L’annonce nous fait croire que l’on va dormir dans un palais.
• Patrice (8/5): Je chercherai un autre établissement la prochaine fois. - Son emplacement très tranquille, son nombre peu élevé de chambres, la gentillesse de la jeune personne servant le petit déjeuner D’abord j’ai passé la première nuit dans une chambre notablement inférieure suite à une erreur de gestion de l’hôtel. Et je n’ai eu aucun remboursement de difference. Ensuite le petit déjeuner est tres quelconque (à éviter). L’équipement de salle de bain est minimal. Les propriétaires cherchent visiblement à encaisser et non à donner aux clients envie de revenir. Il faut avoir quitté la chambre des 10 h le matin.

Il bagno è piccolo e vecchio, la colazione è portata in camera , solo dolce e limitata, sia nelle bevande che nel cibo. posizione ottima. come già detto, la colazione, il bagno, il personale alla reception che, pur gentile e disponilbile, probabilmente non formato per tale ruolo.
• Michael (4/5): Disapointing - Location and quality of flooring and lighting The room does not resemble any in the pictures on booking.com. It was dark having only one small internal window. It smelt due to what I assume was a drainage issue. We booked an economy room since we did not expect to be spending much time in it. I would have happily booked a better room had the room been accurately described. My advice is to avoid the downstairs room.
• Kai (10/5): Absolut Perfekt - Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet, es war sehr ruhig und doch super Zentral ( Fähranleger ca 2 min zu Fuß ) Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit , ach die Koffer konnten wir noch stehen lassen da unser Flug erst später ging . Es war ein sehr sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir würden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wieder buchen . Vielen Lieben Dank Anna & Kai Es war alles perfekt

Bagno spazioso e pulito, dotato di finestra (cosa oramai quasi introvabile). Bottiglietta di acqua in omaggio e bollitore per caffè e/o tisana. Ho dovuto utilizzare più di un'ora il wifi per una call di lavoro e ha funzionato bene. Mi è piaciuto di meno (niente di grave) il fatto che unja volta fatto il check out i bagagli vengano lasciati in corridoio a vista anzichè in uno stanzino o in un luogo più riservato.

Mycket hård och obekväm säng. Sov inget på hela natten. Smutsiga handdukar och badrock. Inget svar från boendet i chatten. Extremt dyrt för detta dåliga alternativ. Kostade lika mycket som ett välstädat fyrstjärnigt hotell med fantastiskt bemötande och skön säng i samma område.

Badezimmerausstattung sehr einfach und renovierungsbedürftig. Matratze OK, keine vernünftige Bettdecke. Für diesen hohen Preis, eine primitive Ausstattung. Keine Tischdecke, Sets, Gläser, etc. Das Frühstück war selbst für italienische Verhältnisse eine Zumutung. Kein Saft, keine Eierprodukte, kein Käse oder Wurst, kein Obst, nur billigste Aufbackware und eine Tasse Kaffee aus dem Automaten. Alles in Allem enttäuschend.

Avevamo prenotato per quattro persone (due adulti e due bambini) e avevamo comunicato nelle note che saremmo arrivati con il treno da Roma alle 23:30. Il proprietario aveva risposto che non c’era alcun problema e ci aveva inviato le istruzioni per l’ingresso autonomo. Una volta entrati abbiamo scoperto che la stanza era stata preparata solo per due persone. Dopo vari tentativi siamo riusciti a contattare il proprietario, che si è dimostrato molto scortese, dicendo che era un errore della cameriera e che fino al giorno dopo non avrebbe potuto fare nulla. La sua risposta è stata: “Se non vi sta bene, potete reclamare con Booking e andare via.” Il divano letto, che avrebbe dovuto ospitare i bambini, era in pessime condizioni igieniche e strutturali. Alla fine all’una di notte ci siamo dovuti mettere a cercare un’altra sistemazione con due bambini.

• Maud (8/5): Nicely spacious period suite in convenient location - The staff are very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. The suite is really spacious and has nice period features. Easy self check-in instructions and nice little additions (coffee maker with doses, kettle and tea, etc.). Bed and bed linen are nice and comfortable. The location is rather central, extremely quiet, and the suite has a balcony on a secondary canal. The bathroom could be renovated to higher and more modern standards, the bedding is old-fashioned (who uses a flat sheet and cover instead of a quilt nowadays?). Complimentary slippers would be appreciated on a marble/granite floor in the winter.

• Ximena (10/5): Spotless, warm room with canal views, great breakfast, friendly staff, and an unbeatable location. - We had a wonderful stay at La Locanda and would happily return. Our room was large and comfortable, which is not easy to find in Venice, especially for a family of five. It had two big beds plus a single sofa bed. The sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but the kids were perfectly fine with it. The canal views were absolutely divine — truly one of the highlights of the stay. Despite being so central, the room was very quiet. The location is exceptional: walking distance to pretty much everything. The bathroom was perfect and spotless, and the room was exceptionally warm, which we really appreciated. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They allowed us to leave our bags both before check-in and after check-out, which made our arrival and departure so much easier. Breakfast was delicious and honestly exceeded our expectations — a really lovely start to the day. The sofa bed was not comfortable cause you could feel the springs. If replaced by another big bed, it would be excellent. The beds were extremely comfortable.

• Michelle (10/5): The location for us was excellent and loved the charm & cleanliness of the hotel. - The staff were very accommodating, we left our bags early and when the room was available they brought them to the room whilst we were out. The place was immaculate and clean with all amenities that we required. I loved the charm, especially the glass light fittings. There was no lift, but then again there are no lifts in Venice.

• Jaq (8/5): Perfect location for a magical weekend! - Location was perfect. A very short walk from the waterbus stop. Close to a main street with eateries and shops. We walked to the train station when we departed just so we could see more of Venice. The room provided everything we needed. Clothes hangers, extra pillows and blankets. Windows that opened with a canal view. Coffee maker, water kettle, wine bottle opener and a fold out couch if we had needed it. Plenty of outlets for charging. Literature on the area’s events and awesome maps were nice to have. Two bottles of water (one gas, one no gas) was not enough. The room was so great, provide more bottles of water. I would suggest when someone is smoking in the atrium, or at the top of stairs by the office, please open the door to the canal.

Au centre de tout, à 2 pas du vaporetto ligne 1, dans une ruelle silencieuse, près du bateau pour Murano, dans un quartier un peu à l'écart du tourisme de masse. Les chambres sont décorées à la mode vénitienne. La jeune fille à la réception s'efforçait d'être aimable. Il s 'agit de chambre dans un immeuble ancien, avec une réceptionniste/femme de ménage aux horaires réduits. Un concept courant en Italie. Il n'y a pas le service d'un hôtel. Ni la sensation agréable d'être bienvenu. Plutôt celle d'être une source de revenus. C'est dommage. De plus l'odeur d'égout des toilettes était à la limite du supportable. Les lits trop mous.

Credo che i ragazzi preposti alla gestione, semplicemente per ragioni anagrafiche, debbano apprendere meglio l'arte dell'accoglienza e della relazione con gli ospiti. Sia chiaro: sono stati educati ma mancano di esperienza e di tatto semplicemente per inesperienza. Bagno vecchio e piccolo. Colazione con prodotti confezionati commerciali. Noi comunque ci siamo adattati a tutto.

"Из окна открывается вид на сад" - преувеличение, из окошка вид у входа в подсобку и мешки с мусором. При акуа альта перед дверями вашего номера образуется глубокая лужа ))) Это "вид на море". Но Венеция все равно великолепна

THE OWNER/MANAGER, I CAN ONLY DESCRIBE AS AN ARROGANT P** - The room and the properties location was decent, the balcony faced on an internal canal away from the noise so that was good. It would have been much had we got some heating which appears only to have been turned on , after complaint and on our last night. Where shall I start. On the first morning the Asian cleaner/receptionist/breakfast maker/ and any other tasks assigned to her insisted on knocking on the door on 3 separate occasions at 8 in the morning despite advising her through the door on the first occasion that we didn’t want breakfast, we had a late night. Her understanding of English was clearly limited. We did tell her later in the morning that the room was freezing all night and we needed heating. She advised she would raise the issue with the owner. You have controls in the room which were placed on maximum but no heating. Night came, still no heating, raised it again with the Asian girl the next day, still nothing all day, messaged the owner/manager direct through booking.com who said he could do nothing at that point as the Asian girl had left and we should use additional blankets which we had to on the first 2 nights anyway. He did offer an alternative room by messaging us where we could find the key, but that room was just as cold as well so no use nor ornament. (Third freezing night and morning). When we returned that day from our outing, finally the room had heating and was warm. I raised with the owner/manager why the heating had not been put on the first 3 nights, given the nighttime temperature was anything from 4-7 degrees, and purported to blame the previous tenants for what it is unclear, given the overriding heating controls were not in the room and could only have been turned on/off by staff. I told him his arrogance defied belief, to which he simply got into a text message confrontation with me refusing to accept any blame and failing to even appreciate what it felt like to stay in such cold temperatures for 3 nights and 3 mornings.

Buoni ristorantini a 2 minuti Qualche ritardo nella colazione in camera al mattino (unica possibilità per il breakfast), staff presente per poche ore al giorno

• Lee (8/5): Lovely taste of Venice history in a roccoco period beautiful quiet suite! Would return! - Room was spacious and ornate with a canal view terrace! Floor was gorgeous and bed was comfortable! Central and quiet location. Staff super sweet and accommodating. Typical small shower is only thing I can think of.
