• Eva (9/5): Tolle Lage, sehr angenehme Unterkunft, gerne wieder! - Super Lage nah am Vatikan und direkt an der Metro-Station Ottaviano, daher alles schnell und einfach erreichbar. Sehr angenehme Unterkunft, sauber, freundlich eingerichtet, sehr bequemes Bett. Überaus netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin, die auch tollen Kaffee macht. Dank Klimaanlage war auch die Hitzewelle kein Problem. Das Wifi ist im Zimmer sehr schwach (aber im Aufenthaltsraum und in der Küche gut).

• Gianmario (8/5): Sistemazione molto comoda da raggiungere - Posizione perfetta: a pochi metri dalla fermata Ottaviano della metropolitana, a due passi dal Vaticano, comodissima per me che ero diretto al Foro Italico. Gentilissimo il proprietario, che ha seguito il mio check-in fatto a tarda serata, e la persona che la mattina seguente ha ritirato i documenti e aveva già pronta la moka sul fuoco per offrirmi il caffé. Avere una persona in carne ed ossa che ti chiede come sia andato il soggiorno è sempre più raro e quindi sempre più apprezzato. Il salottino e la cucina sono spazi molto utili e tenuti ottimamente. Non ho potuto fare colazione perché ero di fretta al mattino, ma noto che ormai i Bed & Breakfast sono diventati solo Bed. Caffé a parte, questo non è l'eccezione alla regola.

• Oggioni (7/5): - Posizione eccellente, comodissima per visitare san Pietro e per accedere alla metropolitana. Tra l'altro ben servita, con numerosi negozi e ristoranti. Camere ben insonorizzate essendo all'interno del cortile condominiale e non direttamente sulla strada Odore sgradevole di cibo sulle scale e nel cortile interno. Non c'era il bidet in bagno, scomodo ogni volta utilizzare la doccia per lavarsi.

• Andrea ugo (9/5): accoglienza e posizione ottimi, sistemazione consigliata - posizione ottima così come la pulizia della camera, ottimo anche il fatto che mia figlia di 2 anni non è stata conteggiata nel costo del soggiorno (cosa non scontata), buon prezzo, la donna che ci ha accolti super gentile e disponibile, non c'è la colazione, ma caffe sempre offerto fatto con la moca e qualche merendina per le necessità. sotto la struttura ci sono vari bar per colazioni complete. purtroppo io ho fatto la doccia quasi fredda, la mia compagna l'ha fatta prima ed era calda. E' una mia fissa, ma le lenzuola del letto ai piedi non erano fissate sotto al materasso e quindi si sono mosse tutte durante la notte.

Το σημείο είναι ιδανικό για να γυρίσεις με τα πόδια το μεγαλύτερο μέρος της τουριστικής Ρώμης! Το μετρό ακριβώς έξω από την πόρτα! Καθαρό πολύ και κάθε μέρα άλλαγμα τις πετσέτες! Η Εμυ καταπληκτική! Μας βοήθησε σε όλα!! Ο Fabio μας διευκόλυνε με κάποια αιτήματα που είχαμε!! Υπέροχη ομάδα!! Θα ξανάρθουμε και θα το προτείνουμε και σε φίλους!! Δύσκολη επικοινωνία με το WiFi! Αλλά όχι μηδέν!

• Bradley (8/5): Great guest house for a Roma city break, will come back again. - Fantastic location just in front of the metro, short walk from plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars within the immediate vicinity. Convenience store next door to the building and a fresh drinking water fountain for refills. With only 5 rooms it’s nice and quiet with a small kitchen equipped with essentials and sitting area. The maid Ellie was very hospitable and gave us great tips for eating locally which did not disappoint! Would return. The property itself is on the 3rd floor of a residential building with a lift that was mostly broken for the time we were there but this didn’t bother us so much. You can’t be picky as it lives up to expectations for what it is… a well priced guest house in a great location.

• A (10/5): Friendly lovely place near Vatican and subway. - The rooms were only a short walk from the Vatican Museum, in a peaceful neighborhood. The owner was super friendly. I left my passport there by mistake. He was out of town, but was able to get someone to confirm that it was there and then arranged to get it to me in Florence. Nice sitting room for guests. It was a little hard to find when we first arrived after an overnight flight.
• Michael (9/5): An excellent place to stay at the start of our trip up the boot! - Federici is well situated for those planning to take in the must-see sights, including the Vatican City and its museums, with access across from the Ottaviano subway station on the A line. For sights such as Trastevere, Fabio's place is well served by taxis at reasonable rates (download the Itaxi software!) The room 5 that we rented for our family of three with adult daughter, was small but Fabio's large common area beside it was perfect for lounguing between outings with a glass of wine and it provided a chance to chat with other guests. But what makes this stay one that goes beyond simply being a place to lay your head is the host. We had the misfortune of losing one of our credit cards. Normally that is not a big deal, except in our case, our accommodations in Florence and Venice were at risk of being cancelled if the card was reported lost. Fabio, being a generous soul, jumped onto the phone to help us unilingual Canadians navigate through officialdom. He spent 30 mins of his own busy time to see things straightened out. As well, he tended to our daughter, by serving her with a hot lemon drink, which relieved her jet-lagged tummy. Such a pleasure to be in the hands of such a warm-hearted host so many thousands of miles from home! Nothing I can think of.

Clean, tidy, generous room (with AC), bathroom, TV, shared kitchen (fully equipped) and shared lounge. The host was brilliant with communicate and gave us a great map with suggestions on where to go and timing. Zero. Only suggestion would Maybe a washing machine but not a deal breaker as there was a place around the corner.

Will definitely stay there again It took me 5mins to find it. But that was completely my own fault not looking at the property properly

They gave us great recommendations on local places to eat and visit. Would highly recommend staying here as it’s also close to the Vatican and other main attractions N/A

The space was clean, quiet, and easy to find- right next to the Metro. I enjoyed my stay! The wifi could have been a little stronger in my room, but not a big issue.

The host (Fabio) is nice and helpful. Nothing special, maybe just to write something I would say being above the Metro, you feel it every time it passes.

• Justin (10/5): Very comfortable, great staff, solid location - Good location right on a metro line, walkable to attractions and restaurants. Cute rooms, comfy beds, and nice and quiet space. They booked a car service to the airport, and cleaned our room daily. Very pleasant conversations with staff. We would have liked to partake in the breakfast, but it was offered later in the morning when we had meetings and tours booked. I would recommend to make it available a bit earlier.
• Jeff (9/5): Excellant location and great value for money - Location was superb for the Vatican City, just a 5 minute walk, also colosseum was 10 minute subway ride away costing just 3 euro for 2 people. We walked around the other attractions without any issues. Guest house would be tricky to find by yourself but Fabio was amazing and very helpful, also spoke excellant English. Rooms were basic, clean and tidy, the service was spot on. I’d certainly stay there again when I return to Rome . Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been nice, but not really to much bother to walk down corridor to the kitchen.

• Corina (10/5): Home away from home☺️ - Very good location close to stations (1min by walk), shops, restaurants, markets, Vatican (10min by walk). Italian style building and apartment. It really brings you into the italian life. It makes you feel like you are local. Spacious apartment and room, especially the lounge, very clean and quiet. Emi greated us and she is a lovely lady. She prepared our coffee and even brought it to our room in the morning without asking her. A very pleasant surprise. Her advice were very helpful too. We met Fabio (the owner) as well and he is very kind. They really make you feel more than just guests there and not even once did we feel unwanted. We had a very nice time there and felt very safe. For us everything was excellent!

• Andrea (10/5): Not just a house, a home! - We don't know if we could have a better stay anywhere else in Rome. We have been made to feel welcome and we couldn't fault a thing. When you book an accommodation you are called "guest", but often that's just an empty word. Not here, Fabio has made us feel as if we were really guests at his house. Grazie!
