- Martin (8/5): - Snídaně byla pojata jakožto švédský stůl. Výběr byl v pořádku, na snídani před odjezdem naprosto dostačující. Výtah do všech pater, dostatek ručníků a celkově příjemný hotel na přespání po nějaké akci. Z nějakého důvodu to v koupelně lehce smrdělo, okna jsme nechali zavřené a když chcete odejít z pokoje a nechat si například nabít mobil tak to není možné, musíte použít klíček od pokoje k zapnutí elektřiny.
- Haus Sternwarte (8/5): Das Hotel hat genau das erfüllt, was es beworben hat. Habe das Hotel zufrieden hinterlassen. - Gute Lage mit guter Anbindung zum öffentlichen Verkehrsnetz. Supermarkt und die Flora Shopping Mall ist alles in der Nähe. Frühstück war reichhaltig vom Angebot und nettes Personal, was will man mehr. Fahrstuhlmusik beim Frühstück, war aber schon wieder lustig. Kein Luxushotel, tut aber seinen Zweck, man will ja die Stadt besichtigen und nicht das Hotel. Kein freier Parkplatz im Hotel vorhanden gewesen. Ich hatte allerdings auch keinen gebucht gehabt. Ich war davon ausgegangen, das das spontan vor Ort noch zubuchbar gewesen wäre. Ich bin allerdings auch keine intelligente Person.

- Oto D (9/5): Dobré ubytování se snídaní na Žižkově - Ubytování jsem volil ve vztahu k docházkové vzdálenosti k cíli cesty, který jsem v Praze měl, v tomto ohledu super. Dvě zastávky tramvají od hlavního vlakového nádraží (4 linky, tedy spojení každou chvíli) super. Umístění vzhledem k blízkosti supermarketu, restaurací apod, super (vše v docházkové vzdálenosti). Výtah do všech podlaží. Další se vztahuje k pokoji v nejvyšším podlaží v podkroví. Díky klimatizaci na pokoji se dalo fungovat i se zavřenými okny. Možnost úplného zatemnění oken. Díky vnitřním dveřím do předsíňky nerušily zvuky z chodby. Celkově pokoj vybaven dobře. Velká spokojenost se sprchovým koutem (prostorný a žádná voda se nedostala mimo něj, stabilní teplota vody). Snídaně dobrá, dalo se vybrat podle různých chutí a preferencí. Okna obrácená do hlavní ulice, kudy permanentně projížděly tramvaje a auta, tedy s otevřeným oknem nešlo mít klid. Pro mě tvrdší matrace (to je ale subjektivní věc, někomu by vyhovovalo).

- Svetlana (9/5): - The best memories I got from the staff. Patrik is a very helpful professional. He tries to help out everyone. His colleague was also a very nice and knowledgeable person. The room was pretty good for its cost. The breakfast was normal. The bathroom is very little , no shampoo and there wasn't tea or coffee .

The staff was very helpful, the coffee was decent. The hotel is old, smelly, noisy (I had room 16), old uncomfortable pillows, breakfast was basic to poor, the music which was playing during breakfast was horrible and should be stopped.

Our room was clean and comfortable, also very clean. The breakfast had variations, very good coffee and fruits too! The only downside was that there was nowhere to plug my hair straightener in the bathroom and the mirror wasnt close to the vanity so it was tricky to curl my hair but I used the tv screen as the mirror lol. everything else was excellent.

Obsługa ok, pokój był sprzątany regularnie, ręczniki też wymieniano. Nie bardzo jest co krytykować bo mi akurat hotel służy do nocowania, a nie do siedzenia w nim cały dzień, więc miał wszystko bo potrzebne do komfortowego noclegu w miarę fajnej cenie. Śniadania były trochę mało urozmaicone, ale nie mogę powiedzieć, żebym głodna z hotelu wychodziła 😊

Для туриста,что бы переночевать после прогулок по городу вполне приемлем, кровать удобная о большая. Завтрак приятно порадовал, вполне неплохой выбор Расположение- далековато от вокзала, но учитывая цену, все справедливо. Транспорт, остановка, все рядом Благодарю отель за гостеприимство ❤️ Немного под уставший интерьер

Dostala som dokonca väčšiu izbu ako som s rezervovala (4-posteľovú). Úplná čistota, veľmi pekná novučičká kúpeľňa, základné vybavenie. V budove výťah, izbová služba (výmena uterákov, ustlanie postele, doplnenie hygienických potrieb. Kanvica, dostatok pohárov na izbe, mikrovlnka. Jedine raňajky boli slabšie - menší výber, neboli až také chutné, dostatok ovocia vnímam pozitívne. Boli však v cene, takže OK.

- Julia (7/5): I was not a holiday maker so my stay at hotel served its purpose. - Breakfast was fine for the price. Clean and comfortable. Very busy friendly staff. Room was cleaned every day fresh towels provided. Bed was comfortable. Not all guests are on holiday. I needed to be in room more, updated tv would have been good. If I could have signed into Netflix or Prime would have been good! No comfy chair to sit.
