The breakfast was excellent and such a lovely treat to enjoy before setting off for the day. Antonio is such a lovely host who takes great pride in ensuring that his guests have a wonderful stay. He is so welcoming and answered any queries before our visit very quickly. If we visit Rome in the future we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

• ÖYKÜ DUYGU (10/5): Excellent! - Everything was great! The host was very friendly and really helped us throughout our trip. His manners showed how passionate he is about running Rhome86, and that made our stay even better. I keep the Rome map he gave us in my memory box; it’s such a lovely memory to have. The place was very clean, and they provided daily housekeeping service. They had everything we needed. Also, the location is great; there are metro and bus stations nearby, and many significant landmarks are within walking distance. We were very pleased with our stay. Anyone visiting Rome should definitely accommodate here.
• James (7/5): - Very close to the train and walkable to the Colloseum. We had a great meal near by at Cucina Pepe. Antonio is a great host and accomodated us on an early check in. The self serve kitchenette was great. We had some issues finding the place as it looks like an apartmemt buulding from the outside. The lock on the Rhome86 entry is a bit difficult to figure out. We would have loved a turtorial. The neighbourhood is a bit sketchy.

• Lenka (10/5): Skvělé ubytování blízko Termini Station - Ubytování se nám se sestrou moc líbilo. Přivítal nás moc milý a ochotný pan domácí, který nám hned na mapě doporučil trasy k památkám. Každý den jsme měli uklizeno a na snídani čerstvý croissant. Ve společném prostoru byl k dispozici čaj i káva. Super poloha blízko Termini Station byla strategicky nejvýhodnější a bonus byl úschova zavazadel v den odjezdu, jak dlouho bylo potřeba. Za nás super! Moc děkujeme Projíždějící tramvaj otřásala celým pokojem, ale ja byla, tak unavená, že jsem to zaspala 😄

The host had a very handy website with recommendations for restaurants, and provided a great kitchenette area for making coffee. Overall a great place to stay and would rebook for my next visit to Rome

Le logement est à 2 pas de la gare, super pour prendre le train pour l'aéroport. Lignes de bus et de métro au pied du logement. Colisée à 20 min à pied. Le petit déjeuner avec viennoiseries Il y a une kitchenette. Lit confortable Logement fonctionnel et propre. C'était parfait. Si je reviens à Rome je reviendrai dans ce logement et je le conseille 👍🏻 Merci à Antonio et Lucia pour leurs petites attentions.

Dá pra ir caminhando com as malas tranquilamente. Quem nos recebe é o Antônio, muito atencioso e prestativo. A acomodação é confortável e toda manhã Antonio deixa croissant e alguns outros itens para o café da manhã à disposição. Wifi funciona no quarto. Ducha boa. Localização silenciosa. Ficamos no menor quarto e o box do chuveiro é minúsculo. Para mim e minha filha dava para tomar banho, mas pessoas maiores não conseguiriam. O interfone de quem chega no prédio é muito alto, acordei umas 3 vezes após às 22h com barulho de novos hóspedes. Acredito que os outros quartos mais ao fundo não tenham esse problema.
• Katie (9/5): We loved our stay here and would stay again. - The host was lovely, they gave us lots of information about the area and recommended some restaurants that we visited and loved. The room was comfortable and the private bathroom was great. We could completely block out all light with the windows so we slept really well. The included croissant each morning was a great bonus! The walls between the bedrooms seemed a little thin. Make sure your estimated check in time is accurate because if you are wrong no one will be there to let you in.

It was very clean and comfortable and everything was provided. Antonio was a wonderful host and gave wonderful advice on what to do and where to go. There was nothing not to like.

The breakfast provided was excellent with fresh large sweet Italian croissants from the bakery each morning. There was a large variety of other breakfast food available also. The location is perfect for Rome termini station, bus station, metro and historical sights all an easy walk away. Nothing to dislike.

Le logement été parfaitement fonctionnel et très propre. À notre étonnement notre lit été refait chaque jour et nos serviettes de toilettes changées régulièrement. Le petit déjeuner est traditionnel et complet. La situation géographique nous a parfaitement convenue, à moins d'1 km de la gare train et bus pour l'aéroport. • Brenda (10/5): - Loved that Anton took the time to meet us for check in and the entire communication process was amazing. We stayed 4 nights with Anton before having to move as he did not have vacancy when we extended our stay in Rome and we were extremely lucky our stay in Rome started with him as our next place was very problematic for communication. The place is very close to Termini station and super convenient. The area is safe and although a bit further out from the core of Rome is still walkable. We loved that it was close to both St Mary Basilica and St John Laterno, two of the must visit Basilicas in Rome. Thank you Anton for making our stay in Rome a welcoming one.

• Anne (9/5): A quiet, comfortable, very clean and bright place to stay. Very secure. - I didn’t eat the breakfast - I love eggs for breakfast! By the end of my Italian trip, I was over croissants. The host provided yoghurt (fruit yoghurt - would have loved natural yoghurt with no sugar), coffee, packets of toast, marmalade and honey and an assortment of croissants etc. The air conditioning was my favourite bit because it was 36 degrees in Rome! I would have liked some sugar-free options for breakfast. My dream room would have a smart TV.

It's located within 10 mins walking distance from the main train station, in an area that is convenient for breakfast and restaurants. I had a good sleep here.
• Karleigh (10/5): Cute spot. Very nice host! Comfy beds. - Arrived around 1:30pm and was accommodated on the check in time which was appreciated. We were only here for a night prior to flying out of Rome the next day, but wish we had stayed here 2 weeks prior when we were in Rome for an extended period of time. Host was very friendly and helpful. There was an issue with the A/C (to be expected, it was 40degress outside) and he was very concerned we would not be comfortable so he offered to refund us at not cost. We ended up staying as it there was still some A/C and we didn’t want to lug our bags again. This cute little place was great! Comfy bed and pillow, clean. Nice croissants, juice and options for coffee in the morning all included. Don’t need anything more for breakfast than that to be honest. It was great! The area at night was debatable…. Probably wouldn’t go out at night to be honest but otherwise I felt safe throughout the day and getting there after dinner.

They also offered us food and coffe in the morning and when I asked Something every time I get a fost response. Next trip in Roma we will book here again 4 sure! The City was very crowded for the new pope, and from what I can Tell You need to be carefull at the bags not to get robbed

Fully equipped common kitchenette, free coffee and cornetto in the morning. You can leave your luggage after checkout. Bathroom is really tiny, just mind it.

Antonio was really attentive and as soon as we arrived, he explained all the key spots to visit in Rome and even showed us an app that he created that contains all his recommendations. We booked a smaller room, but it was clean and good for our short stay. The location is convenient and you can reach any monument easily either on foot or by public transport. We really enjoyed the breakfast croissants too! We will for sure be back :)

I never met the host but questions were quickly answered via WhatsApp. The place was clean and the bed comfortable. Highly recommend. Nothing
• Nicola (9/5): great value for money, great stay - the host was exceptional. Has a croissant menu for breakfast,, but went out of his way to meet my dietary requirements. Very knowledgeableand helpful in regards to local sightseeing and transport. I found the location to be perfect. with the easy to use train system with in minutes away & in a cheaper area souvenirs, food etc cost less. Quiet room/location never felt unsafe. if I had to pick an issue, and only to assist others and help host to raise the bar. The free fruit could have been fresher and the shower is a little tight ie you wouldn't want to be any larger than Aus size 16 to get into the shower.

Bathroom ‘door’ moves heavily. Rust on the bathroom radiator. (Which was repaired during our stay) Ventilator in bathroom sounds like a motorbike running. Very thin towels.

Comfortable bed, powerful AC, very nice room. Antonio is a great host, you can see how important this place is for him. He keeps the place clean and tidy. • Isin (10/5): Exceptional - I don't usually leave comments on places I stay, but here is an exception. The reason is its cost-effectiveness and the thoughtful and organized host. He even provided a converter plugged in for electronic devices. The location was excellent, in a nice neighborhood just a 5-minute walk to the terminal.
