• nino (7/5): - The location is good. The staff is very attentive. The hotel was very clean, which was very important to me. I stayed for 1 night and everything went smoothly. The windows were made of metaplastics, which made it quite quiet and cozy, and the bed was a little small but with a very comfortable mattress. I didn't like the entrance to the room, there was a big closet by the door, which was uncomfortable. The room was very small, the furniture was old but clean. However, this is not surprising in Venice. The bathroom was also very small. However, it was acceptable for 2 people who are out all the time and only come in to sleep. It would have been nice if there was 1 extra pillow and a warm blanket in the room, it was raining on the day of arrival and it got a little cold at night.

Ми проживали в апартаментах, які розміщені досить далеко від центрального готелю на Zotti 3888. Послуги супроводження до місця отель не надає. Знайти апартаменти мені було проблематично. Ліфту немає. Якщо добавити, що в мене були важкі речі, моя подорож була досить проблематичною.

• Jose (2/5): No advierten claramente que las habitaciones no quedan en la ubicación del hotel necesariamente. - Nada Me mandaron a una habitación a 10 minutos de su ubicación y no me lo esperaba, no puede ser que el hotel tenga una ubicación y al llegar te manden a otro lado, sobre todo que lo elegí por estar cerca de la estación de trenes y al final resultó estar medianamente lejos, tuve que cargar mis maletas hasta la ubicación nueva.

• Patricia (3/5): Good location, but not good value for money - Location was good, could store luggage (but to be fair all hotels let you do this) Facilities suuuuuuper small, lamp did not work, water did not drain, air con did not work, weird flashing light in bathroom even when lamp was off, pictures not representative of space, no hooks on wall, outside door super hard to open at night, staff super noisy in the morning, for the price you can get something better.

• Italo Abate (10/5): - This apartment was a 10 minute walk from the main check in hotel location which was already a 8 minute walk from the train station. So it was a surprising 18 minute walk total. If you have alot of luggage use the porter service outside the train station because the walk is wobbly with several bridges to cross. I was very happy with the location being in a good zone with easy short walk to many sightseeing areas. Not even 20 steps from the main street with many restaurants shopping etc. Very pleased and great price.

La localisation était top, le quartier était très bien, et à proximité de l’hypercentre. La chambre était bien. Sécurisée (trois clés différentes pour parvenir à la chambre). Les volets ne couvraient pas toutes les fenêtres, il faisait jour dans la chambre très tôt. Les pièces sont très mal insonorisées. On entendait tout ce qui se passait dehors. La salle de bain était moyen.

• RAQUEL (6/5): Buena ubicación - Ubicación perfecta. Cerca de la estación de autobuses y del centro. Cómodo para llegar con maletas, solo hay que cruzar dos puentes. La bañera era a 2 alturas, un poco incómoda para entrar y salir de ella. La habitación aparentemente estaba bastante limpia pero había algo que nos dió alergia. No hay ascensor aunque nuestra habitación estaba en la 2°planta y tampoco eran tantas escaleras.

La ruelle de l'hôtel est calme, et la proximité de la rue perpendiculaire animée avec beaucoup de restaurants et boutiques est appréciable. Le grand centre commercial SPAR à 100m est un plus. C'était un bon point de départ pour à la fois être assez proche de la gare ferroviaire mais aussi pour les ballades dans Venise. Le petit déjeuner en supplément était bien à 10 € par personne. Bien que la salle de bain est propre et récente, l'espace WC et douche sont petits. Moustiquaires aux fenêtres aurait été appréciable.

• Joanna (6/5): A lot of mosquitos and very old - I like it that's its only 10 minutes away from the train station and its quiet while nearby the stores. The shower is like a capsule, its too small and very narrow. The room is very old, given its in Venice location. The worst is - there are a lot of mosquitos. We checked out with a lot of itchy bites that we had to go to pharmacy to buy an anti itch cream. When I told the front desk - he said it could be the windows. Yes, their windows are cracked open that cannot be closed. The front desk is not as friendly as expected to be. If I have saved more money, I will choose a better lodging.

We paid a penalty for late check in, but we knew the policy beforehand and were just happy to have someone there waiting for us to show up. The host at the desk was kind and understanding even though it was so late. The location was pretty good. The room is pretty small. I know it's Venice, and space is a premium, but it was pretty cramped for 2 adults and 2 kids. The air conditioning wasn't turned on for the season, so we had to sleep with the windows open. The entrance is located in a pretty dark narrow alley way.

• Noelia (7/5): Hotel perfecto para una noche - Estaba cerca de la estación de tren y en la zona había muchos restaurantes. El desayuno nos gustó mucho y fueron muy amables. El baño compartido era muy estrecho y pequeño, incómodo para personas altas.

Manque de calme, un peu de bruit de la salle de petits déjeuners et isolation avec l extérieur limité. Mais quartier relativement calme . Un miroir dans la chambre serait apprécié, puisque la salle de bain est partagée.

Vam dormir a l’habitació de la planta baixa, just al costat de l’entrada d’accés a l’hotel, molt sorollosa, se sentia el timbre i totes les converses dels hostes amb el personal. De les tres persones amb les vam interactuar, les més amables van ser la responsable de la neteja i un dels homes de darrera del taulell. Els altres dos, amb prou feines responien a la salutació obligada de cortesia i de mínima educació. No ens van fer cap rebut del cobrament de la taxa turística, molt cara, i només la cobren en efectiu.

El personal atento, nos guardaron maletas. Y el desayuno buenísimo. Además nos rompieron un cargador móvil y nos dieron otro sin solicitarlo. Nada
