• cedric (4/5): - L'hôtel correspond à la description sur booking (et à la notation de 4/10) donc pas de mauvaise surprise. La chambre était propre. Pas de Wifi, ce qui est un vrai souci. Pas de savon! Sinon même commentaire que les autres utilisateurs : vieux (avec des défauts : abattant des WC cassé), sans charme, bruyant (pas d'isolation phonique de la chambre), pas d'ascenseur (et 3 étages). Il est beaucoup trop cher pour le service rendu.

Proprietari non disponibili e non cordiali, ho chiamato per avere la fattura e mi hanno risposto che non possono emetterla perchè dovevo chiederla subito. Al mio insistere, dopo giorni mi hanno mandato una foto sbiadita su whatsapp e non un documento ufficiale, da denuncia.

• Marcel (7/5): Nettes Hotel, super Lage, aber hätte sauberer sein können. - Das Hotel hatte einen ganz besonderen Charme – fast wie bei einer italienischen Nonna. Für den Preis darf man natürlich nicht zu viel erwarten, aber ich habe sehr gut geschlafen. Die Lage ist wirklich super! Der Besitzer spricht nur Italienisch, war aber sehr freundlich und die Verständigung hat trotzdem gut funktioniert. Die Eingangstür ist immer abgesperrt und der Besitzer öffnet sie persönlich, auch spät in der Nacht – das hat aber problemlos geklappt. Nicht so gut gefallen hat mir die Sauberkeit im Badezimmer, aber insgesamt war es in Ordnung.

• Veronika (1/5): Worst experience ever - Close to metro. I have to say, this was hands down the worst hotel I've ever stayed in—and I've stayed in quite a few places around the world. I've been in hotels, motels, Airbnbs, hostels—you name it—but nothing quite hit the level of "oh no" like this place. Sure, the price is nice for Milan, but honestly, do yourself a favor and stay in another town and just commute back in the morning. Let's start with the bed. It was so bad that I was rolling to the side not just because it was uncomfortable—oh, it was definitely uncomfortable—but because the mattress felt like a relic from times long before even my granma was born. The springs were so worn out that some of them just gave up on life and didn't spring back at all, so the mattress was all crooked and lumpy. But hey, it turned out it didn't matter that the bed was a torture device, because we couldn't sleep anyway thanks to the club next door blasting music until 3 a.m. We were on the top floor (third or fourth floor, I've lost track of floors at this point) with no elevator and these super narrow stairs. So not only could we not sleep because of the mattress, we couldn't sleep because of the impromptu rave happening downstairs. And just to top it all off, the hotel was filthy—broken toilet, a shower I didn't even want to look at, dirty walls, visibly btoken chair, and hairs on the sheets and towels pointing at probably not washed stuff. The staff was nice, though they didn't speak English, so bring a translator app. In the end, I really can't recommend this enough—recommend you avoid it, that is! Do yourself a favor and pick LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE.

• Guadalupe (5/5): - Que estaba a 200 metros del metro de Linate Airport y tiene recepción 24 hs Es un hotel muy viejo, no mantenido, no hay ascensor, baño muy pequeño con manchas de hongos, poca luz, cables sueltos en el baño. Sirvió solo para pasar la noche y salir temprano a la mañana.

• Michael (5/5): The staff was kind, but the condition of the room left something to be desired. - The front desk staff (owner?) was kind and amicable. He helped us switch rooms due to noisy neighbors. The decorations in the common areas were pleasing, and the check in process was easy. The location near the Susa metro was great for a quick stop after a late arrival in Linate. The rooms were hot and without A/C. They were also somewhat in disrepair. The fan didn't help much against the heat, the toilet lid was broken, and the door frame was damaged around the latch, making me question how secure the room was.

Close to metro station and clean cool neighborhood Room very dirty. In the bathroom in the shower a lot of black fungus. Also a problem with water. it was either cold or hot with no way to change it. Very poor water pressure. The lack of air conditioning or even a fan is also a big problem in the summer. It was so hot that I couldn't sleep. No fridge.
