (5/5): Passable - Location. Clean room Very uncomfortable mattress, no sound proof - u can hear everyone, no elevator and very narrow stairs, u need to wait for shower to become hot
- Zhelyazko (6/5): Pleasant - great location, next to metro station and 15 minutes away from Milano Centrale train station quite a small room, water in the shower takes ages to drain, toilet seat broken at the base
- Lucia (5/5): Passable -
- Verified traveler (6/5): Better in spring? - In February, the room was on the chilly side, no thermostat available. Running water had a choice between cold and freezing. Staff was extra kind and super accommodating.
- Nina (7/5): Good -
- Anil Kumar (2/5): - No hot water and no room heater. Very inconvenient and no response from management
Orbitz shouldn’t encourage like these hotels.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Host speaks basic Italian and English but is super-friendly and helpful, you have to call on the phone if you want to enter the hotel after midnight, safe & clean, good WIFI, basic small bed and shower, excellent location for metro, 15 mins walk from Milano Centrale train station
- Hanes (3/5): Price to quality passable - It was very cheap and the staff was very nice Bathroom smelled too much and was too small,
- Adriana (10/5): Exceptional - great location and nice place nothing to dislike
- Nick (6/5): Pleasant -
- Nina (9/5): Superb -
- Dan-victor (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jahangir (1/5): It was a very bad experience for me. I will not recommend anyone for the shit hotel. - There were not to like. It was totally waste of money. We booked two single bed but the guy who was in the reception said its not possible to give. He was a chinese guy dont speak english. The most annoying was the toilet flash was not working and we had to use shared toilet.
- Oleksandr (10/5): Exceptional -
- Oleksandr (10/5): Exceptional -
- Will (8/5): Very happy - Near the metro, clean and good space - decent value for money Lack of charger plugs
- Dragan (10/5): Exceptional - The staff was very very friendly
- Creations (1/5): Waste of money - They didn't let use stay ,we totally got lost in Milan because of this hotel,we paid earlier but they asked some documents they even didn't know , waste of money , They didn't let use stay , we paid earlier but they asked some documents they even didn't know , waste of money
Voto 4,5
- Denis (9/5): Good enough for that price - Good hotel in a convenient location, not far from the city center, metro, and Central Station. The rooms are reasonably priced and comfortable enough for a short stay. The reception staff are very friendly and speak English
- Anya-elise (5/5): Passable - The room was a good size. There was a blanket in the cupboard, rather than just a sheet, so i was warm enough. Reception is staffed from 6am to midnight. There should be tea and coffee making facilities in the room and a small fridge. The bed was hard and uncomfortable.
I had a large suitcase and there were quite a few stairs to climb to get into the hotel, and no one offering help and no lift.
The photos of breakfast on Booking.com are no longer relevant - the hotel does not offer breakfast as an option anymore.
- Alan (5/5): Passable - the hotel bell is,nt on after midnight you have to call by phone then they open the door
- Mantas (6/5): Passable stay for a night or two if other options are unavailable - Good location. Very friendly staff, helped us with everything we needed and made us feel welcome. Working TV. Comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels. Bad plumbing – very difficult to regulate water temperature. There was also visible dust on the walls and ceiling, and the shower cabin was not clean. Lack of noise isolation.
- Paddy (8/5): Very good -
- Asami (6/5): - It takes a long time for hot water to come out. The sound of water never stops.
The staff were nice.
- Meda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ayoub (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dragan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Renato (5/5): Passable -
- Sandra (6/5): Pleasant -
- Ornella (1/5): Bad -
- Gary (8/5): Very good -
Tutto molto datato
- Stefan (8/5): Good value for the money and nice - The location was very central, near a lot of stores and the central train station.
The personnel was very kind, friendly and helpful.
The room was clean.
The bathroom was very clean.
The overall hotel was in a good shape and clean. The room was a bit small and they gave us twin beds instead of a single double bed.
- Claudio (6/5): - Good price , good location , great transportation connections , several restaurants and food stores . The hotel amenities are a bit old , but staff was friendly .
- Christy (8/5): Very good -
- Razel (5/5): Passable -
- Maria assunta (10/5): - The hotel is quite, clean and with excellent connections.
It is in the centre of Milan near corso Buenos Aires e Piazzale Loreto.
The receptionists are kind, polite and they have give to me an excellent welcome.
- Evgenii (1/5): Never again - Nothing Night personal on reception
- Shaun (6/5): - Not too far from Milano centrale station. About a 15 min walk. The hotel was fine. Only had a 1 night here. The apartment was ok. Fairly clean. Some things were a bit worn, like the toilet seat being cracked and the pluy being exposed.
I wouldnt stay here anything other than one night.
The staff were friendly and I enjoyed my stay
- Yas (5/5): It was good for the amount of money staff are so helpful but I don’t suggest that area - The price was not bad.Staff were mostly Chinese they were helpful and kind It doesn’t have a lift and many stairs, although my room was in the first floor as the reception I couldn’t made it up with my baggages without help and also the room was super small I wouldn’t say it was so clean but ok I guess. The area is dangerous to some extent not good people are on the streets.when it rains it’s hard to get to hotel from Loreto metro station and the loreto metro station is too complicated and big you need to ask for help
- Keti (9/5): Superb -
- Miguel (8/5): Good - Location The walls are super thin so you can most likely hear the conversations in the rooms next door, maybe not catch words but definitely noise.
- Beka (9/5): Superb -
- Kaan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Giovanni (6/5): - Soggiornato per una notte per lavoro. Camera pulita con arredamento molto semplice.
- Lachlan (6/5): Pleasant - Location to Milan central station and the location near one of the major shopping streets and metro line Bin wasn't emptied from previous guest
- Ana (5/5): Not ok - The location near metro station(3 min). The personal at the reception very friendly, they had permitted us to keep our luggage for a few hours after check in. There was an incredible smell of smoke in the room, and it was unbearable to stay there. Even after 5 hours with the window open, the smell didn't go away. It felt as if someone had been smoking marijuana cigarettes. At night, it was very cold because the windows couldn't be completely closed. We also didn't receive a remote for the climate control to make it a bit warmer. Honestly, 2 stars are not deserved.
- Niyaz (3/5): Poor -
- Sean (1/5): Do not stay here - Nothing Rooms were not clean, not very well maintained either
- David (6/5): Will not stay again. Better deals close by. - I chose this hotel based upon others reviews location AND the 24 hour front desk. I was scheduled to meet old friends for a reunion but did not know at what time that night.when I arrived I noticed a handwritten sign at check in desk: “Front desk is closed from midnight to …”. I asked and the guy said “ oh you can just call me if you need to get in after that. I e been in situations like this in the past and it did not always go well: my phone battery died, no one answered, etc. so I texted hotels. Com and had an infuriating exchange with a live agent who, after fifteen minutes trying to explain said “ I called the hotel and they says to call back at 23.00 to confirm that they are there. Apart from that the mattress was old and very uncomfortable, the balcony filthy, etc. on the other hand the guy at the front desk was very kind and thoughtful. This misrepresentation of services and quality of lodging is unacceptable from a giant in hotel platform.
- Wendy (5/5): Passable - The location is good. No lift from main entrance at level 1 to the reception at level 2, need to climb up a shallow staircase to level 2. Within the hotel, no lift for us to go up to the rooms at level 3, again need to climb a shallow staircase between level 2 and 3.
- Stef (9/5): Very comfortable beds with clean bedding . Very clean room - Easy to find. Convenient No access after 12 midnight.
- Rene (10/5): - The only thing I didn't like is the Italian toilet seats, but that is not the hotels fault
- Hasan (3/5): Poor -
- Elina (8/5): Very good - Everything good, clean and comfortable. Thank you
- Elina (8/5): Very good - Everything good, thank you
- Antonio (6/5): Pleasant -
- Veerapen (1/5): Bad -
- Maria (6/5): Pleasant - The Hotel is next to Loreto Metro Station, so location is perfect. This is an old Hotel that needs some good refurbishment. Linen and towels were always clean but the shower has mould on the tiles, and the sink and shower mixers looks like 100 years old.
Also, the hotel is on the firsr floor and there is no lift so keep in mind that a stairs will welcome you when you arrive.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Tired and lack of sleep experience - The bedroom was not clean and mattress was uncomfortable and we end up leave day early due to the state of the condition of hotel as this made my partner upset. We locked the bedroom door and twice we found the bedroom door unlocked we try to explain to reception all they was worried about was losing money and my partner has got itch from stay in the bed with marks on her leg.Location good and not so bad if hotel stated that there was lumpy mattress and the room wasn’t clean though I understand someone else may find it ok and no refund from hotel or hotel.com for miss a night apart from £25 voucher but no happy as there should be a full refund .
- Leopold (7/5): Good - Friendly staff, private bathroom. Close to the train station, and metro. The furniture is a bit old/cheap. But it's okay.
- Lisseth (8/5): - Bien ubicado
- Vishnu Chandan (4/5): - As we entered the room it was smelly, very dim lights doesn’t give a nice feeling. Wi-Fi didn’t reach 2nd floor where we were staying, the flush in WC was not good, u have manually correct after every flush
Positive:
Close to M2 loreto metro station
Good dining options
Next to Pam supermarket
- Natalia (8/5): good ratio price/quality - all needed you have even if the room is not so big
- Marina (8/5): O.k - Todo O.K. Nothing
- Guido (7/5): Good -
- Jorge (5/5): Passable -
- Martínez (6/5): Pleasant - Staff nice and professional
Fast at check in -WC dirty
-Pillows hard and tall
-Principal Light too bright, do there were side -lights for soft
- Charlie (6/5): Pleasant - Near centre of milan Stinky blanket
- Son (7/5): Good -
- Spangaro (4/5): Disappointing - Was on first floor so limited stairs I was told I could not have a remote control for the air-conditioning. So I could not use it and the room was hot and stuffy.
- Tom (8/5): Very good -
- Matthew (6/5): Was what we needed, good locality to Metro and good food maybe a little expensive for a 1 night stay - A hotel which was within a stones throw from a metro station which was bonus given we wanted to visit the San Siro which made it very accessible, there was a number of restaurants which were all very highly rated and of varying cuisines. Room was fairly tight, especially the shower and bathroom in general, the room windows opened onto a fairly main road and the aircon was an additional fee which made it a little uncomfortable, there was a celling fan which added some relief but it did make a constant noise.
- Maurizio (6/5): Excellent location - Transport wise an excellent location, 2 minutes from the Loreto station with two different tube lines, plus several buses. A large supermarket open 8.00 am to 10.00 pm round the corner, plus convenience stores, cafes and restaurants dotted all around. Five minutes walk from Corso Buenos Aires where you can find everything else, including the Elfo theatre. 24h reception, although between midnight and 6.00 am you have to call a local number to be opened the door. Room service - if you don't leave too late they will tidy up and do the bed. There ia a large window in the room and the windowless bathroom is not too small. Certainly the bed. The air conditioning unit cannot be operated from inside the room, you have to ask at reception to have it switched on/off. The insulation from the outside is good because of double glazing and the fact that the window faces a sort of internal court, so little or no traffic noise comes through. However, the door and walls are not insulated and noise from the corridor and your neighbouring guests can be annoying. Provision of toiletries is at a bare minimum, with a little piece of soap, a tub of shower/shampoo gel, one very small and one large towel. Few appliances are patched up and feel a bit wonky.
- Emma (7/5): Good - Very helpful staff! Only 2 stops on the metro from Milano Centrale. Basic but clean and fairly comfortable. No tea/coffee making facilities.
- Zandrick (10/5): Exceptional -
- Petr (5/5): Passable -
